Thanksgiving: How to Feel Grateful When Life Stinks

This Thanksgiving will be especially difficult for many people. Some may even skip the holiday feeling that there’s nothing to celebrate. During these difficult times, how can we develop gratitude when we’re feeling anything but thankful?
