    1. ==> State of the Union: Why You Can’t Take Your Eyes
    Off Trump

Tonight, all eyes will be on Donald Trump when he gives
his State of the Union Address. But according to Paul
Hellman, what we really need, more than a State of the
Union, is a State of Our Attention. Because the truth
is that it often seems that for Trump, being president
is sort of a hobby; his real job is King of Attention.
It’s hard to go five minutes without thinking or
talking about President Trump. That’s an amazing
accomplishment in a distracted world, says
communication expert Hellman. How does he do it?
Hellman will reveal the three ways Donald Trump uses to
get heard even by those who are trying to tune him out.
Hellman’s columns and advice have appeared in the New
York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC.com and on public
radio’s Marketplace and CNN’s Business Unusual. He is
the author of “You’ve Got 8 Seconds: Communication
Secrets for a Distracted World” (AMACOM). Contact him
    at (508) 879-0934; paul@expresspotential.com

    2. ==> Super Bowl Ads – Who Scored, Who Wasted Money

Creating a memorable Super Bowl ad is a formidable
challenge. There’s the complicated waters of celebrity
endorsements, corporate branding, hot-button issues and
commercials designed to pitch products. So who scored
and who wasted their money Sunday night? Invite Derek
Rucker and Tim Calkins, professors from the Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University, to
discuss the ads, the trends, and what makes for a
successful advertisement in the Super Bowl. For the
15th year in a row professors Derek Rucker and Tim
Calkins, along with 50 students, graded and ranked the
most – and least – effective ads aired during the game.
Derek Rucker is professor of entrepreneurial studies at
the Kellogg School. Tim Calkins is a clinical professor
    of marketing. Contact Molly Lynch at (773) 505-9719;
    molly@lynchgrouponline.com

    3. ==> Film Critic & Oscars Expert Richard Roeper

The countdown is on to the Oscars! Invite film critic
Richard Roeper to talk about this year’s nods, the
surprises and snubs and his picks to take home a golden
statue this year. For more than three decades, Richard
Roeper has been the leading film critic and a columnist
for the Chicago Sun-Times. He rose to national
prominence as the co-host of the popular series “Ebert
and Roeper” alongside Roger Ebert. Roeper stars in
    HDNET Movie’s 3rd annual “And The Oscar® Goes To…”
where he guides viewers on a cinematic odyssey that
puts the spotlight on a slate of over 50 Oscar®-winning
films. The marathon runs all this month, ending on
Oscar Night, Feb. 24. Contact Johanna Ramos Boyer at
    (703) 646-5137; (703) 400-1099 (cell);
    johanna@jrbcomm.com or Erin Bolden at (703) 646-5188.

    4. ==> What White People Don’t Get about Blackface

A 35-year-old medical school yearbook has emerged as
the latest blackface incident trending in the news.
What may seem like harmless behavior to white people is
deeply offensive to black people; moreover, it is just
one aspect of lingering racial insensitivity in the
U.S. Nita Wiggins will address this issue including why
she says Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, whose yearbook
photo sparked the latest uproar, should resign and not
just because of the problem image. Nita will explain
that just last month, the Virginia Senate, with the
approval of the governor and despite the silent protest
of the lieutenant governor, once again honored
Confederate general Robert E. Lee during a Senate
session. A former resident of Charlottesville, Va.,
Nita is a professor who teaches racial sensitivity to
her journalism students in Paris. Contact her at
    NWiggins@rtirguests.com

    5. ==> How African American Doctors Have Changed the
    World

February is Black History Month, a good time to
appreciate the many contributions African American
physicians have made to medicine. For example, were you
aware that blood transfusions would not have been
possible without the pioneering work of surgeon Charles
Drew? Or that an African American ophthalmologist,
Patricia Bath, played an important role in popularizing
laser surgery for cataracts? Did you know that Ben
Carson was the first neurosurgeon to separate twins
conjoined at the back of the head? Find out what no one
ever told you about influential black physicians when
you interview Cornelia Davis, M.D. She helped eradicate
smallpox in India and was one of the first black women
admitted to the University of California, San
Francisco, School of Medicine, in the late 1960s. Dr.
Davis is the author of “Searching for Sitala Mata:
Eradicating Smallpox in India” and the upcoming “Three
Years in Ethiopia: How a Civil War and Epidemics Led Me
    to My Daughter.” Contact her at (323) 522-5374;
    davis.cornelia@gmail.com

    6. ==> Your Valentine Will Never Forget this Chocolate
    Gift

Let’s be honest, we’ve all given or received a box of
chocolates on Valentine’s Day. Hopefully to, or from,
someone very special. Yet how many of those heartfelt
offerings do we really remember? Mmm … none? But with
the assistance of some well-chosen wine we can all
create a stellar tasting experience that will be etched
in our sweetie’s memory for years to come. Let wine
guru Jim Laughren, CWE, show your audience how to set
the stage for a delicious and memorable Valentine’s Day
after-dinner snuggle-up. He will discuss the long and
remarkable relationship of wine and chocolate and how
we can pair this sensuous twosome for maximum delight.
    Contact Jim at (954) 317-9623; JLaughren@rtirguests.com

    7. ==> A Better Valentine’s Day in 5 Minutes

Want to really connect with your Valentine? If you have
just five minutes to spare each day—and who doesn’t?
—Saundra Dalton-Smith, M.D., will tell you what to do
to boost the intimacy you experience as a couple,
including your sex life. She’ll explain how to make the
most of this five minutes whether you sit on the bed,
on the couch or anywhere in between as you give each
other uninterrupted time to make eye contact and talk
about your lives. Far too often, Dr. Saundra says,
couples spend most of their time on conflict
resolution—not closeness. She’ll explain what social
rest and emotional rest are and ways couples can
provide these respites for their spouses so everyone
wins. Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Saundra
has been featured in Prevention, Women’s Day, Redbook,
First For Women, and numerous other media outlets. Her
newest book is “Sacred Rest: Recover Your Life, Renew
Your Energy, Restore Your Sanity.” Contact her at (256)
    240-0564; Sdalton@rtirguests.com

    8. ==> Is He the Real Gandalf? Meet Muz the Hermit

Muz Murray lives a simple life in the hills, where he
often goes weeks without talking to another human
being. With his long flowing white hair, beard and
mustache, he bears a strong resemblance to Ian McKellen
when he played the wizard Gandalf in “The Lord of the
Rings” movies. But Muz is no movie character. Ask him:
What made him become a hermit after a lifetime of being
pursued by the media? Why is he willing to do
interviews now? How is he helping people keep their
sanity in an insane world? What is his connection to
J.R.R. Tolkien? Born in England and having lived all
over the world, Muz is like no one you will ever
interview. He has worked in the entertainment industry
as an actor and set designer, in the broadcast
industry, as a psychotherapist and a mystic, and even
as an elephant trainer. His latest book is “You Are the
Light: Secrets of the Sages Made Simple.” Contact him
    at gerugandalf@gmail.com or Skype: geru.gandalf1.

    9. ==> Create a Love Action Plan with ‘Dr. Love’

    Let’s face it, Valentine’s Day isn’t all it’s cracked
up to be. To only focus on love for one day in February
doesn’t really make sense. To really become more
loving, more centered and more spiritually awake it’s
going to take more than that. It’s going to take a love
action plan! Michael McGee, M.D., will share with your
audience his 25 “love practices”, and February is the
perfect month to start! “Love is one of the most
confused and misused words in the English language.
Love is not a feeling. Love is an attitude that
inspires to action to enhance life!” Dr. Michael McGee
trained at Stanford and Harvard Medical Schools. He is
the creator of the unique 12 Step Touchstone Approach
to Recovery and author of “The Joy of Recovery: The New
12 Step Guide to Recovery from Addiction”, an approach
that works better than AA for many people. Contact Dr.
    McGee at (978) 971-9703; MMcGee@rtirguests.com

    10. ==> Do a Show on this Incredible, True Love Story!

February is the “Love Month.” Why not do a show on the
incredible true story of a son who, after 20 years,
learns that his estranged birth mother is actually
alive and living on the streets of Philadelphia. He
does everything in his power to find her, rescue her,
and love her…. even after she spits in his face and
refuses to leave the streets. He sacrifices everything
for love! Marty Vargas will share how his love for his
birth mom was tested time and time again, but
eventually prevailed – overcoming her rejection and
fear. This wonderful human-interest story is really a
tale of two mothers… the one who took him in, raised
him, hid the truth from him – but eventually gave him
the information and the courage he needed to go on the
search of a lifetime! Marty Vargas, MFA, is a media
owner, author, and international speaker. His
incredible story has been seen multiple times on ABC
and NBC Philadelphia and Fox News Washington, DC.

    11. ==> Valentine’s Day Gifts for People in Pain

Candy and flowers are great. There are few who don’t
love them. But if a loved one is in pain, a gift that
relieves pain may be more appreciated. From socks to
salves to electronic devices that soothe, alternative
pain treatment expert Cindy Perlin has lots of
suggestions for gifts for a Valentine who’s in pain.
With one out of three American adults experiencing
chronic pain and many more suffering from acute pain,
this topic is sure to be relevant to many in your
audience. Perlin is a licensed clinical social worker,
certified biofeedback practitioner and chronic pain
survivor. She’s the author of “The Truth About Chronic
Pain Treatment: The Best and Worst Strategies for
Becoming Pain Free” and the creator of the Alternative
Pain Treatment Directory. In practice in the Albany, NY
area for over 25 years, she’s a seasoned radio and TV
guest. Contact her at cindyperlin@gmail.com; (518)
    439-6431.

    12. ==> How to Care for Your Heart for Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day reminds us that our beating hearts and
our emotions are interconnected. And when our hearts
are broken by separation, divorce, accidents, death and
other traumatic events we can end up becoming sick with
everything from colds and flu to heart disease and
cancer. Help your audience out with an appearance by
psychotherapist Gillian Padgett, whose love letter to
them will take the form of advice on reducing the drama
of trauma. She’ll say that while we cannot plan ahead
to prepare for accidents, loss and the like, we can
learn three steps for shifting from trauma to well-
being. In other words, we can learn to feel less out-
of-control, unsafe and afraid. Gillian is the author of
“Let Stress Heal Your Life” and “From Trauma to
    Tranquility.” Reach her at GPadgett@rtirguests.com

    13. ==> Do A Show on Medical Errors: The 3rd Leading
    Cause of Death in U.S.

There are many experts who believe medical errors are
now the 3rd leading cause of death in the US – behind
cancer and heart disease. How and why is this
happening? Who is to blame? How do we fix it? For
decades, Dr. Ira Williams has been hounding the five
Federal Agencies created to solve the health care
crisis in this country. With over 130 years
collectively between those agencies, our health care
system is still a mess and medical errors leading to
deaths in hospitals continues to rise. As the oldest
medical malpractice expert witness in the country, Dr.
Williams knows what he’s talking about. He’s developed
a system to empower local grassroots activists in each
state to radically change our health care delivery
system. “Organizing statewide grassroots activists to
challenge the current system is the only way to win!”
Dr. Ira Williams latest book is “Healthcare Warriors,
Why and How to Become One”. Contact Dr. Ira Williams at
    (864) 479-8613; IWilliams@rtirguests.com

    14. ==> Shocking Health Truths from America’s Top MDs

An 18-year-old dies of fatty liver disease while a 55-
year-old woman’s stage 4 cancer disappears. How are
both possible? Health is the most confusing and
controversial topic today with crazy diets from vegan
to keto and everything in between. Over 100 million
Americans are very sick – and Reena Jadhav used to be
one of them! Reena refused to accept that her 28
symptoms could only be managed, and not cured, so she
applied insights from her successful tech startup
experience, her Harvard MBA and leading integrative
M.D.s and reversed every symptom in 18 months! Reena is
now on a mission to share how she healed and reveal the
shocking truths she learned interviewing some of
America’s top MDs on her podcast HealthierPodcast.com.
Reena Jadhav is the author of the HealJournal and
creator of the New Health Pyramid. Her latest book,
“Healed”, focuses on empowering people to take back
    their own health using science.
    Contact her at (650) 309-1005; RJadhav@rtirguests.com

    15. ==> The Robots Are Coming! And They Want Your Job!

In the near future, robots will be able to perform jobs
ranging from bartending to retail sales and even major
surgery! In fact, China’s state-run Xinhua News Agency
has launched an artificial intelligence TV news anchor,
a world first. “I know a lot of people that make
robots,” says design expert Lorraine Justice. “They’re
so realistic they’re creepy. There’s a lot of fear of
technology and robots.” While robots and other forms of
artificial intelligence will take over many future
jobs, Lorraine will discuss how to prepare for this,
and how to develop skills that will continue to be
relevant in the ever-changing job market. A long-time
educator, Lorraine is dean emeritus of the College of
Imaging Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of
Technology, former director of the School of Design at
Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the author of “The
Future of Design, Global Product Innovation in a
    Complex World”. Contact her at
    lorrainejustice@gmail.com; (585) 330-7105.

    16. ==> Why Parents Should Treat Kids like Employees

Are you tired of your kids not listening to you? Do you
wish your kids would do more around the house? Are you
sick of the arguing, whining and begging? Do you just
want to like your kids more? “Yes, it’s possible!” says
Sara Sherman, long-time single mom and parenting
expert. “Guess what? At home you’re the boss!” In a
world where many are saying “Leave work at the office!”
Sara says it’s okay to bring some of it home –
especially in the area of discipline. Invite her on
your show and hear how she developed the ‘7 P’s of
Positive Parenting’ by taking cues from the way a good
boss trains and supports an employee. Sara Sherman, BA,
MS, is a speaker, author, blogger, coach and creator of
the Create Cooperative Kids program. As a single parent
for most of her adult life, Sara successfully raised
her children and earned two degrees all while working
    full-time. Contact her at (614) 756-0571;
    SSherman@rtirguests.com

    17. ==> People Pay This Guest Big Bucks to Take Them
    into the Wild

Sparrow Hart has made a 30+-year career leading clients
on vision quests, wilderness adventures, and retreats
in places like the American Southwest, remote regions
of Vermont, and even Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula.
Interview this fascinating author and nature expert,
who’ll reveal what (and how) people can learn about
themselves, the Spirit, and the great outdoors. Sparrow
says audiences are profoundly affected and enlightened
regarding everything from life purpose and
relationships, to career path, health and parenting.
His new book is “The Vision Quest, A Guide’s Training
Manual.” Ask Sparrow how he became inspired to commit
his life to these pursuits and what most people
probably misunderstand about vision quests. He will
also talk about the significance of the venues chosen
    — and the adventuresome retreats many people return to
again and again. Contact Sparrow Hart at (802)

    18. ==> This Expert Teaches Immediate Self-Healing On-
    Air!

Physical and emotional problems are showing up more and
more in the lives of everyone and we are being flooded
with advertising that promises help. People are
frustrated and confused to say the least. Ed Kuiper, an
author, speaker and teacher, will show your listeners
how to self-heal themselves naturally… on the air!
Results will be immediate for most, and give your
station great visibility as your audience tells
everyone what happened to them. An officer of two
major life insurance companies and founder and CEO of

the business world before becoming a ‘Master of Self-
    Healing.’ Contact him at (207) 248-8795;
    EKuiper@rtirguests.com

    19. ==> What a Divorced Pastor Learned About Successful
    Marriages

When Pastor Eric Hawthorne’s wife asked him for a
divorce, he was stunned, because he thought he was a
good husband. He later learned that he was perhaps too
good. “I am an easy going person and like nothing but
peace,” he says. “If we had disagreements, instead of
standing my ground and letting her know how I felt, I
would be quiet to keep the peace. It was the worst
thing I could have done.” The single dad to two boys
aged 10 and 12 learned his lesson the hard way. Now he
teaches couples on the brink of matrimony how to avoid
his mistakes and forge loving bonds of respect that
lead to successful marriages. Eric Hawthorne is the
    second-generation pastor of Daystar Deliverance
Ministries in Richardson, Texas. He’s the author of the
upcoming book “Are You Ready for Marriage?” Contact him
    at hiitselh@yahoo.com or (972) 464-6563.

    20. ==> Do a Show on Super Grandparenting

Grandparents play an important role in preparing
younger generations for a happier and more successful
life. But sometimes ‘super’ grandparenting is required,
as Dr. Oliver Akamnonu and his wife discovered. They
left their high-powered careers and significantly
changed their lives to help their daughter Nena
throughout her pregnancy (while in medical school!) and
once baby Lydia arrived. Interview the Akamnonus to
learn how super grandparents help improve: an extended
family’s health, education, income, relationships and
society. The Akamnonus co-authored “Little Baby Lydia,
Grandma, Grandpa and Student Mom: Saga of Family Role
Reversal and the New Times.” Invite them on your show
and learn 5 things super grandparents always do, why
financial support and childcare are only part of the
equation, how family members can smoothly adjust
lifestyle for their loved ones, and why 2019 is such an
important year for grandparents everywhere. Contact Dr.
    Akamnonu at (413) 693-8428; ooakams@yahoo.com

    1. ==> Surviving the Polar Vortex

Much of the nation is under a deep freeze with spots in
the Midwest seeing record-setting temperatures of -25
degrees and below, without factoring in the wind chill!
Conditions are life-threatening says Vidor Friedman,
MD, FACEP, president of the American College of
Emergency Physicians. He says “Even a few minutes in
cold temperatures like this can cause serious risk to
your health. If you must go outside, do so sparingly
and dress appropriately for the cold. Check on your
friends and loved ones and be particularly mindful of
vulnerable people – children, the elderly or people
that may have nowhere safe or warm to go.” Dr.
Friedman will discuss the signs of hypothermia and how
to keep pets safe. And for those hunkering down
indoors, he says, “Don’t forget to check your carbon
monoxide detectors and make sure you’re using heaters
or radiators safely and appropriately.” ACEP is the
    national medical specialty society representing
emergency medicine. Contact Mike Baldyga at (202)
    370-9288 (DC); mbaldyga@acep.org

    2. ==> Busted Pipes? Home Repair Scam Alert

Frozen pipes are just one of the problems homeowners
may face in the aftermath of this brutal weather, and
that opens the door for unscrupulous home repair
people. William Francavilla says thieves know their
victims’ vulnerabilities and seek opportunities to
steal their money. Invite William Francavilla to share
what you can do to avoid being ripped off in a storm-
related repair. Francavilla is the author of “The
Madoffs Among Us, Combat the Scammers, Con Artists and
Thieves Who Are Plotting to Steal your Money.” He’s a
CFP and former senior vice president, director of
Wealth Management for Legg Mason who has extensive
    media experience. Contact him at (757) 870-4590;
    wmfrancavilla@gmail.com

    3. ==> Last-Minute, Low Stress Super Bowl Party Tips

Up your Super Bowl party game when you invite Susie
Selby to share tips that will have guests cheering and
keep you out of the kitchen and focused on what’s
really important— the game! Selby says the key to
successful game day entertaining is all in the prep.
“Most importantly, choose foods and snacks that don’t
need utensils and can be prepared ahead of time. Then
set up food and beverage stations so guests can help
themselves throughout the party.” Selby’s got super
food choices that go beyond chips and dip and will wow
the crowd yet still allow you to watch the game (or
commercials) and enjoy your own party. A winemaker for
more than twenty years, Selby is an expert on food and
wine pairings. She’s the proprietor of Selby Winery.
    Contact her at (707) 975-0988 (CA);
    selby@selbywinery.com

    4. ==> Get a Birds Eye View of the Super Bowl

Remember the cool aerial camera shots you’ve seen
during the Super Bowl? David Alan Arnold knows what it
is like to be responsible for shooting them. He also
knows what it is like to have 100 million football fans
counting on him as he soars 2,000 feet above the Super
Bowl in a helicopter. Bring this Emmy Award-winning
airborne cameraman on your show to share stories only
he has about photographing three Super Bowls during the
23 years he has been photographing the NFL. He’ll share
his behind the scenes knowledge of the Air Force
Thunderbirds flybys, the way the Super Bowl brings a

appreciate the Super Bowl for its blessed break from
divisive politics. David is the author of two “Help

    5. ==> The History of America’s ‘Separate but Equal’
    Policy

Plessy v. Ferguson is synonymous with Jim Crow laws and
the unjust doctrine of “separate but equal.” But few
Americans know more than a superficial understanding of
its origins and outcome. Invite Washington Post editor
and historian Steve Luxenberg to discuss the decision
and its long-term impact on race relations in America.
He’ll explain how the U.S. Supreme Court decision
ushered in a legal separation in America by race and
color — for more than 60 years. Separate railroad cars
and separate schools became separate bathrooms and
separate water fountains. Separate entrances to public
buildings. Separate places to shop and eat a meal.
Mostly in the South, but also in the North. Luxenberg’s
new book is “Separate: The Story of Plessy V. Ferguson,
and America’s Journey from Slavery to Segregation.”

    6. ==> Former Agent Reveals Behind-the-Scenes Chaos at
    the IRS

Mention the Internal Revenue Service and literally
millions of Americans get fearful and even angry.
Everything about taxes feels challenging, complicated
and stressful. And that happens in years when our
government does NOT shut down! Former IRS agent and tax
expert Richard A. Green says most taxpayers don’t
realize the feared IRS is actually a hotbed of
incompetence and disorder that hurts YOU. Green will
shock audiences when he reveals how the IRS is staffed
by slow-moving staff using antiquated technology.
You’ll hear about IRS miscommunication and lack of
cooperation and why taxpayers miss out because of such
poor service, whether decisions about audits are fair,
and about mismanaged funds in this year of tax
“reform”. Green, who’s seen it firsthand, blows the
whistle on the chaotic IRS in his new book “Agents of
    Deceit”. Contact him at (909) 648-7676;

    7. ==> Selling Property? You Can’t Afford NOT to Have
    Home Staging

Countless people in your audience have a house, condo,
cabin or other home site on the market. Help them get
ahead of the competition in 2019 and land the best
offer by inviting Marlena Uhrik to explain how a small
investment in proper home staging can sell your
property faster, and for more money. You’ll learn why a
wall-to-wall empty home, even with outstanding curb
appeal, can lose the attention of prospective buyers
and how to stage a property with the least investment
and the biggest WOW factors. She says, “A $10 lamp
could get you $20K more for your property and well-
placed furniture will literally help people envision
themselves and their own possessions at home there.”
Using clever accessories and lighting tips, Marlena
says you can create an inviting feeling and showcase
the roominess of any space. Marlena Uhrik is the author

    8. ==> Why Today’s Kids Won’t Live as Long as Their
    Parents

According to CNN, life expectancy in the United States
dropped again in 2016 for the 2nd year in a row. Is
this a trend? It’s certainly concerning, but why is it
happening? Why won’t our kids live as long as their
parents and grandparents? Mylaine Riobe, MD, FACOG,
thinks it’s a trend that will continue – for many
reasons. She says, “The over 200 killers in your home
is one reason why. Your family is placed at risk every
day from the cumulative effect of these poisons and
known cancer causing agents. It’s not fast, it’s slow,
and over time manifests as cancer or some other
disease. And it’s one of the reasons why our kids will
NOT live as long as their parents.” Your audience will
learn about recent reports linking toxins to common
items in our homes, from cereals to soaps, detergents
to air fresheners, even medicines! She says, “Things we
always thought were safe could be slowly killing our
kids.” Dr. Riobe has a multi-faceted unique approach to
medicine combining TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
with conventional medicine. She is the author of “The
Answer to Cancer” and “The Tao of Integrative Medicine”
and host of the podcast Awakened Wellness with Mylaine

    9. ==> How to Heal Our National Trauma

    Mass shootings, protestor confrontations, disagreements
over border security, families and businesses reeling
from the federal government shutdown. How can America
heal from its own national trauma caused by hate crimes
    and growing polarization? Psychotherapist Gillian
Padgett has insights on what to do when the unthinkable
happens—whether it is murder, abuse or the result of a
natural disaster. She’ll share the ABCs of coping with
trauma and why the country and individuals who
experience it will be forever changed but can come out
stronger. In addition to being a psychotherapist,

Have you ever had to make a tough decision? Like
whether to leave a job? Get out of a relationship? Or
what medical treatment to pursue? It can leave you
feeling scared, lonely, and frozen with fear. Terrie
Novak is an expert at decision-making, or as she likes
to call it, “choice-making”. As a systems analyst, she
does it every day at work for her customers so when she
was faced with a scary diagnosis and an even scarier
treatment option, she decided (after freaking out) to
apply what she does at work to help her make some
important decisions. Terrie will share her powerful
story and explain how her three-step decision making
process makes any decision easier to make. Terrie Novak
works in software engineering as a systems analyst. Her
unique framework for “choice-making” can be applied to
decisions of any kind. Her book, “Hypothesis: An HPV
Healing Experiment”, outlines a three-step process she
created to help heal herself. Contact Terrie at (503)

    11. ==> Winter’s Season of Pain is Here — What to Do

Millions of people frown at colder temperatures,
shorter daylight, and challenging commitments faced
during these winter months. Who’ll recover fastest
after weeks of busy holiday activities? How can you
stay fit to enjoy this new year? What can you do about
chronic pains that flair-up when digging out of the
snow, hitting the slopes or getting weary at work? What
if conditions like depression, chronic fatigue and
fibromyalgia worsen? International wellness expert Leah

    12. ==> What’s Going Wrong with America’s Health
    Delivery System

The industry of medicine, including insurance
companies, Big Pharma, and a medical corporate
structure that appears driven more by profits than
patient consideration, represent a significant problem
in our health care delivery. Doctors are growing
frustrated to the point of leaving the profession.
Nurses and ancillary teams are drowning in over-
documentation and have less time for patient care.
Invite Michael J. Young, M.D., to discuss the
challenges to our health care delivery system gone
awry. A practicing physician (surgeon and Urology
specialist) for three decades, Dr. Young will offer his
insights and explore how America’s health delivery
process is in need of repair for everyone’s benefit.
He’ll also share his personal story and been-there
experiences other doctors rarely discuss. Dr. Michael
Young is the author of “The Illness of Medicine.”

    13. ==> What’s in a Name? Your Fate in Life!

Sticks and stones may break our bones, but names can
make or break our success in life. According to name
colorology expert B. P. Greycastle, the letters of our
names represent specific colors, which relate to
certain glands such as the pancreas, and energy centers
known as chakras. “I can illustrate with a vast array
of lists, facts and figures that the most famous and
successful people in practically every field owe their
success to their names,” he says. He’ll illustrate this
on air with astonishing accuracy. A Vietnam veteran who
studied fashion under the G.I. Bill, B.P. worked in the
fabric and fashion industries for many years, where he
discovered the dramatic impact colors have on people’s
lives. His book is “Your Name and Colors: Key to Your

    Frequent, More Deadly

Have you noticed the number of recent animal attacks on
unsuspecting people? Hikers are being injured by
mountain lions, wolves and even white-tail deer in
forests nationwide. Coyotes are invading homes,
backyards and campsites. Bears are attacking people in
Yellowstone and other parks while alligators are
drowning dog-walkers and little children in broad
daylight! What’s causing all these wild animal attacks?

learn valuable safety tips, especially for colder
months, from nature expert Bruce Hemming. Bruce will
reveal where people are most in danger these days, how
laws that limit hunting and trapping are backfiring,
and how to revamp the animal conservation system to
lesson these attacks and home invasions. Invite

    Bigly!

Thrice-married Donald Trump has already experienced two
high profile, nasty divorces and Pastor and Christian
marriage counselor Rev. George Sukhdeo believes his
marriage to Melania is also doomed. “Trump’s marriage
is not going to end well; his wife will leave him,”
Rev. George says. “He doesn’t have a concept of
marriage. He doesn’t treat women with respect and
esteem them for who they are.” Rev. George should know.

Societal problems like depression, suicide, domestic
violence and community unrest are on the rise. Reverend
Arthur Mackey says if we want to prevail we have to
change – and the first step is developing a mindset
that makes it possible. A prolific author, focused
researcher, respected pastor and sought-after media
guest, Mackey will explore everything from family and
workplace influences to health/social services, faith-
based resources and education programs you’ll want to

    Life

For most people, death is the final act of life. But
Margo Lenmark says death can actually be the start of a
better life for loved ones left behind, something she
discovered while growing up in a Midwestern funeral
home where her dad was an undertaker. Invite Margo to
share her fascinating experiences and insights with
your listeners. She says, “A person’s face in death
mirrors their living and their dying,” Margo says. Her
new book, “Light in the Mourning: Memoirs of an
Undertaker’s Daughter”, speaks of both. The book has
received glowing reviews from a number of prominent
authors and spiritual leaders including Deepak Chopra,
who says, “Life is not the opposite of death. It is
birth and death that are opposites. Life is the
continuum of birth and death eternally, and now. Read

Physical beauty? None of the above, says Kim Chestney.
She credits a trait all people have, but may not even
be aware of: Intuition! “Intuition is the most
important, yet least understood faculty of human
consciousness,” Kim says. “Getting your ego out of the
way and developing your inner voice can facilitate
well-being and growth in all aspects of your life.” Kim

    1. ==> Venezuela: Will Abrams Do What He Did in Guatemala?

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo named Elliot Abrams to
“lead our efforts on Venezuela” as that country teeters
on civil war. On Saturday, after making remarks to the
UN Security Council about Venezuela, Pompeo vacated his
chair and Abrams took over as representing the U.S.
government. Independent journalist Allan Nairn reminds
us that Elliot Abrams was found guilty in the Iran-
Contra scandal and was a leading U.S. backer of right-
wing forces during the 1980s in Guatemala, El Salvador
and Nicaragua, resulting in tens of thousands killed in
1982 in Guatemala alone. He recently tweeted: “Elliott
Abrams does indeed represent longstanding U.S. policy.
The problem is that that policy is to be willing to
abet genocide, as the U.S. did in Guatemala (under
Abrams), as a Guatemalan court ruled last September
after hearing evidence in a genocide trial in which I
testified.” Contact Allan Nairn at allan.nairn@yahoo.org or @AllanNairn14

    2. ==> All-Time Best Super Bowl Ads

Super Bowl Sunday isn’t just about football. Fans also
look forward to the food, the half-time entertainment,
and the ads! Leading up to the big game, during and
after, two professors from the Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University are available to
discuss the ads, the trends, and what makes for a
successful advertisement in the Super Bowl. For the
15th year in a row professors Derek Rucker and Tim
Calkins, along with 50 students, will grade and rank
the most – and least – effective ads aired during the
game. Ask them: What can viewers expect this year? Why
does a Super Bowl ad cost so much? What are the best
and worst ads from past Super Bowls? How does Super
Bowl advertising reflect the health of the American
economy? Derek Rucker is professor of entrepreneurial
studies at the Kellogg School. Tim Calkins is a
clinical professor of marketing. Contact Molly Lynch at

    3. ==> He Inspires Gronk and Will Inspire You Too

New England Patriots’ fans love Rob
Gronkowski—Gronk—the two-time Super Bowl champ rumored
to be retiring this year. Invite Joe Lafferty on your
show and learn why Gronk credits him with being a major
inspiration in his life. You’ll hear what Rob was like
as a 6-ft 6-inch teen playing for Woodland Hills High
School in Pittsburgh, where Joe worked. Joe has
survived cancer, diabetes, vision loss, a pulmonary
embolism, kidney failure, heart surgery, a double organ
transplant and seven minutes of death. Learn Gronk’s
role in Joe’s initial meeting with his organ transplant
donor’s family! Even while he was sick, Joe played high
school and college football and worked for three D-1A
athletic departments, the Orange Bowl and the Dallas
Cowboys. Nicknamed “Coach Laff” and “Coach Ha-Ha,” Joe
coached 14 seasons at his alma mater, which produced 15
future NFL players. Joe’s new book is “Justin Time: A
Memoir of Faith and Fight for Life.” Contact him at

    4. ==> Baseball Hall of Fame Class of 2019

Yes, we know it’s Super Bowl week, but football isn’t
the only sport making news. The Baseball Writers
Association of America has officially released its 2019
Hall of Fame voting results. As expected, four players
will be inducted into Cooperstown this July: pitchers
Mariano Rivera, Roy Halladay and Mike Mussina, as well
as designated hitter Edgar Martinez. Invite Rick
Cerrone, editor-in-chief of “Baseball Digest” to
discuss the new inductees and what makes them worthy of
a spot in the Hall of Fame. Cerrone was VP of Public
Relations for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1987 through
1993 and Sr. Director of Media Relations for the NY
Yankees from 1996 through 2006. Contact Mark Goldman at

    5. ==> The Real Gandalf Lives as a Hermit in the
    Foothills of Portugal

Muz Murray lives a simple life in the hills of
Portugal, where he often goes weeks without talking to
another human being. With his long flowing white hair,
beard and mustache, he bears a strong resemblance to
Ian McKellen when he played the wizard Gandalf in “The
Lord of the Rings” movies. But Muz is no movie
character. Ask him: What made him become a hermit after
a lifetime of being pursued by the media? Why is he
willing to do interviews now? How is he helping people
keep their sanity in an insane world? What is his
connection to J.R.R. Tolkien? Born in England and
having lived all over the world, Muz is like no one you
will ever interview. He has worked in the entertainment
industry as an actor and set designer, in the broadcast
industry, as a psychotherapist and a mystic, and even
as an elephant trainer. His latest book is “You Are the
Light: Secrets of the Sages Made Simple.” Contact him

    6. ==> Lessons Covington Students Can Teach Us

Last week, the nation’s attention was riveted by a
Washington, D.C. incident pitting a group of teenagers
from a Catholic high school in Kentucky against a
Native American elder and some Black Hebrew Israelites.
In a furor fueled by multiple videos, social media
buzz, and half-cocked news stories, the teenagers, some
wearing MAGA hats, were shamed, vilified and
threatened. “Why the rush to judgment?” asks author
Emily Slingluff. “Why the hatred?” Emily believes she
has the answers and they are surprising. She says it’s
not about politics. “Haters are unhappy weaklings and
bullies whose parents thought it was proper to yell at
and punish them. We have to change the way parents
raise their children.” A child-rearing expert, Emily is
the author of multiple books including “A Primer for
    Positive Parenting.” Contact her at (757) 428-6167;

    7. ==> Congress and President Should Pay Fines for
    Shutdown

William Hovey Smith believes members of Congress and
the President should be fined for their roles in the
partial government shutdown. The author says lawmakers
should share in the sufferings they inflicted on others
to spur them to never again use shutdowns as a
    governmental tool. Specifically, Smith says
congressional members should pay $20,000 for each day
the shutdown lasted, and the president should cough up
$100,00 a day. William Hovey Smith is the author of
several books including “Create Your Own Job Security:
Plan to Start Your Own Business at Midlife” and
“Backyard Deer Hunting: From Deer to Dinner for Pennies
    per Pound.” Contact him at hoveysmith@bellsouth.net;

    8. ==> Purdue Rape by Fraud: Closing the Loophole

Lawmakers will soon vote on two bills that can close
the loophole in Indiana’s rape statute by prohibiting
rape by fraud and clarifying the meaning of consent.
The legislation comes a year after a former Purdue
student escaped a guilty verdict on a rape charge—even
after admitting that he’d tricked the victim into
believing he was her boyfriend. Joyce Short, a three-
time sexual assault survivor who spent years studying
consent, worked with legislators on the changes and
says, “If passed, the laws will make it a crime to
deceive a person into sex by disguising your identity,
and address the broader issue of correctly defining
consent in Indiana’s laws.” Short will discuss the
difficulties of strengthening sexual assault laws, how
they vary from state to state, and why the definition
of consent is essential to successfully prosecuting
sexual predators. Short has been featured on Nightline,
BuzzFeed, Inside Edition and more and is releasing her
third book on sexual assault, “Your Consent – The Key

    9. ==> Black History Month: How Diverse is Your Life?

Sharon Fenster says Black History Month is the perfect
time to take a personal inventory of your relationships
and see how much diversity you have embraced in your
life. Fenster recently put her own life to the test.
“The results were not as reassuring as I had hoped,”
she says, “which drove me to question the reason. It
wasn’t on purpose and I hadn’t realized it until I took
a step back to reflect and confront myself.” She adds,
“’For most of us, having a diverse life is not about
getting it right all the time. It’s a process. Let’s
face it, it is more comfortable to surround ourselves
with the familiar. Making changes like this take
courage and commitment but the rewards are great!”
Fenster will explain what she discovered when examining
her relationships, why experiencing diversity in life
matters, and how to broaden your life to include more
diverse personal and professional relationships. Sharon
Fenster is a brand and marketing strategist and
diversity advocate. She is CEO of Fenster
Communications, Immediate Past-President of the NY
Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America

    10. ==> Pair Wine with Chocolate for Ultimate
    Valentine’s Day Sensuality

    11. ==> Could This Be the Reason You Can’t Find Love?

Everyone wants to fall in love. Especially when
Valentine’s Day nears. Some folks seem to have a hard
time finding love and others seem to fall for the wrong
person over and over again. Joffre McClung says both
types of people have the same basic issue when it comes
to love. “If you want to find and fall in love with the
right person you need to already be in love—with
yourself!” The author of “The Heart of the Matter” will
suggest ways to go from “wishing for love” to “loving
who you truly are” and explain how tending to your own
needs can bring unexpected benefits to your life. Give
listeners a quick test to see what area they may need
to bolster with more self-love, and learn simple ways
to start and end the day with self-appreciation and
gratitude. Joffre McClung has appeared on numerous
radio and TV programs. A former media producer,
independent filmmaker, and author, she takes the
esoteric and brings it back down to earth with a big
dose of common sense. Contact her at (917) 994-0225

    Saving Practice

    history, including: medical conditions, surgeries,
    childhood health history, immunizations, allergies,
dental procedures, doctor/E.R. visits, and more. It can
save your life! Invite RN/APRN (nurse practitioner) and
author Anne McAwley-LeDuc to discuss strategies for the
best health journey. Ask her to explore on-air: How can
organizing your health history be easier than keeping
receipts, recipes or mail? Why should you start
recording health info about your child before birth?
What often happens to health records when you move,
change doctors or travel frequently? Anne McAwley-LeDuc

    14. ==> Finally — A Viable Solution to the Opioid
    Epidemic

Today’s opioid epidemic is eroding the core of society,
in terms of cost and human suffering. Almost everyone
knows someone affected by the opioid problem, as 87% of
people on opioids have chronic pain. The answers have
been revealed in the last 10 years of neuroscience
research, but little of this knowledge has been adopted
by mainstream medicine. That’s the message of Dr. David
Hanscom, author of “Back in Control: A Surgeon’s
Roadmap Out of Chronic Pain”. This expert presents a
self-directed, literature-based plan for becoming pain-
free. It’s the solution to the opioid crisis! As your
on-air guest, Dr. Hanscom will talk about his
discoveries and reveal why he says: “What most doctors
don’t know can and will harm you.” Dr. Hanscom will
also explore what makes most treatments for pain
ineffective. Ask him about the reason today’s opioid
crisis affects all ages, all families, all businesses,
and our economy. Contact him dnhanscom@gmail.com

    15. ==> Fulfill Your Dreams Regardless of Your Career
    Disappointments

Sadly, millions of people hate their jobs and dread
going to work every day. That contributes to work-
    related disappointments and strains relationships,
finances, parenting and health. Yet studies show that
following your dreams — including entrepreneurial
goals — can mean happier, more abundant and purposeful
living. Explore this on-air with Dr. Dragos Bratasanu,
author of “The Pursuit of Dreams”. He’ll give listeners
advice on how to fulfill dreams regardless of
circumstances. This expert will answer questions like:
What qualities help you be your own boss? How can you
select a business venture, and what are the initial
steps to take? Can you succeed without pricey
investments or family upheaval? What can Americans
learn from other nations/cultures? Contact Dr. Dragos

    16. ==> Your Kids Might Not Be College Material, They
    Could Be Something Better!

Why is this old myth still around? It’s the one that
says: “You must attend and finish college to earn the
best career opportunities and future income.” But
Americans are learning that a college degree doesn’t
guarantee wealth, happiness or success. What it does
guarantee is a high price-tag (often tied to years of
difficult student loans) — plus a delay in joining the
workforce. College students can also choose the wrong
major, hate their eventual jobs, or lose to negative
influences (drinking, drugs) common to college
campuses. That’s the message of Joe Swinger, author of
“Awaken the Magic Within” and founder/CEO of Self-
Mastery Leadership Academy. Invite Joe to share
effective 21st Century alternatives to the college run-
around. He’ll introduce your audience to more
    affordable learning programs/activities,
entrepreneurial goals and lucrative career paths that
    don’t require a time-consuming, expensive college
degree. Ask Joe about his own story of becoming a
successful boss, educator and innovator. Contact him at
    (801) 865-7849; authorjoeswinger@gmail.com

    17. ==> Students Should Be Able to Rate Their Teachers!

Students in college get to evaluate their teachers…
so why hasn’t this become the norm in high schools and
even grade schools, whether in private school settings,
cyber/charter schools, or public school systems? Learn
more when you interview education expert Barb Daniels,
author of the Timmy Teacup series of books on self-
esteem and anti-bullying. She’ll explain how schools
can establish rate-teacher systems that go beyond
complaint forums to create real change that benefits
everyone and enhances education. Barb says the rewards
include fewer bullying issues, less anger and
    frustration among teachers, and improved
student/faculty relationships as well as higher
motivation among student athletes, higher grades, and
more mature youngsters and teens ready to work
effectively with their educators. Barb’s rating system
advice is designed to help faculty feel more fulfilled
and serve the entire school community because the most
important “clients” (students) are the watchdogs.

    18. ==> Reset Your Health with Yoga

Many people vowed to start 2019 by watching what they
ate, exercising more and paying attention to their
wellness. But just one month into the year they may be
frustrated and backsliding—or placing their trust in
some fad diet. Adelfa Marie Samson has one word for
them: yoga. Listeners may know that yoga’s benefits
    include increased flexibility, discipline, stress
relief and physical fitness, but they may not realize a
weekly yoga class won’t get them the balanced life
they’re hoping for if they don’t incorporate diet and
meditation. You’ll learn how to find the right yoga
teacher, which Indian spices you should add to your
diet for their nutritional and curative aspects and
ways to overcome common obstacles to meditation. A
master of her craft, Samson leads retreats globally and

School in Bangalore, India. She is the author of “Yoga

    1. ==> Trump Backs Venezuelan Opposition Leader

President Trump on Wednesday declared Venezuelan
dictator Nicolas Maduro illegitimate and officially
recognized Juan Gaido, the president of the Venezuelan
National Assembly and a vehement critic of Maduro’s
government, as the country’s interim president. Invite
Miguel Tinker Salas, author of “Venezuela: What
Everyone Needs to Know”, to discuss what’s going on in
the country and what comes next. “The issue for
Venezuela is how to create the context to
reconcile differences, recognize the existence of the
other and avoid a crisis of ungovernability. The
Chavistas will not disappear and neither will the
opposition. Each group needs to recognize the existence
of the other and avoid a much larger crisis.” Tinker
Salas is professor of history and Latin American
studies at Pomona College; his previous books include
“The Enduring Legacy: Oil, Culture, and Society in
    Venezuela.” Contact him at mrt04747@pomona.edu,

    2. ==> MAGA Hat Video Triggered Our Reptile Brains

Douglas Rushkoff says the confrontation between a
teenage boy in a MAGA hat and an older Native American
at the Lincoln Memorial last Friday was a sick
spectacle, but you shouldn’t conclude — no matter what
version of the video you saw — that it captures some
meaningful reflection of human nature or even America’s
current cultural divide. He says, “It simply
demonstrates how social media amplify and inflame our
tensions. Our digital platforms still appeal to our
worst and basest instincts. The internet doesn’t have
to be used against a person’s critical faculties any
more than language has to be used to lie. But each
extension of our social reality into a new medium
requires we make a conscious effort to bring our
humanity along with us.” Douglas Rushkoff is a
professor of media theory and digital economics at
CUNY/Queens. He’s the host of the Team Human podcast
and author of “Team Human” as well as a dozen other
books on media, technology, and culture. Contact Will
    Scarlett at (212) 790-4325; wscarlett@wwnorton.com

    3. ==> He Gives You a Bird’s Eye View of the Super Bowl

Bring this Emmy Award-winning
airborne cameraman on your show to share stories only
he has about photographing three Super Bowls during the
23 years he has been photographing
the NFL. He’ll share his behind the scenes knowledge of
the Air Force Thunderbirds flybys, the way the Super
Bowl brings a city together and why even non-football
fans can appreciate the Super Bowl for its blessed
    break from divisive
politics. David is the author of two “Help From Above”
    books. Contact him at 818-275-8676;

    4. ==> Brutal Winter Weather Brings Mental Health
    Issues

Much of the country has been under winter weather
watches and cold advisories. Some people love the
season, but for others, these winter months are brutal,
and can even trigger Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD),
commonly known as the winter blues. SAD is a type of
depression that’s related to changes in the seasons and
begins and ends about the same time every year. Invite
Clinical Forensic Psychologist Dr. John Huber to
explain why it happens and what you can do
about it. “This disorder can be challenging, especially
for those who already have depression tendencies. There
are a number of ways to treat the symptoms of SAD,
including finding ways to appreciate the good things
about winter.” Dr. John Huber is the chairman for
Mainstream Mental Health, a non-profit mental health
organization. He’s appeared on hundreds of radio shows
and dozens of national television programs. Contact
    Ryan McCormick at (516) 901-1103; (919)
    377-1200.

    5. ==> Friday is Fun at Work Day! How to Be Happy at
    Work

Jan. 25 is Fun at Work Day, but for many people, the
words “job” and “fun” do not belong in the same
sentence. Mike Duffy can change that. The author of
five books on happiness and founder of the Happiness
Hall of Fame, Mike can help your audience find new
meaning in the work they do—even if it seems like the
same old, same old—leave their personal problems at
home, avoid negative coworkers, discover the power of a
neat desk, and make the choice to be happy at
work. Mike is a former senior vice president at Merrill
Lynch whose books include “The Happiness Book” and “The
Happiness Book for Men.” He started the Happiness Hall
of Fame to recognize, encourage and celebrate people
and organizations that make other people happy. Members

    6. ==> Sunday is International Holocaust Remembrance
    Day

This year, second-generation Holocaust survivor and
bestselling memoirist Ellen Korman Mains will mark
International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Jan. 27 at
the site of the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp
in Poland. Mains is making the trip, one of many she
has taken to ensure that the world does not forget the
murder of over six million Jews who were killed in
concentration camps and mass graves during World War
II. Mains says, “It’s important to commemorate such
events, not only to remember the dead,
but to combat ignorance of the past and to remind
ourselves that genocides and mass violence are
continuing.” The daughter of Polish-born Jews who
survived the Holocaust, Ellen Korman Mains is the
author of “Buried Rivers: A Spiritual Journey into the
Holocaust.” A citizen of Canada, where she was born,
the USA, and Poland, she lives mainly in Boulder,
Colo., but spends extended periods of time in Poland
teaching, promoting dialog, and connecting with her
heritage. While in Poland Mains will be accessible
    through Skype, Zoom and Facetime. Contact her at +48 793 366 441 -;

    7. ==> This Nazi Germany Survivor Forgave Hitler

For a timely show, interview Rosemarie Musso. While
growing up in Nazi Germany, Musso’s dentist father was
almost executed for showing compassion toward Jews who
were forced into hard labor at a mine near her village.
“The Nazis brought the Jews to my father to pull their
teeth, demanding that he not give them anesthesia,” she
says. “But after the Nazis left, he took them into the
basement to have them medicated.” Although she and her
family were spared following the intervention of a
well-connected family friend, Rosemarie harbored deep
anger and hatred toward Hitler for decades. But she
eventually became a Born Again Christian and forgave
him, which she claims changed her life for
the better. She channeled that energy into earning a
law degree at age 63, and writing the book “The Four
Laws of Forgiveness: Memories of Survival During WWII
Nazi Germany.” She can share how forgiving even the
most heinous acts can enable us to live more peaceful,
    harmonious lives.Contact her at RMusso@rtirguests.com

    8. ==> Jan. is Human Trafficking Awareness Month: Do a
Show on How to End the Horror

As the controversy about the wall at the Southern
border continues to heat up, undocumented immigrants
who are brought to this country for the purposes of
human trafficking are often overlooked. According to
author Raleigh Sadler, a Christian reverend and founder
and executive director of the New York-based non-profit
Let My People Go, many undocumented immigrants who are
already here are being greatly exploited. “There are
all different kinds of trafficking, not
just sex trafficking,” he reveals. “Traffickers do not
care about your immigration status; they exploit
vulnerable people.” Raleigh founded this group in 2013
to combat global human rights injustices. He can
discuss how this epidemic affects society at every
level, and what we can all do to help stem the tide of
oppression. He is the author of the new book
“Vulnerable: Rethinking Human Trafficking.” Contact him
    at RSadler@rtirguests.com

    9. ==> Does this Immigrant Understand Donald Trump
    Better Than You Do?

Born in Jamaica but living in the U.S. since his youth,
Patric Rutherford, Ph.D., has extensively researched
our political system. He became so amazed by the
emergence of Donald Trump, he wrote the critically-
acclaimed book “God and President Trump Plus the Rest
of Us.” Learn why Dr. Rutherford is convinced that God
wanted Trump in the Oval Office, and how countless
American Christians would elect a seemingly godless
candidate. Rutherford will also reveal why God
may not want Donald Trump to serve two terms, or even a
full first term. During interviews, you can also ask:
What led Rutherford to NOT vote for Trump? What does he
see as Trump’s motivations, especially for immigration
issues? What opinions might Rutherford have about the
much-debated border wall, separated families, and
asylum seekers? Contact Dr. Patric Rutherford at (786)

    10. ==> How Much Does a Presidential Pardon Cost?

What’s it like receiving a Presidential Pardon? What’s
it like to need one? John Smith spent 5 years in public
accounting… only to get caught up in the S&L crisis
during the 1980’s. As far as he was concerned
everything at his company was above board – until the
FBI came knocking! He came to realize the extent of his
employer’s wrongdoing – and that you don’t have to
commit a crime to be convicted of one. Interview John
to hear his incredible true story of
perseverance and grit. His warning to your audience is
this – If it can happen to him… it can happen to YOU.
John Smith is the author of “Embracing the Abyss” and a

    workplace and in life. Contact him at (214) 216-2199;

He sacrifices everything
for love! Marty Vargas will share how his love for his
birth mom was tested time and time again,
but eventually prevailed – overcoming her rejection and
fear. This wonderful human-interest story is really a
tale of two mothers… the one who took him in, raised
him, hid the truth from him – but eventually gave him
the information and the courage he needed to go on the
search of a lifetime! Marty Vargas, MFA, is a media
owner, author, and a sought-after International
speaker. His incredible true story has been seen
multiple times on ABC and NBC Philadelphia and
    Fox News Washington, DC. Contact him at (631) 246-0790;

    12. ==> The Dirty Secret about Steroid Injections

Odds are you know someone who gets cortisone injections
for pain—if you don’t get them yourself. But what you
probably don’t know is that these injections often
don’t work well or last long, pain expert Dr. Anna Lee
says. Yet they are routinely given and lead to the
buildup of scar tissue with repeated use. But they are
highly profitable for the doctors who administer them.
The shame of it, Dr. Lee will say, is that there is a
treatment that can actually get to the
root of what is causing their pain. As the pioneer of
this FDA-approved drug-free treatment, Dr. Lee can
offer hope to countless people in the U.S. who live
their lives in pain. She has already helped thousands
of people eliminate or reduce lifelong pain. For

    14. ==> ‘Tidying Up’ – The Less Stuff, More Substance
    Movement

Living with less so you can live more is the philosophy
that drives Netflix’ hit series Tidying Up with Marie
Kondo. “Clearly people can identify with having too
much stuff, and not enough substance,” says Rita
Wilkins, who pared down her own life from a 5,000 sq.
ft. home in the suburbs to an 867 sq. ft. condo.
Wilkins says baby boomers are especially drawn to the
concept. “Their homes frequently become the depository
for not only their ‘stuff’, but their parents’
and young adult kids’ stuff. At a time when they’re
yearning for a third act with more flexibility,
mobility and less responsibility, they’re faced with
more responsibility, clutter, and complicated lives!”
She’ll discuss the benefits of downsizing, how you
actually live larger with less, and what to do with all
the stuff nobody wants. An interior design and
lifestyle design expert for the past 35 years, Rita is
known as the Downsizing Designer. She is the author
of the upcoming book “Downsize Your Life, Upgrade Your
    Lifestyle.” Contact her at

    15. ==> How Dads Can Raise Strong Daughters in the
    #MeToo Age

Dads play a very important role when it comes to
empowering their young daughters to become strong,
    independent women. Long-time female empowerment
advocate Kailin Gow offers valuable insights for dads
of daughters. “Raising a daughter who is aware and
knowledgeable of the world so that she can navigate
through it with her eyes open, rather than closed, can
be one of her best protections,” she says. “Knowledge
is power.” Kailin has released a book especially for
dads: “Raising Strong Daughters: What Fathers Should
Know.” She can share how men can help to empower their
daughters when it comes to the threats of sexual
assault, school violence, bullying and other
challenging life situations young girls experience.
Kailin is the founder of Sparklesoup Inc., an
    internationally recognized, multi-award-winning
bestselling author who has sold over 5.5 million books,
and director/filmmaker. She also is the author of
the recently released “Kailin Gow’s Go Girl Guide.”

    16. ==> Best-Kept Secrets of Successful Teenagers

Teenagers are often known for being moody or silly, and
seemingly lost among the worry and angst of their
“almost an adult” years. But what about those teens who
are happy, hopeful, well-adjusted, and making confident
progress academically and in their everyday lives? What
do they know that could help ALL young people? Explore
this with acclaimed author Paul Bernabei, whose many
books of the Top 20 series include “TOP 20 Teens.”
He’ll reveal how today’s most successful teens think
smarter and foster positive beliefs while learning from
their mistakes. Bernabei will also talk about social-
emotional learning and how this benefits students in
    personal and school life. Appreciative
    audiences (teens themselves and their
mentors/parents/teachers) will also hear about must-
know lifelong secrets for “people-smart” communication,
    conflict resolution, demonstrating kindness,
    specializing in effective responses and
    much more. Contact him at (651) 470-3827;

    17. ==> What Men Wish Women Knew About Them

According to interpersonal communication expert Diane
Auten, women have some misguided ideas about men. For
example, she’ll say that it’s not true that men aren’t
emotional beings or that just because they aren’t
looking at you doesn’t mean they are not listening to
you. In addition, she’ll say that women should learn to
talk about subjects men find interesting—like sports
and gaming—because men open up more when discussing
topics they are interested in. This professor of
communication will not only bust myths but will also
offer suggestions on how to get men to open up more and
how parents can raise their sons to
be great communicators. The parent of two teenage boys,
Diane is the author of the very funny book, “The Joys
of Raising Boys: the Good, the Bad, and the Hilarious.”

    18. ==> Is Your Life a Mess? Blame Your Name!

Shakespeare mused, “What’s in a name?” According to
colorology expert B.P. Greycastle, your name can make
or break you in life. In his acclaimed book “Your Name
and Colors: Key to Your Beauty, Career, Personality,
Romance and Success,” he reveals how the letters of
your name represent specific colors which relate to
certain glands such as the pancreas, and energy centers
known as chakras. “The richest people have certain
color types,” he explains. “Ninety percent of them are
purple spiritual people. William Gates is one example.”
B.P. can illustrate on air how one’s name, correlating
colors, glands and chakras affect our lives, with
astonishing accuracy. A Vietnam veteran who studied
fashion under the G.I. Bill, he worked in the fabric
and fashion industries for many years, where he
discovered the dramatic impact colors have on people’s
lives. Contact him at bpg@namecolorology.com or (510)

    19. ==> Are You Missing Out by Not Meditating?

years, while also practicing yoga, tai chi and Qigong.

from Oprah to Howard Stern and dozens more, who rely on
meditation during their challenges in the spotlight
(entertainment, sports, politics, media, etc.). He’ll

    1. ==> What’s Really Behind the Govt. Shutdown

Richard Andersen says the current government shutdown
is due to the fact that neither the people at large nor
their legislators share a sense of community. “This
community-starvation leads to the ‘me first’-
ism, tribalism, and political polarization that’s
behind the shutdown and the general paralysis of our
divided national government.” Anderson, “The Community
Guy,” will discuss what happens when people feel
they’re part of a community (and what happens when they
don’t), what pro-community relational skills are, and
why our current institutions don’t teach us how to
build and sustain a strong sense of community.
Richard Andersen, M.A., has been teaching, consulting
and conducting workshops on the importance of community
building the past 25 years. He’s the author of
Deepening the Sense of Community.” Contact him at

    2. ==> Gillette’s Masculinity Ad Is Actually Quite
    Conservative

Gillette’s new ad about toxic masculinity is getting a
lot of buzz, both positive and negative. Neil Young
doesn’t understand why some conservatives are calling
it an assault on masculinity. “Rather than an
attack on manhood or a radical call to overthrow the
patriarchy, the commercial instead celebrates men and
affirms long-standing notions of masculinity as
honorable and virtuous.” He adds, “It says something
significant when a sizable portion of conservatives
decide that the manliest response to American culture
is feeling wounded by everything it produces. And it’s
odd that what critics of the ad see as
Gillette’s condemnations of men are the very things
that conservatives have historically viewed as the
virtuous emblems of masculinity, men as protectors,
defenders and sexually chaste.” Neil J. Young is an
independent scholar of United States history, focusing
on post-1945 religion and politics. He co-hosts the
history podcast Past Present and is the author of “We
Gather Together: The Religious Right and the
Problem of Interfaith Politics.” Contact him at

    3. ==> What to Expect from this Year’s Super Bowl Ads

Super Bowl Sunday isn’t just about football. Fans also
look forward to the food, the half-time entertainment,
and the ads! Leading up to the big game, during and
after, two professors from the Kellogg School
of Management at Northwestern University are available
to discuss the ads, the trends, and what makes for a
successful advertisement in the Super Bowl. For the
15th year in a row professors Derek Rucker and
Tim Calkins, along with 50 students, will grade and
rank the most – and least – effective ads aired during
the game. Ask them: What can viewers expect this year?
Why does a Super Bowl ad cost so much? What
are the best and worst ads from past Super Bowls? How
does Super Bowl advertising reflect the health of the
American economy? Derek Rucker is professor of
entrepreneurial studies at the Kellogg School. Tim
Calkins is a clinical professor of marketing. Contact

    4. ==> Get a Room! Wanna Make a Super Bowl Baby?

Major sports victories are known to trigger baby booms.
It seems the adrenaline rush of seeing your team win
big is clutch timing for post-game romance. On February
3rd, Hotels.com will give away free hotel
rooms to 53 fans to help them celebrate the winning
team’s victory with the best play of the season—making
a Super Bowl baby. Katie Junod, general manager of the
Hotels.com brand in North America says, “This
is our way of getting in on the game-day action.
Whether fans grow their own team with a Super Bowl baby
or just want to celebrate their team’s victory.” For

    5. ==> Film Critic & Oscars Expert Richard Roeper

Oscar nominations were announced this morning and
everyone is talking about this year’s films and stars.
Invite film critic Richard Roeper to talk about this
year’s nods, the surprises and snubs and his picks
to take home a golden statue this year. For more than
three decades, Richard Roeper has been the leading film
critic and a columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times. He
rose to national prominence as the co-host of
the popular series “Ebert and Roeper” alongside Roger
Ebert. Roeper stars in HDNET Movie’s upcoming 3rd
annual “And The Oscar® Goes To…” where he guides
viewers on a cinematic odyssey that puts the spotlight
on a slate of over 50 Oscar®-winning films. The

    6. ==> Why Black Women’s Lives Are Now Silver Screen
    Gold

What is becoming of black women’s power to tell their
own stories? It’s skyrocketing, says Nita Wiggins, a
barrier-breaking journalist and sportscaster. In time
for Black History Month, Nita says, that from
Mrs. Obama’s No. 1 memoir, “Becoming,” to mainstream
and independent films, black women are finally being
revealed as remarkable and lovable characters after
being overlooked by Hollywood for nearly 100
years. Nita broke barriers in American sports
journalism after she became a boxing coach, met
Muhammad Ali and landed a boxing assignment. She now
teaches journalism in Paris, France. Her upcoming
    memoir
“Civil Rights Baby” is being discussed as a film.

    7. ==> Why International Holocaust Remembrance Day is
    More Important than Ever

This year, second-generation Holocaust survivor and
bestselling memoirist Ellen Korman Mains will mark
International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Jan. 27 at
the site of the infamous Auschwitz concentration
camp in Poland. Mains is making the trip, one of many
she has taken to ensure that the world does not forget
the murder of over six million Jews who were killed in
concentration camps and mass graves during
World War II. Mains says, “It’s important to
commemorate such events, not only to remember the dead,
but to combat ignorance of the past and to remind
ourselves that genocides and mass violence are
continuing.” The daughter of Polish-born Jews who
survived the Holocaust, Ellen Korman Mains is the
author of “Buried Rivers: A Spiritual Journey into the
Holocaust.” A citizen of Canada, where she was born,
the USA, and Poland, she lives mainly in Boulder,
Colo., but spends extended periods of time in Poland
teaching, promoting dialog, and connecting with her
heritage. While in Poland Mains will be accessible
    through Skype, Zoom and Facetime. Contact her at +48 793 366 441 -;

    8. ==> Why Cell Phone Scams Are Skyrocketing

According to First Orion, a consultancy firm to the
telecommunications industry, nearly one in every two
calls to American’s cell phones will be scams this
year. To put that in perspective, in 2017 fewer than
3% were scams, and in 2018 fewer than 30%. Why is this
and what should Americans be looking out for? Invite
Bill Francavilla, CFP and author of “The Madoffs Among
Us” to discuss how to spot a phone scam, what
to do when you receive a call, and ways to avoid
falling prey to a scammer. Bill Francavilla is former
senior vice president, director of Wealth Management
for Legg Mason. He has been interviewed by the Wall
St. Journal, Yahoo Finance, PBS, NBC news and dozens of
other high profile media outlets. Contact him at (757)
    870-4590; wmfrancavilla@gmail.com

    9. ==> How to Be Happy at Work

Jan. 25 is Fun at Work Day. But for most people, the
words “job” and “fun” do not belong in the same
sentence. Mike Duffy can change that. The author of
five books on happiness and founder of the Happiness
Hall of Fame, Mike can help your audience find new
meaning in the work they do—even if it seems like the
same old, same old—leave their personal problems at
home, avoid negative coworkers, discover the power
of a neat desk, and make the choice to be happy at
work. Mike is a former senior vice president at Merrill
Lynch whose books include “The Happiness Book” and “The
Happiness Book for Men.” He started the
Happiness Hall Of Fame to recognize, encourage and
celebrate people and organizations that make other
people happy. Members include Muhammad Ali, Dolly
Parton, Serena Williams, The Golden State Warriors, The

    10. ==> From Facelifts to Fillers: Insider Warning and
    Advice

Whether it’s breast augmentation, liposuction or
injectable fillers, cosmetic surgery and procedures are
as popular as ever, with med spas popping up in
suburban strip malls and doctors advertising and
offering discounts. But industry veteran Joan Jefferson
Freeman says that as demand for cosmetic procedures
increases, so does the number of unqualified service
    providers offering everything from cosmetic
surgery and med spa services to cosmetic injections
administered in hotel rooms. Invite the author of
“Facing the Cut: An Inside Perspective on Plastic &
Cosmetic Surgery” to share tips and advice for anyone
considering cosmetic surgery. She’ll discuss how to
choose a doctor and what to ask during a consultation,
whether medical tourism is safe, and if you get what
you pay for from a cosmetic surgeon. Freeman is
a 33-year veteran of the plastic, cosmetic and
reconstructive surgery field. A former practice manager
and marketing executive for the Institute of Cosmetic,
she was one of the first to establish advertising
for plastic surgery on radio and television. She co-
hosts a radio program on plastic surgery and founded an
educational call center providing information on
surgical procedures. Contact Joan Jefferson Freeman

    11. ==> How to Create a Perfect School: It’s Easier
    than You Think!

Why do kindergarteners love school but by the end of
high school most students can’t wait to leave? The joy
and excitement that can be found in those early years
quickly dissipates… but fixing it is easier
than you think! “Unfortunately, our education system
encourages bad habits! I can show teachers what those
bad habits are and what to replace them with!” says Lee
Jenkins, a career educator with a passion for
improving student learning in school. According to Lee,
no school will approach perfect until they replace
cram/forget and other harmful practices that destroy
the kindergarten love of learning. The key is
for students to be in an environment where they both
work hard and love their learning. Lee Jenkins is the
author of “Permission to Forget” and the upcoming “How
to Create a Perfect School”, with a foreword
by Jack Canfield. A former educator and administrator
in public schools and universities, he now consults and

    17. ==> Are You Guilty of ‘Disasterizing’ Your Life?

Some of us excel at making mountains out of molehills.
Even if you aren’t one, you probably know someone who
might best be described as a “drama queen.” For such
people, every illness has the potential to be
fatal and a simple thing like not being able to find
their razor is enough to ruin their day.
Psychotherapist Gillian Padgett will explain that
“disasterizing” your life is not innocent behavior. In
    fact,
she’ll say that having an outsized reaction to ordinary
events takes a terrible toll on your brain, mind,
emotions, and body. But it is possible to reverse
course by retraining your brain to be creatively
positive. Gillian is the author of “Let Stress Heal
Your Life” and “From Trauma to Tranquility.” Contact
    her at GPadgett@rtirguests.com

    18. ==> How to Divorce-Proof Your Marriage

How have pastor and Christian marriage counselor Rev.
George Sukhdeo and his wife, Shirley, managed to remain
happily married for 46 years? “We have experienced
almost every challenge couples face in a
marriage,” he says. “A marriage with Christ at its
center is much more than having someone to do the
dishes after dinner, take care of you when you’re sick,
or help you make the car payment every month. A
godly marriage excels at compromise and glories in
selflessness.” Rev. George is an ordained minister with
the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, He received a
Master of Ministry in Christian Counseling degree
and a B.A. in theology from Christian Bible College of
Rocky Mount, N.C. He has 34 years of experience in
Christian ministries as a pastor, Christian counselor
and life coach, and has counseled more than 500
couples, with an 85 percent success rate. He is the
author of the book “Preparing For and Fostering Harmony
in Marriage” Contact him at GSukhdeo@rtirguests.com or

    19. ==> Celebrate National Organ Donor Day, Feb. 14

February 14th is National Organ Donor Day and a chance
for you to boost a concept that 95 percent of Americans
believe in even though, paradoxically, only 54 percent
actually have registered as organ donors.
With Joe Lafferty as your guest, you’ll not only
explode the myths that keep people from signing up to
be organ donors but you’ll also explore the role
Hollywood can play in saving lives. In addition, you’ll
treat your audience to Joe’s inspiring story. Joe has
survived cancer, diabetes, vision loss, a pulmonary
embolism, kidney failure, heart surgery, a double organ
transplant and seven minutes of death; all
while playing high school and college football, working
for three D-1A athletic departments, the Orange Bowl
and the Dallas Cowboys. He also coached 14 seasons of
high school football, including 15 future NFL
players. He’s a member of the Donate Life Hollywood
board and coauthor of the upcoming book “Justin Time: A
Memoir of Faith and Fight for Life.” Contact him at

Wouldn’t it be nice to know what is going through your
pet’s mind? If you had an animal communicator you could
turn to? Well, now you have one in Dawn Crystal. Dawn
has been healing people and animals over

to interview her and maybe get some free advice about
your own pet. For instance, Dawn may be able to tell
you why your dog is feeling anxious, why your pet is
sick but the prescribed drugs aren’t working or why
your pet just destroyed your slippers. Contact her

    1. ==> The Shutdown is Killing Small Businesses

The United States runs on small businesses and now that
the federal government has entered its longest partial
shutdown ever, the impacts are piling up. Small
business expert Ken Yager is available to comment on
ways the shutdown is harming small businesses and how
the backlog it is creating is likely to persist after
the shutdown ends. As president of Newpoint Advisors
Corp., Ken specializes in working with companies in
    turnaround situations—arguably the companies most
impacted by the shutdown. For example, Ken will share
stories of how clients are that can’t get the loans
they need with the Small Business Administration closed
or go into receivership with IRS agents furloughed. Ken
says, “It’s tragic that there are businesses and jobs
that will be lost over this shutdown.” Contact him at
    (720) 572-1341; KYager@rtirguests.com

    2. ==> Education, Healthcare or Military? What Creates
    More Jobs

Amid the government shut down and as teachers are
striking in Los Angeles, President Trump has touted the
importance of military spending. But Heidi Peltier, a
research fellow at the Political Economy Research
Institute at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst,
says it’s important to keep an eye on what different
forms of spending actually do, including how many jobs
they create. Peltier’s research focuses on the
employment impacts of public and private investments.
She says, “Education and healthcare create more than
twice as many jobs as defense for the same level of
spending, while clean energy and infrastructure create
over 40 percent more jobs. In fact, over the past 16
years, by spending money on war rather than in these
other areas of the domestic economy, the U.S. lost the
opportunity to create between one million and three
million additional jobs. …” Peltier’s papers include
“Job Opportunity Cost of War.” Contact her at
    hrpeltier@gmail.com

    3. ==> Does this Immigrant Understand Trump Better than
    You Do?

Born in Jamaica but living in the U.S. since his youth,
Patric Rutherford, Ph.D., has extensively researched
our political system. He became so amazed by the
emergence of Donald Trump, he wrote the critically-
acclaimed book “God and President Trump Plus the Rest
of Us.” Learn why Dr. Rutherford is convinced that God
wanted Trump in the Oval Office, and how countless
American Christians could elect a seemingly godless
candidate. Dr. Rutherford will also reveal why God may
not want Donald Trump to serve two terms, or even a
full first term. During interviews, you can also ask:
What led Dr. Rutherford to NOT vote for Trump? What
does he see as Trump’s motivations, especially for
immigration issues? And what’s his opinion on the
border wall, separated families, and asylum seekers?
    Contact Dr. Patric Rutherford at (786) 201-6638;
    patricrutherford@gmail.com

    4. ==> Meet NFL Airborne Cameraman

The NFL playoffs are heating up and football fans are
getting ready for the Super Bowl. Meet the man who
provides the bird’s eye view of the action on the
field, airborne cameraman David Alan Arnold, who most
fans don’t realize, risks his life to get the shots
viewers and TV networks crave. David can talk about
what it’s like to film 2,000 feet above the Super Bowl
and other stadiums and why he believes he has the
greatest job in the world even though two dozen
airborne cameramen just like him have been killed on
the job. He says, “I don’t fear death. I fear not
living.” David is an Emmy-award winner who has flown
over a thousand missions to capture breath-taking,
airborne images for shows like “Deadliest Catch,” “The
World Series” and “Survivor.” He is the author of “Help
from Above: How I Went from Sweeping the Floor to
    Painting the Sky.” Reach him at (818) 512-8981;
    airbornecamera@me.com

    5. ==> How to Deal with Your Post-Holiday Money Mess

Back in December everything was rosy and the season of
giving made you feel especially generous. Now that it’s
January and the bills are coming in, it’s time to pay
the piper! Investment advisor Linda Levesque will share
four things listeners can do to get back on track
financially. “Start with simply organizing your bills
and then figure out your cash flow and a budget,” she
says. “But even more importantly, you need to create a
game plan for the coming year so you don’t have to go
through this next January!” Levesque will explain how
to write a financial action plan that includes how you
will pay off debt, and by when. Linda Levesque, CFP,
FMA, FCS, has appeared on numerous radio programs.
She’s the author of “The 5 Minute Wealth Plan: How to
Save Today for a Richer Tomorrow.” Contact her at (416)

    6. ==> Dear Royal Baby: Will Meghan Do What Diana Did?

The world awaits another royal birth this spring and
all eyes are on Meghan Markle’s baby bump. As the
couple gets ready to welcome their first child, Sunny
Istar Lee, AKA Queen Mama, says Meghan might want to
take a page from Harry’s mother, Princess Diana. “Diana
wrote heartwarming and handwritten private letters to
one of her friends that spoke about her deep love and
adoration for her young sons William and Harry. Imagine
how much those love letters mean to her sons years
later?” Sunny says every pregnant parent should write
letters to their unborn children. Invite her to share
the five best ways to write a love letter and create
unforgettable memories for you and your child that will
last for their lifetime. Sunny Lee is a financial
advisor and the author of six books including “Dear My
Baby,” a pregnancy journal for expecting parents.
    Contact her at Sunny@MoneyMasterKids.co; 626-200-6601

    7. ==> Should You Get a Nanny Cam?

When it comes to your children, you would do anything
to keep them safe. Nanny surveillance using hidden
cameras (coined nanny cams) has risen in popularity
among anxious parents and caregivers looking for
additional peace of mind. Finding a completely
trustworthy nanny or babysitter for your child can be a
    very difficult and nerve-wracking experience,
especially in the midst of more and more “Nanny Caught
in the Act” headlines appearing in the media. The Windy
City Nanny, Florence Ann Romano, is all for nanny cams,
as long as they’re used properly. She’ll discuss the
right—and wrong—way to use them, and what to do if you
suspect a babysitter is acting inappropriately.
Florence Ann Romano is a former nanny and the author of
the children’s book “Nanny and Me”. Contact Mark
Goldman at (516) 639-0988 (call or text) or
    markgoldman73@gmail.com

    8. ==> Break All the Rules and Still Lose Weight

Losing weight is one of the most popular New Year’s
resolutions. However, if your audience members have
vowed to give up ice cream, soda, pizza or anything
else they should stop immediately and listen to what
Sora Vernikoff has to say. There are no forbidden foods
and you can, in fact, lose weight while eating your
fill of favorite foods. The trick is to master Sora’s
Green Technique, which she can describe on the air.
Sora has taught her program under the auspices of a
leading New York City endocrinologist as well as at the
Learning Annex and Lennox Hill Hospital. She lost 25
pounds and has kept them off for decades and has helped
hundreds of people discover the secret to knowing when
to stop eating. She is the best-selling author of “Eat
Want You Want! Stop When You Want! A No-Diet, Weight-
    Loss Program.” Contact her at (347) 354-8362;
    SVenikoff@rtirguests.com

    9. ==> January is the Month of “Now What!?”

It’s the start of a new year and a month full of change
and transition. Some we expect—the kids returning to
school, new eating habits. Others we don’t—post holiday
letdown, a surprise divorce filing (yes, it’s divorce
season)! No wonder it seems everyone is asking, “Now
what?” Brenda Reynolds believes that every “now what?”
is a “why not?!’ ready to be unleashed! Invite her to
talk about bringing on a “Now What?” transformation!
Brenda Reynolds is the creator of the “Now What?”
Transformation Clarity Card tool and community for
people navigating change in the workplace or life
space. An organization and leadership consultant, TEDx
and international speaker, and founder of BKR
Consulting, she is the author of “TBD—To Be Determined:
Leading with Clarity and Confidence in Uncertain
    Times.” Contact her at (610) 639-5722;
    Brenda@BrendaKReynolds.com

    10. ==> Why Is ‘Tidying Up with Marie Kondo’ So
    Popular?

Americans have way too much stuff. For proof, all you
have to do is look at the proliferation of storage
rental places dotting the highways. We love our junk so
much we’re even willing to pay others handsomely to
keep it for us. Enter Marie Kondo, whose new show on
Netflix “Tidying Up with Marie Kondo” is experiencing
tidy ratings. Author Carol-Ann Hamilton says an
important aspect of the cultural clutter fueling the
show’s popularity is deciding what to do with grandma’s
tchotchkes. She will explain why millennials are
increasingly rejecting family heirlooms and how to help
grandma and grandpa decide what to do with the contents
of their storage locker. Carol-Ann is the author of
“Coping with Un-cope-able Parents” and hosts her own
    radio program. Contact her at (905) 822-2503;

    11. ==> The Real Reason Everyone is Suddenly So Rude

Whether it’s the man in the Oval Office, your sister-
in-law, or the person in line behind you, it seems
there are a lot of rude people roaming the world today.
What is fueling this rise in rudeness? Is it the
impersonal ways we communicate? Social media? The
decline of civilization? Joffre McClung says the reason
behind rude behavior is fear. “We are rude because we
are in fear and when we are in fear we look for someone
to blame for how we feel. Whether it is the opposing
party or immigrants or the wall, having someone to
blame for how we feel makes us feel better – more
powerful.” The author of “The Heart of the Matter” says
we need to stop looking for something or someone to
blame and figure out why we’re so fearful. “What is our
fear? Where did it come from? What does it say about us
and our view of the world?” McClung says, “Our fears
can teach us a lot about ourselves, if we listen!”
Joffre McClung has appeared on numerous radio and TV
programs. The former media producer, independent
filmmaker, and author takes the esoteric and brings it
back down to earth with a big dose of common sense.

    12. ==> Selling Your Home? How to Get an Extra $20,000

Homeowners hoping for a more profitable wintertime home
sale need the advice of real estate expert Dr. Marlena
Uhrik, author of “The Secret Sauce of Staging.” Whether
she’s talking about staging homes with lovely (yet
inexpensive) accessories or placing furniture to make
small spaces roomier, Marlena will be a hit with
sellers, house hunters and real estate professionals.
You’ll learn what people tend to notice first when they
enter a home, the 5 biggest house-prep mistakes sellers
make, and what type of décor attracts buyers,
especially this time of year! Contact Dr. Marlena Uhrik
    at (916) 800-3295 (CA); drmuhrik@gmail.com.

    13. ==> A Different Approach to Opioid Addiction

As opioid addiction has reached epidemic proportions,
most treatment programs focus merely on treating the
symptoms. But Dr. Steven M. Hall claims they are
getting it all wrong. “The magnitude of the problem is
mind-boggling, and most recovery programs don’t address
how this started in the first place,” he says. Thus, he
has devised a three-pronged treatment program with
which he has helped dozens of patients in his private
practice overcome addiction that addresses the physical
and emotional causes of addiction. “It’s true that
people’s emotions are as important as their physical
feelings,” he says. “I teach people how to be healthy
with their feelings.” Dr. Steven received his medical
degree from University of Utah School of Medicine and
has been practicing family medicine since 1985. He is
the author of “The 7 Tools of Healing: Unlock Your
Inner Wisdom and Live the Life Your Soul Desires.”
    Contact him at (425) 531-3684.

    14. ==> Bad Mistakes Even Good Teachers Make

Did you know that many teachers, in trying to encourage
their students, actually embarrass them? That
embarrassment leads to discouragement, which if left
unchecked can kill whatever love of learning a kid has.
All children have an innate desire to learn and are
excited about it. But as early as kindergarten, even
good teachers are setting them up to hate school. As a
former educator and administrator in public schools and
universities, Lee Jenkins saw the need for a new
approach to learning – one that keeps that “intrinsic
motivation” alive from kindergarten through 12th grade.
He says, “What most parents and teachers don’t realize
is that motivation is made up of both will and thrill.
Are your kids working hard and loving the process?
Chances are they aren’t!” Lee Jenkins is the of
“Permission to Forget” and the upcoming “How to Create
a Perfect School.” He now consults and writes full
time with his firm LtoJ Consulting Group, Inc. Contact
    him at (484) 306-8784; LJenkins@rtirguests.com

    15. ==> Is Your Life a Mess? Blame Your Name!

Shakespeare mused, “What’s in a name?” According to
colorology expert B.P. Greycastle, your name can make
or break you in life! The author of “Your Name and
Colors: Key to Your Beauty, Career, Personality,
Romance and Success,” will reveal how the letters of
your name represent specific colors which relate to
certain glands such as the pancreas, and energy centers
known as chakras. “The richest people have certain
color types,” he explains. “Ninety percent of them are
purple spiritual people. William Gates is one example.”
B.P. will illustrate on-air how your name, correlating
colors, glands and chakras affect your life, with
astonishing accuracy. A Vietnam veteran who studied
fashion under the G.I. Bill, B.P. worked in the fabric
and fashion industries for many years, where he
discovered the dramatic impact colors have on people’s
lives. Contact him at bpg@namecolorology.com or (510)
    323 5205.

    16. ==> Know These Tips for Making More Meaning

Want some concise advice on how to make more meaning
for yourself and others? You could call these tips
‘pocketsize’ because Bob Lichtenbert, Ph.D., literally
carried them on index cards in his shirt pocket for
more than 30 years. When he published the best in his
journal “The Meaning of Life,” his story went viral
nationwide! Invite Bob on your show to share his advice
and explain what “meaning” is, how you can make it, and
what it does for your life. Ask Bob how he developed
these life-changing tips, and which are his own
favorites. Who needs more meaning the most? What should
you be teaching your kids and other proteges? The soon-
to-be-released “Tips for Making Meaning” is Bob’s
second book. He is also the author of the abridged
“Maximizing Meaning.” Contact him at (773) 481-0544 or
    seekerofmeaning@yahoo.com

    17. ==> What a Divorced Pastor Knows About Successful
    Marriages

When Pastor Eric Hawthorne’s wife asked him for a
divorce, he was stunned, because he thought he was a
good husband. He later learned that he was perhaps too
good. “The biggest mistake is that I am an easy going
person and like nothing but peace,” he says. “If we had
disagreements, as opposed to standing my ground and
letting her know how I felt, I would be quiet to keep
the peace. This was the worst thing I could have done.”
The single dad to two boys aged 10 and 12 learned his
lesson the hard way. Now, he teaches couples on the
brink of matrimony how to avoid his mistakes to forge
loving bonds of respect that lead to successful
marriages. Eric Hawthorne is the second-generation
pastor of Daystar Deliverance Ministries in Richardson,
Texas, and the author of the upcoming book “Are You
Ready for Marriage?” Contact him at hiitselh@yahoo.com,
    or (972) 464-6563.

    18. ==> Do a Show on Super Grandparenting for 2019

Grandparents play an important role in preparing
younger generations for happier and more successful
life. But sometimes “super” grandparenting is required,
as Dr. Oliver Akamnonu and his wife discovered. They
left their high-powered careers and significantly
changed their lives to help their daughter, Nena,
throughout her pregnancy (while in medical school!) and
once baby Lydia arrived. Interview the Akamnonus to
learn how super grandparents help improve: an extended
family’s health, education, income, relationships and
society. The Akamnonus co-authored “Little Baby Lydia,
Grandma, Grandpa and Student Mom: Saga of Family Role
Reversal and the New Times.” As your interview guests,
they will reveal the 5 things super grandparents always
do … why financial support and childcare are only
part of the equation … how family members can
smoothly adjust lifestyle for their loved ones … and
why 2019 is such an important year for grandparents
    everywhere. Contact Dr. Akamnonu at (413) 693-8428;

    19. ==> How Science and Faith Can Lead to Success in
    Life

While science and religion have long been considered
mutually exclusive, David L. Peters credits both for
his good fortune in business and his personal life. At
84, he has achieved great prominence in his career as
an engineer, holds 18 patents, raised seven great kids
and has enjoyed a loving marriage of 57 years. In
addition, he has just become a first-time author of a
well-received book that reveals the secrets to success
and happiness. “My faith comes through science, as I
firmly believe that quantum physics has proven the
existence of a power or force beyond all,” he says.
David has accomplished this by applying the 12 Steps of
Alcoholic Anonymous to his daily life, which he says
can help anyone, even if they never touched liquor or
drugs. He can share simple but powerful ways how others
can, too. David L. Peters is the author of “The 12
Steps to Joy and Happiness: Finding the Kingdom of God
that Lies Within.” Contact him at davep434@gmail.com or
    (607) 725-8559.

    20. ==> Undertaker’s Daughter Reveals What Really
    Happens When We Die

Some people believe that we go to heaven or hell when
we die. Others are convinced that we merely go to sleep
for all eternity. While growing up in a Midwestern
funeral home where her dad was an undertaker, Margo
Lenmark learned the truth about what really happens
when we depart this mortal coil. “People send messages
in death that are very clear,” she says. “Death is not
the end. I have gotten messages from dead people that
have helped me to live a better life.” She shares her
fascinating experiences and insights in her book “Light
in the Mourning: Memoirs of an Undertaker’s Daughter.”
The book has received glowing reviews from a number of
prominent authors and spiritual leaders including
Deepak Chopra, who says, “Life is not the opposite of
death. It is birth and death that are opposites. Life
is the continuum of birth and death eternally, and
now.” Contact Margo at margolenmark1@gmail.com or (828)

    1. ==> Presidential Powers Vs. ‘Power of the Purse’

President Donald Trump has threatened to declare a
national emergency to build a wall along the U.S.-
Mexico border as one of the options to end the 24-day
partial government shutdown. Francis Boyle says if
Trump does, the most direct remedy for Democrats eyeing
legal challenges is impeachment. He’ll explain what a
Bill of Impeachment could consist of and how just one
member of the House of Representatives is needed to
assert that body’s ‘Power of the Purse’. Boyle says,
“Trump’s indications that he will override that
legislative power and the seeming acquiescence by some
Democrats is illegitimate and dangerous.” Francis Boyle
was legal adviser to Rep. Henry B. González when he
released classified material on the House floor in 1992
in an attempt to impeach George H. W. Bush following
the start of the Gulf War and wrote the first draft of
the Gonzalez Impeachment Resolution. He is professor of
international law at the University of Illinois College
of Law. Contact him at fboyle@illinois.edu

    3. ==> Bezos’ $68B Break-Up: No Ordinary Split

The high-stakes divorce of Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos
will involve unimaginable sums of money, and even with
no pre-nup the case may be easier to negotiate than
with regular earners, simply because they are so rich.
Philip Cohen says this is not your average divorce by
any stretch of the imagination. “There is a serious
fairness issue here, but it doesn’t have to do with
whether MacKenzie ends up with $1 billion or $68
billion. It’s that too many people can’t realistically
exercise the same individual freedom that the Bezoses
have — to choose to leave a failing or abusive
marriage without facing crushing economic stress or
hardship.” He says, “For regular people, beyond the
potential for emotional distress, divorce is expensive.
It involves not only legal fees but also the costs of
moving, establishing at least one new household, and
possibly assuming the role of a single parent (which is
costly in both time and money) and it’s usually much
more financially difficult for women than for men.”
Philip N. Cohen is a professor of sociology at the
University of Maryland. He is the author of “Enduring
Bonds: Inequality, Marriage, Parenting, and Everything
Else That Makes Families Great and Terrible.” Contact

    4. ==> Jewish Women: Don’t Boycott Women’s March!

Since accusations of anti-Semitism in the Women’s March
leadership were first published, many prominent Jewish
individuals and institutions have announced they won’t
be joining Sunday’s march. But Emma Goldberg says
defection would be a mistake. In an op-ed for Haaretz
she writes, “It is rational that Jewish activists have
experienced frustration and pain in deciding whether to
participate in this year’s march. But removing
ourselves from the movement by refusing to march does
not resolve any breaches of trust. Defecting will only
deepen the tensions.” She continues, “Deciding instead
to stand with the movement and join this year’s march
may not be easy – but over time, it will allow the Jews
to continue helping movement members and leaders grow
their understanding of the dangers of anti-Semitism, as
we grow our own understanding of white supremacy in all
its forms.” Emma Goldberg writes on political and
cultural affairs. She has been published in the New
York Times, Forbes, the Huffington Post, and Salon.

    5. ==> True Story: When Dad Has Supernatural Powers

Philip Smith will fascinate your audience as he
describes growing up in 1960s Miami with his decorator
father and discovering Dad has the power to talk to the
dead and heal the sick! Smith says séances, talking
spirits, and exorcisms were daily occurrences, and
inexplicable psychic healings resulted in visitors to
his house suddenly discarding their crutches and
wheelchairs or being cured of fatal diseases. You’ll
hear how after a full day as an interior designer to
the rich and famous, Lew Smith would come home, take
off his tie, and get down to his real work as a psychic
healer. And while there were definitely benefits to
having a gifted psychic for a father, Smith says there
was also the downside of living with a dad who
psychically knows what you’re doing! Philip Smith is
the author of “Walking Through Walls.” Contact Ryan

    6. ==> Why International Holocaust Remembrance Day is
    More Important than Ever

This year, second-generation Holocaust survivor and
bestselling memoirist Ellen Korman Mains will mark
International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Jan. 27 at
the site of the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp
in Poland. Mains is making the trip, one of many she
has taken to ensure that the world does not forget the
murder of over six million Jews who were killed in
concentration camps and mass graves during World War
II. Mains says, “It’s important to commemorate such
events, not only to remember the dead, but to combat
ignorance of the past and to remind ourselves that
genocides and mass violence are continuing.” The
daughter of Polish-born Jews who survived the
Holocaust, Ellen Korman Mains is the author of “Buried
Rivers: A Spiritual Journey into the Holocaust.” A
citizen of Canada, where she was born, the USA, and
Poland, she lives mainly in Boulder, Colo., but spends
extended periods of time in Poland teaching, promoting
dialog, and connecting with her heritage. While in

    7. ==> How Lessons from MLK Can Help Africa Today

January 21st is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day and
lessons from his life and philosophy are as relevant
today as they were in the 1960s. Sub-Saharan Africa
(SSA) faces continuing poverty, injustice, and inequity
while its leaders fail its people. Invite author and
speaker Sylvanus Ayeni to discuss how the wisdom of Dr.
King could help SSA in its current crises. He can also
reveal how the young generation in Africa can be made
aware of the importance and magnitude of the lessons
from Dr. King’s life. Ayeni, a retired neurosurgeon,
author, and speaker, was born and raised in Nigeria.
His book, “Rescue Thyself: Change in Sub-Saharan Africa
Must Come from Within”, reveals what many in the West
don’t understand about the root causes of Sub-Saharan
Africa’s plight and the necessary steps to improve the
situation. Dr. Ayeni is the president of Pan Africa
Children Advocacy Watch (PACAW) Inc. Contact him at

    8. ==> Lies Everyone Tells You About Raising Children

If you are a parent you probably have received a lot of
advice from your friends that began before the baby was
born and continues to this day. But too frequently that
advice is a lie, asserts Adita Yrizarry-Lang, who says
your best friends are likely to fib about just how
difficult parenthood can be in order to save their own
sanity! For example, she wonders why no one ever tells
you that they ate on the toilet in order to have a few
minutes of peace and quiet, or that they skipped
several showers just to get everything done for their
families. Adita will reveal what she wishes someone had
told her about the lack of sleep and the abundance of
spit-up as well as the eventual appearance of math
homework that in no way resembles the kind she did in
school. Adita is on a mission to encourage adults to
tell “the good, the bad and the ugly” of parenting so
that our backs are covered. Quoted in Fitness and
Shape, Adita is the author of “SuperPowers, A Busy
Woman’s Guide to Health and Happiness.” Contact her at

    9. ==> Why Do People Pay This Guest Big Bucks to Take
    Them into the Wild?

Sparrow Hart has made a 30+-year career leading clients
on Vision Quests, wilderness adventures, and retreats
in places like the American Southwest, remote regions
of Vermont, and even Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula.

who’ll reveal what (and how) people can learn about
themselves, the Spirit, and the great outdoors. Sparrow
says audiences are profoundly affected and enlightened
regarding everything from life purpose and
relationships, to career path, health and parenting.
His new book is “The Vision Quest, A Guide’s Training
Manual.” Ask Sparrow how he became inspired to commit
his life to these pursuits, and what most people
probably misunderstand about vision quests. He will
also talk about the significance of the venues chosen
    — and the adventuresome retreats many people return to
again and again. Contact Sparrow Hart at (802)

    10. ==> Are You Missing Out by Not Meditating?

Millions of people meditate daily. What benefits do
they enjoy? How did they make meditation such a
frequent pursuit? Why and how should you join them?
Learn more from John Sambalino, an expert who has
meditated for several hours per day over the last 40
years, while also practicing yoga, tai chi and Qigong.
Thanks to his personal experience, spiritual journey
and extensive research, Sambalino will reveal to
appreciative audiences: how stress can be overcome, and
health rebuilt, when meditation is part of one’s life…
plus myths about finding happiness (it does not arrive
via outside influences). He will also name celebrities,
from Oprah to Howard Stern and dozens more, who rely on
meditation during their challenges in the spotlight
(entertainment, sports, politics, media, etc.). He’ll
even discuss how meditation helps in prison
rehabilitation. “Is God in That Bottle Cap? A Search
for Truth” is John Sambalino’s latest book. Contact him

Lee will say, is that there is a
treatment that can actually get to the root of what is
causing their pain. As the pioneer of this FDA-approved
drug-free treatment, Dr. Lee can offer hope to
countless people in the U.S. who live their lives in
pain. She has already helped thousands of people
eliminate or reduce lifelong pain. For example, she has
helped runners with torn hamstrings to be able to run
again and one person who came in on a stretcher to walk
out of her office on his own power. Dr. Lee is a board-
certified pain management physician who trained at
Hahnemann and the University of Pennsylvania. She
operates a clinic in New Jersey. Contact her at (201)

    12. ==> We Are Playing Russian Roulette with Pain
    Patients’ Lives

According to the National Institute of Drug Abuse,
between 8 and 12 percent of pain patients who are
prescribed opioids become addicted, and we have no way
of predicting which patients will develop the problem.
Alternative pain treatment expert Cindy Perlin compares
the current treatment of people in pain to playing
Russian Roulette with pain patients’ lives. “80% of new
heroin users started with prescription opioids and it
takes as little as five days to become addicted!”
Perlin says many chronic pain patients have become
dependent on opioids for pain relief and even though
they show no evidence of addiction, they’re now being
rapidly tapered or discontinued from their medication.
She says some patients, desperate for relief, are
turning to much riskier street drugs or contemplating
suicide. Cindy Perlin can discuss better ways to treat
acute and chronic pain. She is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker, certified biofeedback practitioner and
the author of “The Truth About Chronic Pain Treatments:
The Best and Worst Strategies for Becoming Pain Free.”
She also created the Alternative Pain Treatment
Directory. Contact her at cindyperlin@gmail.com or

    13. ==> Interview ‘The Decision Doula’

Sometimes making a tough decision can feel like giving
birth! Have you ever had to make a tough decision?
Like whether to leave a job? Get out of a relationship?
Or what medical treatment to pursue? It can leave you
feeling scared, lonely, and frozen with fear. Terrie
Novak is an expert at decision-making… or “choice-
making” as she likes to call it. As a systems analyst,
she does it every day at work for her customers. So,
when she was faced with a scary diagnosis and an even
scarier treatment option, she decided (after freaking
out) to apply what she does at work to help her make
some important decisions. Terrie Novak works in
software engineering as a systems analyst. Her unique
framework for “choice-making” can be applied to
decisions of any kind. Her book, “Hypothesis: An HPV
healing experiment”, outlines a six-step process she
created to help heal herself. Contact Terrie at (503)

    14. ==> Been-there Expert Helps Audiences Heal after
    Trauma

Tens of thousands of people are now dealing with the
aftermath of deadly weather, destructive fires, mass
shootings. fatal accidents and losing loved ones. Even
those of us not personally endangered by such horrors
or violence feel rattled when hearing how others have
suffered. Interview natural health/wellness expert and
chiropractor Lynn Migdal, D.C., on finding inner
strength as we recover or volunteer to help others. Ask
Dr. Migdal to explain how proper breathing can help one
get past trauma. She’ll also share her personal story
of loss after a killer mudslide struck her community,
and how PTSD can happen in daily life. Her books
include “Eternal Love Connections: A Mother’s Resilient
Grief Journey through Sudden Loss” and “Breathe for
Success.” Contact Dr. Migdal at drlynnmigdal@gmail.com

    15. ==> Why Are There No Asian or Hispanic Homeless in
    America?

No matter how well-informed you are, you know precious
little about the homeless. If you think everyone who is
homeless is mentally ill or drug addicted, for example,
you have a lot to learn. For a deep dive into what it
means to be homeless in America today—and how they got
that way—interview filmmaker and homeless advocate Glen
Dunzweiler. Among the things you’ll learn are: Why are
there no Asian or Hispanic homeless in America? Why do
homeless people make us so uncomfortable? Why do
formerly homeless celebrities refuse to advocate for
those currently without homes? Why is it OK to give $10
to the Salvation Army but not to a panhandler? What’s
wrong with the way statistics on the homeless are
gathered? Dunzweiler is a filmmaker, producer,
director, public speaker and former college professor
whose documentary, “yHomeless,” can be seen on Amazon

    Crazy Hobbies

Do you have a crazy hobby? How about Toy Voyaging? Soap
Carving? Mooing? Train Surfing? Extreme Ironing? From
around the world people have hobbies, activities they
are passionate about doing that help them make friends,
keep active, and stay stress-free. Interview Jennifer
Cochern, LCPC to hear why everyone should have a hobby
of some kind… crazy or not! She’ll talk about why
taking time in the New Year to pick a hobby might be
the best resolution you can make – both physically and
emotionally. People who have hobbies are often
healthier and happier than those people who don’t –
find out why! Jennifer Cochern is a counselor and the

    17. ==> This M.D. Has a Cure for ‘Trump Anxiety
    Syndrome’

If you’ve been feeling anxious, hopeless, angry,
fearful and depressed since the 2016 presidential
election, you’re not alone. Trump Anxiety Syndrome
(TAS) is a thing, and physician Steven M. Hall has seen
an uptick in patients suffering from this. According to
Dr. Steven, this is exactly what Trump wants. “This
feeds Trump; he lives on this,” he says. “Reasoning
doesn’t work with Trump supporters. Liberal people want
to do everything with reason, but it just doesn’t work.
You can’t change other people’s minds.” Not only does
TAS affect people mentally, the stress it causes can
also impact their physical health. Dr. Steven can share
simple yet powerful ways to combat the stress, on both
the mental and physical levels. Dr. Steven received
his medical degree from University of Utah School of
Medicine and has been practicing family medicine since
1985. He is the author of “The 7 Tools of Healing:
Unlock Your Inner Wisdom and Live the Life Your Soul
Desires.” Contact him at (425) 531-3684.

    18. ==> Is Feminism the Cause of Divorce?

In the old days, women mostly stayed home, raised the
kids and kept house while their husbands were the
breadwinners. Those days are over, as most couples,
especially those with children, require two incomes
just to survive. Plus, women have made tremendous
strides in terms of independence and career
establishment. But according to Pastor Eric Hawthorne,
men and women should maintain old-fashioned,
traditional roles in order to have successful
marriages. “The ladies should submit to their
husbands,” he says. “The way the scriptures are
written, wives should honor those things, even if she
makes more money. It’s important to look up to the man
to be the leader of the family.” While this view may
seem shocking and even offensive to modern feminists,
Eric will share how this philosophy can actually help
couples to build and maintain strong marital bonds.
Eric Hawthorne is the second-generation pastor of
Daystar Deliverance Ministries in Richardson, Texas,
and the author of the book “Are You Ready for
Marriage?” Contact him at hiitselh@yahoo.com or (972)

    19. ==> Psychologist’s Insights from Israeli-
Palestinian Conflict, Hippie Experience, 4 Wars, #MeToo
    Movement

People everywhere experience times of personal
challenge, relationship issues with loved ones, and
powerful social change. And they could all use advice
and been-there insights from someone who understands.
Audiences will therefore thank you for interviewing
psychologist Pratibha Eastwood, whose real-life journey
both personal and professional includes decades of
cultural upheaval and several wars. Learn from Pratibha
what it was like to be a fearful child sent to boarding
schools at a very young age — during some of the worst
of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. What do few
Americans know about such Middle Eastern crises? Ask
Pratibha (and invite callers) to explore: what led her
to experiment with drugs, live in a commune, and become
a real “hippie?” How could she finally forgive her
neglectful parents? What are her opinions about the
#MeToo Movement? And how did Pratibha’s adventurous
side help her spiritual journey of turning lemon into
lemonade? How did she experiment with love as a
successful survival technique, while traveling to
unknown far-away places? Contact Pratibha at (808)

This professor of
communication will not only bust myths but will also
offer suggestions on how to get men to open up more and
how parents can raise their sons to be great
communicators. The parent of two teenage boys, Diane is
the author of the very funny book, “The Joys of Raising
Boys: the Good, the Bad, and the Hilarious.” Contact

    1. ==> The Emergency Isn’t on Border, It’s in White House

Carol Anderson says Trump’s declaration of a border
crisis is a rehash of his campaign claim that Mexicans
are drug dealers, criminals, and rapists. “All of it is
divorced from the verifiable facts of immigration and
tied to the brutal reality of xenophobic fear and
hatred in his base.” She adds, “The real emergency is
not on the southern border, but in the White House.
Since day one, Trump has violated the basic norms of
governing and key articles of the Constitution. With
each test of American democracy’s tensile strength, he
encountered little to no resistance from a Republican-
controlled Congress and became more and more
emboldened. Now that a newly sworn-in Democratic House
majority is promising accountability, he senses a
threat to his unchecked power and has become even more
dangerous.” Carol Anderson is a professor of African
American Studies at Emory University and the author of
“White Rage: The Unspoken Truth of Our Racial Divide”
and “One Person, No Vote: How Voter Suppression is
Destroying Our Democracy.” Contact her at

    2. ==> Build Border Wall as Monument for the People

Michelle Malkin takes a different stance on the border
wall and suggests that it also serve as a monument.
“President Trump’s defining battle against the Beltway
to fortify our borders — by concrete, steel, increased
manpower, electronic surveillance, all of it — isn’t
just about fulfilling a campaign promise. The wall is a
necessary monument to sovereignty in a nation clogged
with billions of dollars of worthless political
monuments to Me, Me, Me.” She adds, “Wouldn’t it be
refreshing, for once, for the federal government to
prioritize infrastructure that serves the national
interest over special interests? And how about
dedicating and consecrating this project in the memory
of the thousands of Americans and law-abiding
immigrants who have sacrificed their lives for our
security? We’ve already got Adopt-a-Highway sponsors.
Why not an Adopt-a-Wall program?” Michelle Malkin is a
conservative blogger, syndicated columnist, author and
Fox News Channel contributor. Contact her at

    3. ==> Trump of the Tropics: Brazil’s New President

The man known as ‘Trump of the Tropics’, Jair
Bolsonaro, was formally inaugurated on January 1st
    Brazil’s new president ran as a military-loving,
    minority-bullying, media-bashing firebrand promising to
smash a corrupt establishment, and Janine Wedel wonders
if he’ll continue in the ‘Dirty Populist’ mold of
Donald Trump. “Despite repeatedly pledging to ‘drain
the swamp,’ Trump has enabled a level of corruption
that is arguably unprecedented in American history,
affecting large swaths of the federal bureaucracy. When
the state apparatus is eviscerated, governance can
become more informal, policy more personalized,
executive power more dominant, and loyalty to the
leader more important. Trump has installed family
members as official and unofficial advisers, placed
senior aides in agencies to monitor loyalty, and issued
more executive orders in his first year than any
president in a half-century.” Wedel is an
anthropologist and professor at George Mason
University. She is author of “Unaccountable: How the
Establishment Corrupted our Finances, Freedom, and
Politics and Created an Outsider Class.” Contact her at

    4. ==> Republicans & Democrats: Is the Party Over?

Invite electoral expert Frances Rosenbluth and
political theorist Ian Shapiro to discuss how the
Democratic and Republican parties have evolved and what
party loyalty will mean in upcoming debates of policy
and politics. The pair argue devolving power to the
grass roots isn’t the solution; it’s part of the
problem, and that to revive confidence in governance we
must restore power to political parties, the core
    institutions of representative democracy. Rosenbluth
and Shapiro will highlight some of the current
challenges, how the parties have become more internally
different and divided, and how that makes it harder for
party leaders to work out compromises. Frances McCall
Rosenbluth and Ian Shapiro are the authors of
“Responsible Parties: Saving Democracy from Itself,” a
commentary on our political plight and what to do about
it. Rosenbluth and Shapiro are professors of political
science at Yale University. Contact Johanna Ramos Boyer

    5. ==> Are the Cowboys Still America’s Team?

… If the players are barred from on-field protests?
This Saturday, the Dallas Cowboys will face the Los
Angeles Rams in a playoff game in L.A. for the first
time since 1995. Controversial Dallas owner Jerry Jones
may have gotten the fans off his back as the Cowboys
try to reach the Super Bowl, but there’s an issue that
will linger no matter how the games go. Jones’
clampdown on players who want to call attention to
police brutality by kneeling during the national anthem
turned the heat back up on the outspoken owner. Should
employees of America’s Team, like any other workers,
have the right to protest without risking their job?
Interview former Dallas TV sports reporter Nita
Wiggins, whose career was literally launched because of
the feelings of excellence and success the Cowboys
engendered in her as a child. Nita, a U.S. citizen
currently teaching journalism in France, is troubled by
the owner’s control. She is the author of the upcoming
book “Civil Rights Baby.” Contact her at

    6. ==> How Lessons from Dr. Martin Luther King Can Help
    Africa Today

His book, Rescue Thyself: Change in Sub-Saharan Africa
Must Come from Within, reveals what many in the West
don’t understand about the root causes of Sub-Saharan
Africa’s plight and the necessary steps to improve the
situation. Dr. Ayeni is the president of Pan Africa

    7. ==> Holocaust Remembrance Day: This Nazi Germany
    Survivor Forgave Hitler

International Holocaust Remembrance Day is January
27th. For a timely show, interview Rosemarie Musso.
While growing up in Nazi Germany, Musso’s dentist
father was almost executed for showing compassion
toward Jews who were forced into hard labor at a mine
near her village. “The Nazis brought the Jews to my
father to pull their teeth, demanding that he not give
them anesthesia,” she says. “But after the Nazis left,
he took them into the basement to have them medicated.”
Although she and her family were spared following the
intervention of a well-connected family friend,
Rosemarie harbored deep anger and hatred toward Hitler
for decades. But she eventually became a Born Again
Christian and forgave him, which she claims changed her
life for the better. She channeled that energy into
earning a law degree at age 63, and writing the book
“The Four Laws of Forgiveness: Memories of Survival
During WWII Nazi Germany.” She can share how forgiving
even the most heinous acts can enable us to live more
peaceful, harmonious lives. Contact her at

    8. ==> 2019 Year of the Pig: Don’t Wallow in January
    Money Mud

For millions of people, January can be the worst month
of the year as the expense of the holidays takes its
toll. Many people have already fallen into a money mud
pit, or are about to. How can you survive the toughest
financial month of the year? Sunny Lee says we should
learn from pigs! 2019 is the year of the pig according
to Chinese Zodiac. Invite Sunny to share 5 ‘Piggy’ ways

(whether you’re suing or being sued), while looking
after your pocketbook? How is seeking courtroom justice

close to reality. Contact Francine Tone at (531)

    10. ==> Why Prince Remains an Enigma

An astonishingly prolific artist when alive, Prince
remains an enigma for the breadth of his musical
genius, his relentless work ethic, and how he fought to
change the business of music. Award winning author
Duane Tudahl interviewed more than 40 band members,
singers, and engineers chronicling Prince’s time in the
studio during 1983 and 1984. Invite him on your show to
share an intimate look at Prince Rogers Nelson as told
by those admitted into his fiercely private inner
circle. From the recording studio to his days on tour,
you’ll learn why Prince was so protective of his
material, how his music reflected his innermost

    11. ==> How Does It Feel to be Wrongly Accused and Need
    a Presidential Pardon?

What’s it like receiving a Presidential Pardon? What’s
it like to need one? John Smith spent 5 years in public
accounting… only to get caught up in the S&L crisis
during the 1980’s. As far as he was concerned
everything at his company was above board – until the
FBI came knocking! He came to realize the extent of his
employer’s wrongdoing – and that you don’t have to
commit a crime to be convicted of one. Interview John
to hear his incredible true story of perseverance and
grit. His warning to your audience is this – If it can
happen to him… it can happen to YOU. John Smith is the

    12. ==> Wedding Traditions That Deserve the Boot

You may be surprised to learn that brides and grooms
are switching up traditions in novel ways—ways culture
and lifestyle expert Suzanne Wexler is eager to fill
you in on. According to Suzanne, one of the biggest
changes is with the ceremony itself, which is
increasingly less formal, taking place at a barn with
guests standing up, or even at City Hall then followed
by a big “wedding party” or “wedding celebration” that
occurs days, weeks or even a year later. This high-
energy and often-times humorous guest can also talk
about big changes with diamond engagement rings and
bridesmaids, which no longer follow standard rules, as
well as share the traditional aspects that have
retained their staying power. Her humorous memoir, “How
to Swing Like a Southern Belle, Even If You Are Frozen
in the North,” is due out this year. Suzanne is
published in the Huffington Post, National Post,
Bust.com and her work has been syndicated throughout
Canada. She’s been quoted in Goodhousekeeping.com,

    13. ==> Use Procrastination to Achieve New Year Goals

Most people abandon their New Year’s goals by February,
and the biggest reason is procrastination.
Procrastination can feel like a character flaw, but
Mariann Adams says procrastination can be an asset!
“Procrastination isn’t a defect; it actually means the
brain and body are working right,” says Adams.
“Procrastination is a form of anxiety that shuts down
the brain as a protection. So procrastination isn’t
overcome by willpower, but by understanding how the
brain and body work!” Adams says everyone is affected
by daily anxiety that drives their behavior. She’ll
explain how to read the ‘road signs’, and share quick
ways to navigate past anxiety. Mariann Adams, MS, NCTM,
is an experienced media guest, corporate consultant,

    14. ==> The Trick to Make Resolutions Stick

One of the reasons that most New Year’s resolutions
fail, according to internationally known fitness and
wellness expert Adita Yrizarry-Lang, is that too much
attention is lavished on the goals we set and not
enough on the feelings we can experience if we make
them a reality. Adita says if someone wants to lose ten
pounds, they should pay more attention to how they
would feel if those ten pounds were gone. “Perhaps, she
says, “you would be able to buy new clothing including
that gorgeous dress you had your eye on that wasn’t
available in your size. And if you lost weight you
might picture yourself having more energy and, with
less strain on your joints, being able to move more and
accomplish more.” Adita can share many simple tips for
making the most popular resolutions a reality. Her new
book is “SuperPowers, A Busy Woman’s Guide to Health
and Happiness.” Adita Yrizarry-Lang is a nutritional
guru and mind-body coach who has trained thousands of

After the death of her long-time husband and business
partner, Katherine Webster faced financial ruin,
loneliness, trauma and many other overwhelming
challenges. But, she says, she made a choice and
learned the lesson of a lifetime; a life lived without
danger is meaningless. “I turned my awful circumstances
into a situation where I became more vibrant, fearless,
confident, successful… and younger!” Katherine will
share three key questions that can help redefine life
after a tragedy along with simple yet powerful tools
for rebuilding your life and becoming more youthful and
passionate about living after the death of a spouse, or
virtually any personal tragedy. She adds, “Personal
tragedy allows you the luxury most other people will
never have: an opportunity to enjoy the self-indulgent
business of completely re-inventing yourself as
whatever or whomever you choose to be.” Katherine
Webster is a nonapologetic, badass entrepreneur and the
author of “Becoming Madam Widow.” Contact her at

Everyone has days when everything seems to go wrong.
Maybe you’ve had a fender-bender, your daughter got in
trouble in school and your colleagues at work forgot to
tell you about an important meeting you should have
attended. Add in some worrisome news out of Washington
and you have a classic bad news day. Awful stuff
happens, of course, but we don’t need to be anxious or

    17. ==> Access Your Inner Guidance: No WiFi Required

Forget Siri or Alexa or your GPS. You can learn how to
tap your own inner genius to receive clear guidance and
direction anytime you need it. Or at least you will be
able to after you interview Susan Shumsky, author of
“Awaken Your Divine Intuition” and 13 other books.
Susan, who has aced more than 1,030 media interviews on
a variety of topics, will discuss what intuition is and
why it is more important than ever in today’s economic
environment. She can discuss the different ways people
experience intuition and how you can develop your
ability to do so as well as share stories about what
happened to her when she used her intuition (and

    18. ==> The 12 Steps Work for Anyone

Most people believe that the 12 Steps of Alcoholics
Anonymous just apply to addiction. But David L. Peters,
who is a scientist and active in the Catholic Church,
shares how the principles can help anyone lead a full,
happy, productive life, even if you never touched
liquor or drugs. “I started and led the Roman Catholic
movement of Cursillo for 15 years, and worked in the
12-step recovery program for 20 years,” he says. “I
have modified the 12 Steps to reach a broader scope of
our world.” David began applying the steps to his own
life at a very early age. At 84, he has had a very
successful career as an engineer, 18 patents, has had a
loving marriage of 57 years, and has written his first
book. He achieved all of this, thanks to the 12 Steps,
and can share how anyone can do this. David L. Peters

With your spouse? Your friends? Your coworkers? If
you’re like most people, having good conversations is a
thing of the past. Between social media overload and
living in the land of soundbites, the art of
conversation is dead. Enter Jean-Paul Gravel, an
Emotional Freedom expert, who can explain exactly why
your audience isn’t having the conversations they can
and why. He’ll explain why unlocking the hidden power
of Emotional Freedom is the key to not only having a
great conversation for a change, but also creating a
better mindset so that your emotions are working FOR
you, not AGAINST you. Jean-Paul Gravel is an
international speaker, author, and coach, whose work

Everyone wants to be loved for who they are—even with
their imperfections and quirks. But is such love
possible and if it is, how can we experience it every
day in the new year? These questions get the answers
they deserve when you interview Dr. Jeanne Sanner. She
literally wrote the book on unconditional love:
“Finding Unconditional Love a Little Peace at a Time.”

    1. ==> Mitt Romney: The Flip-Flopper is Back

In an op-ed for The Washington Post last week, Mitt
Romney accused President Donald Trump of not having
“risen to the mantle of the office,” of showing a
“shortfall” in character and leadership, and of “words
and actions” that “have caused dismay around the
world.” Neil J. Young says, “Much like everything else
he has done in his public career, Romney’s condemnation
of Trump isn’t an act of principled conviction but
rather of personal convenience, one calculated for his
own advancement rather than the common good.” He adds,
“Romney may only be driven by self-interest. But if he
does primary Donald Trump, all Americans will have a
self-interest in that too.” Neil J. Young is an
independent scholar of United States history, focusing
on post-1945 religion and politics. He co-hosts the
history podcast Past Present and is the author of “We
Gather Together: The Religious Right and the Problem of
    Interfaith Politics.” Contact him at

    2. ==> Anti-Trumpers Wrong about Economic Doom

Andy Puzder says anti-Trump economic experts warning
that a recession is just around the corner are having a
hard time explaining the latest economic reports that
show economic growth. He says, “Creating more than a
quarter-million new jobs in a single month (let alone
hitting that average for three straight) shows that
employers continue to have a great deal of confidence
in the economy.” For those who point to recent stock
market volatility as a sign of an upcoming recession
Puzder says, “It’s relatively easy for a broker to sell
off some stocks after being spooked by the news of the
day. However, hiring an employee and expanding the
workforce is a long-term investment that companies
can’t afford to make cavalierly – in either monetary or
human terms.” Andy Puzder was CEO of CKE Restaurants
for more than 16 years, following a career as an
attorney. He was nominated by President Trump to serve
as U.S. Labor Secretary. His latest book is “The
Capitalist Comeback: The Trump Boom and the Left’s Plot
to Stop It” Contact him at contact@andypuzder.com

    3. ==> South Beach Diet Doc: Should You Go ‘Keto’?

Seems like nowadays everyone is talking about going
“Keto” as a way to meet their weight loss goals – but
what does it mean and is it right for you? Dr. Arthur
Agatston, the founder of the popular South Beach Diet
Program, can discuss the principles of Keto, whether
it’s a good fit for your lifestyle, and offer simple
tips on starting the new year off right with better
diet and eating habits. More than 23 million copies
of “The South Beach Diet” and its companion books are
currently in print, and Dr. Agatston has appeared on
countless TV news programs to discuss diet and healthy
eating-related topics. In 2019, South Beach Diet will
introduce a new Keto version of their program. Contact

    4. ==> Why International Holocaust Remembrance Day is
    More Important than Ever

This year, second-generation Holocaust survivor and
bestselling memoirist Ellen Korman Mains will mark
International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Jan. 27 at
the site of the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp
in Poland. Mains is making the trip, one of many she
has taken to ensure that the world does not forget the
murder of over six million Jews who were killed in
concentration camps and mass graves during World War
II. Mains says, “It’s important to commemorate such
events, not only to remember the dead, but to combat
ignorance of the past and to remind ourselves that
genocides and mass violence are continuing.” The
daughter of Polish-born Jews who survived the
Holocaust, Ellen Korman Mains is the author of “Buried
Rivers: A Spiritual Journey into the Holocaust.” A
citizen of Canada, where she was born, the USA, and
Poland, she lives mainly in Boulder, Colo., but spends
extended periods of time in Poland teaching, promoting
dialog, and connecting with her heritage. While in
Poland Mains will be accessible through Skype, Zoom and
    Facetime. Contact her at +48 793 366 441 -;

    6. ==> How to Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions All
Year Long, Once and for All

New Year’s resolutions are as old as time itself. And
their failure rate is staggering. According to U.S.
News and World Report, 80 percent of all people who
make resolutions abandon them by the first week of
February. According to best-selling author Kim
Chestney, it’s not enough to resolve to lose weight,
hit the gym or save more money. “Changing your mindset
is the only way to achieve long-term results,” she
says. “You have to follow your truth and your
intuition, whether it’s in your spiritual life,
building your business or just deciding to be happy.”
Kim can share surefire tips for making a resolution to
live your best life and making this your best year with
her little known secrets to tapping into your
intuition. She is an international best-selling author
and Intuition expert who founded the popular CREATE!
Festival in Pittsburgh and the all-new global Intuition
    school, IntuitionLab. Contact her at

    7. ==> How Ordinary People Enable Human Trafficking

Anyone with an ounce of humanity and compassion is
horrified at the idea of vulnerable people being
transported to other countries to be used as forced sex
workers and laborers. But many of us don’t realize that
we are unwittingly contributing to the problem. “Each
of us, whether we know it or not, is part of the
problem, whether it’s by the clothes we wear, the food
we eat, the porn we watch,” says Raleigh Sadler, a
Christian reverend and founder and executive director
of the New York-based non-profit Let My People Go. “We
are creating a demand for the exploitation of our
neighbors.” Raleigh can share the shocking ways that
our everyday choices support the epidemic of human
trafficking, and what average, everyday people can do
to stop the horror. He is the author of the upcoming
    book “Vulnerable: Rethinking Human Trafficking.”

This professor of
communication will not only bust myths but will also
offer suggestions on how to get men to open up more and
how parents can raise their sons to be great
communicators. The parent of two teenage boys, Diane is
the author of the very funny book, “The Joys of Raising
Boys: the Good, the Bad, and the Hilarious.” Contact

    9. ==> The Surprising Answer to 90% of Marital
    Irritation

Everyone who is married has at least one pet peeve
about their spouse. For example, they may leave the
toilet seat up or forget to put the cap on the
toothpaste. Or perhaps they don’t say when they aren’t
coming home for dinner or expect you to know what they
are thinking. No matter how tiny these pet peeves may
be, they can have an outsized effect on marital
happiness. But according to René and Gloria Vallières,
there’s one simple way to remove 90 percent of mutual
annoyances and irritations in marriage—daily sex.
They’ll explain why this is so and why they say, “It is
not about a great sex life but fostering a climate of
respect, unity, and graciousness.” Married nearly 50
years, they are the authors of “Radical Sex: God’s
Foundation for a Healthy Marriage.” René was a pastor
in The Christian and Missionary Alliance and a teaching
elder at Evangelical Fellowships in New York and Utah.
Teaching adult classes on relationships for 35 years.

    10. ==> Why Nice People Cheat on Their Spouses

When you think of philanderers, you probably are not
thinking “nice guy” or “nice girl.” Yet, surprisingly,
nice people are more likely to cheat on their spouses
than anyone! That’s what licensed marriage counselor
Brad Robinson has found in his more than ten years of
helping couples with trust issues restore their
relationship. Brad can talk about issues “nice” people
have with boundaries and their aversion to conflict and
ways those tendencies can lead to unintended
consequences like cheating. His podcast, “Healing
Broken Trust,” which he co-hosts with his wife, has
been downloaded 900,000 times in the last two years.

    Businesses

bankruptcy, the owner frequently calls Ken Yager. Ken
is one of the few consultants in the world who
specialize in quickly getting troubled small businesses
back on the track. Ken, president of Newpoint Advisors
Corp., has successfully turned around 80 percent of the
companies he has been involved with in industries
ranging from autos, manufacturing, sales, finance,
insurance, law, and health care to medical devices,
    home assistance, large-scale furniture, retail,
    children’s products, restaurants, and agriculture.
He’ll share with you the five dumbest mistakes even
smart business owners make which eventually cause them
massive financial stress. He’ll reveal seven effective
ways to improve a company’s cash flow and other secrets
he uses to make a bad business great again. He will
also explain his own tragic business mistakes and how
they led him on this journey. Contact him at (720)

    12. ==> What Men Dislike Most About Working with
    Women

Women, by their nature, are emotional beings. Men are
not. And, as Wall Street executive, business consultant
and career coach Tamara Lashchyk (Lash-check) will
point out, when men and women work together these
differences can cause problems. Invite Tamara to share
some of these problems and why she believes women need
to address them if they want to get ahead. For example,
the No. 1 thing that makes men cringe are women who cry
at work. In addition, women who yell, scream and are
moody also put up walls between themselves and their
male coworkers. Tamara is the author of the bestselling
book, “Lose the Gum: A Survival Guide for Women on Wall
Street, Main Street and Every Street in Between.”

    13. ==> What Profession Has the Most Workplace
    Violence?

Pop quiz: Can you guess which industry accounts for 75
percent of all workplace violence? If you guessed law
enforcement or package delivery you’d be wrong. As
Sharon Bahrych will tell you, it’s the health-care
industry and, in her 30-year career as a physician
assistant, Sharon has been physically assaulted by a
hospital department administrator and a witness to
other violent behavior among her colleagues. Sharon can
address why there is so much workplace violence in
health care and its impact on patients. In addition,
she can talk about how she was able to forgive the
assailant who tried to kill her and offer tips on
moving forward after unpleasant situations occur.

    14. ==> The Perfect Brown Bag Lunch

For most of us, lunch is something we scarf down in the
car, on the go or at our desk, with little thought to
how it will affect our bodies. Adita Yrizarry-Lang will
share with your audience what foods to include in a
perfect brown bag lunch and what foods they should
never eat. For example, she’ll explain why chips, diet
soda, cookies and processed foods not only promote fat
storage but also make us tired and prone to cancer.
Adita offers a fresh take on food real people can
relate to, one she honed during 30 years in the
wellness industry. She has helped thousands of
individuals to improve their health. Quoted in Fitness
and Shape, Adita is the author of “SuperPowers, A Busy

    15. ==> Deceived: What Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You

Did you know it’s possible to reverse every disease?
That medicines don’t cure diseases – they are simply
managing the disease at the cost of side effects? That
not all “good” foods are good for everyone? Reena
Jadhav knows firsthand how important it is to take
control of your health and your body. She’ll share
shortcuts she learned the hard way, fighting her way
back to good health after 28 symptoms of an auto-immune
illness went misdiagnosed and untreated for years. A
highly successful tech entrepreneur educated at Wharton
and Harvard, Reena has a strong personal story of
surviving two major illnesses before the age of 50.
Reena is the author of the “Health Journal” and creator
of the Health Pyramid. Her new book focuses on

    16. ==> Can Cutting Sugar Increase Cancer Survival?

When Anthony Randle’s wife Jessica was diagnosed with
stage four breast cancer, her doctors told her she
could eat whatever she wanted while undergoing
aggressive treatments. But after having a poignant
dream about his late grandmother who was a gifted
energy healer, Anthony began doing his own research and
discovered some shocking facts. “I learned that sugar
actually feeds cancer,” he says. After eliminating
sugar from her diet, Jessica sailed through chemo with
virtually no side effects. “After every treatment, I
wanted her to relax and nap,” he says. “But she would
have so much energy that we would go play tennis. The
ball would rush past me!” He shares his poignant
experiences in his acclaimed book “The True Story of a
Husband, A Best Friend and Care Giver: The Struggle
Within,” and can reveal how he and his wife made it
through this traumatic experience healthier and happier
than ever. Contact him at ARandle@rtirguests.com or

    17. ==> Common Sense Cure for the Rise in Rudeness

Incivility is out of control. We are just acting ruder
and ruder. Joffre McClung says common sense and self-
love go hand in hand and clearly there are a whole lot
of Americans that do not love themselves these days.
Invite her to share five humorous—but serious—common
sense rules we need to make common again. Whether it’s
minding your own business or thinking before you speak,
Joffre will discuss simple rules to tame the current
rise in rude behavior, like keeping your voice down in
public. “No one needs to hear your phone conversation.
You are just not that interesting and no one needs to
hear you fighting or arguing. Can’t say something nice?
Then don’t say anything! Not everyone cares what you
think,” says Joffre. Joffre McClung has appeared on
numerous radio and TV programs including CBS TV-Austin
TX, Hay House Radio and The Joe Franklin Show. A former
media producer, independent filmmaker, and author,
Joffre takes the esoteric and brings it back down to
earth with a big dose of common sense. Her latest book
is “The Heart of the Matter.” Contact her at (917)

    18. ==> Why Losing a Pet Hurts So Much

Anyone who has experienced the loss of a pet knows how
difficult it can be to move on and how alone it can
feel when other people fail to realize just how
important that animal was to their life. Invite Melissa
Lyons to celebrate the animal-human bond and bring some
hope and solace to pet owners suffering the loss of a
beloved animal. Lyons says, “In talking to people, I
was floored by the number of people who stop living and
can’t get back in the world after losing their pet. In
some ways, I believe losing a pet can be even more
devastating than the loss of a human being.” Lyons is
an award-winning author, speaker and entrepreneur who
has been featured on CTV News, CBC radio and other
media outlets. She is passionate about helping people
connect with and embrace fresh perspectives when faced
with loss or tragedy. Her debut book, “I Will Always
Love You”, has helped thousands of people move forward
with their lives. Her new book about pet loss is “Until
We Meet Again: From Grief to Hope After Losing a Pet.”

    19. ==> Experience Unconditional Love in 2019

Dr. Sanner will discuss what it really means to love
someone as is—not how we wish they were—and offers tips
on loving ourselves despite our perceived shortcomings.
An abused child who grew up believing she was not “good
enough,” Dr. Sanner has extraordinary empathy and a
bubbly personality that puts audiences at ease. She
also has a simple life-changing formula that can lead
to greater love for ourselves and others. She has a
doctorate in spiritual studies, a master’s in education
and a bachelor’s in psychology. Contact Jeanne at (949)

Carving? Mooing? Train Surfing? Extreme Ironing? All
around the world people have hobbies, activities they

keep active, and stay stress-free. Interview Jennifer
Cochern, LCPC to hear why everyone should have a hobby
of some kind… crazy or not! She’ll talk about why
taking time in the New Year to pick a hobby might be

    1. ==> Trump Puts Himself First, Not America

Whether it’s the government shut down, withdrawing
troops from Syria or undermining the free press and our
justice system, Mark Weinberg says Donald Trump
consistently shows he is acting in his own best
interests and putting America and Americans second.
“The one norm to which every president must adhere is
putting the American people first. Regardless of his or
her personal style, the president of the United States
must at all times act in a way that protects the well-
being of our citizens and the strength of our republic.
That means supporting — not seeking to destroy — what
makes our country great, even if doing so is at his own
expense.” He adds, “Recent actions by Trump provide
legitimate reason to question if, whenever the
government comes back to full strength, that will be
his priority. On that there can be no compromise. Ever.
Our survival depends on it.” Mark Weinberg is a former
speech writer and advisor to President Ronald Reagan,
who served on the 1980 Reagan campaign traveling staff,
all eight years in the Reagan White House, and two
years thereafter as Reagan’s spokesman in his post-
presidency office in Los Angeles. Weinberg currently
runs his own communications consultancy and is the
author of “Movie Nights with the Reagans.” Contact him
    at (917) 319-3645; mark@weinbergcommunications.com

    2. ==> CNN Political Analyst Julian Zelizer

If you were asked when America became polarized, your
answer would vary depending on your age…for historians
Kevin Kruse and Julian Zelizer, it all starts in 1974.
In that one year, the nation was rocked by one major
event after another. In their new book, “Fault Lines,”
Kruse and Zelizer examine the persistent development of
political, economic, racial, religious and sexual
divisions in modern America, as well as the cultural
and technological changes that fostered and evolved
from such divisions. Kruse and Zelizer will
contextualize the current moment, showing how Donald
Trump has been, in many ways, the result of trends
decades in the making, an acolyte of what Nixon’s aides
once championed as “the politics of positive
polarization.” Contact Johanna Ramos Boyer at (703)

    3. ==> Great New Year Show: Top Trends for 2019

What can we expect in 2019? Global trend forecaster
Gerald Celente can provide a detailed, fact-based
portrait of the changes that lie ahead, across a broad
range of fields ranging from geopolitics to everyday
life. Among the topics he can discuss: whether a
worldwide economic crash is inevitable, the unforeseen
impact of aging Baby Boomers and how they will spend
retirement, why America and other countries will
increasingly impose Puritan standards across all
aspects of life, and how the cannabis industry is
poised to become big business. Gerald Celente is
publisher of the Trends Journal. Celente developed the
Globalnomic® methodology to identify, track, forecast
and manage trends. He has been featured on Oprah, all
the of the major network/cable morning shows, the
nightly news and newspapers worldwide. Contact Ryan
    McCormick at (516) 901-1103.

    4. ==> Why More Marriages End After the Holidays

Sure, the holidays are supposed to mean fun times with
the family. But, for many, the reality is no Currier &
Ives postcard. There’s financial stress, family
obligation stress, and opportunities to drink too much
and behave badly with friends and coworkers. Interview
licensed marriage counselor Brad Robinson to discuss
what to do when your marriage hits a rough patch or
when you start thinking about leaving a marriage where
trust has been violated and your needs aren’t being
met. Brad specializes in helping couples survive
infidelity and he can share his surprising take on what
types of couples are most at risk. He is motivated to
do this work after having grown up in a broken home.
Brad co-hosts the popular “Healing Broken Trust”
podcast with his wife, Morgan, and they are writing a
    book with the same name. Contact him at (918) 606-1700;

    5. ==> Interview a Tsunami Survivor

Over the holidays, a devastating tsunami struck
Indonesia. It came without warning at nighttime sending
a wall of water that swept people and buildings away.
Tsunamis are relatively rare examples of nature at its
unpredictable worst and few people who experience them
live to tell the tale. Sana Brauner is one of the lucky
ones. She will share the compelling story of how she
survived a similar wall of water when her own holiday
in Thailand turned deadly. Sana’s son and ex-husband
also survived but her mother did not. Her two-year-old
daughter has never been found. Sana can talk about what
it is like to lose everything you hold dear in an
instant and the steps she has taken to recover from her
2004 ordeal. She is the author of “The Borrowed
Daughter,” a memoir containing lessons to help anyone
going through a life crisis. Contact her at Sana
Brauner at SBrauner@rtirguests.com or Skype: sanabr

Her new
book is “SuperPowers, A Busy Woman’s Guide to Health
and Happiness.” Adita Yrizarry-Lang is a nutritional
guru and mind-body coach who has trained thousands of
fitness professionals’ worldwide and been featured in
Shape and Fitness magazines. Contact her at
    305-874-0268; AYrizarry@rtirguests.com

    7. ==> Less Yes and More No this New Year

Millions set New Year’s resolutions to lose weight and
quit bad habits, but after a holiday season of button-
    pushing, boundary-breaking relatives, Jennifer Cochern
says a better way to start the new year is to vow to
stand up and say “No!” more often. “It’s easy to start
feeling angry and resentful when we continually feel we
have to say yes to things we don’t want to do.” says
Cochern, a seasoned counselor who helps people
understand what boundaries are, how to create them and
how to keep them in place… even with that mother-in-
law! (A daunting task for sure!) Jennifer Cochern, LCPC
is a counselor and the author of “Alignment: Move from
Internal Chaos to Clarity.” She has worked with
hundreds of clients promoting personal growth and
healthier relationship skills. Contact Jennifer Cochern

    8. ==> The Simplest, Most Powerful Resolution: Love
    Yourself!

Trying to be a better person this new year? We’ve all
been told to love our neighbor. It is a wonderful
sentiment, but Joffre McClung says it’s the wrong
message, especially for women. “Women of different
generations have had different struggles. But the one
constant in all of them is that our worth, our value,
our sense of being good enough, is always seen through
the lens of what we do for others and how others see
us.” McClung will explain the many ways lack of self-
love affects our lives, how to develop your own sense
of self-love, and why you should incorporate five
simple self-gratitude practices into your daily life.
Joffre McClung’s latest book is “The Heart of the
    Matter.” Contact her at 917-994-0225 (TX);
    JMcClung@rtirguests.com

    9. ==> Which Profession Has the Most Workplace

Sharon trained at Baylor College of Medicine. She has a
master’s in public health from the University of Texas
    School of Public Health. Contact her at 720-669-8098;
    SBahrych@rtirguests.com

    10. ==> Men Scared of Women at Work? Fiddlesticks!

Perhaps you saw the Bloomberg News article about men on
Wall Street who say they are afraid to hire women or be
alone with female colleagues in the wake of the #MeToo
movement. Is it true that many men on Wall Street and
other industries now feel that way or is this an
exaggerated reaction of a vocal minority? Wall Street
executive, business consultant and career coach Tamara
Lashchyk (Lash-check) thinks such comments are a gross
generalization made by a few in an attempt to diminish
#MeToo and to maintain the “bro-culture” status quo.
Oddly enough, she had expected such a backlash when she
was researching her bestselling book, “Lose the Gum: A
Survival Guide for Women on Wall Street, Main Street
and Every Street in Between,” but instead she has found
that the men she has interviewed think avoiding female
colleagues is ridiculous. This experienced talk show
guest can also talk about ways some men have
experienced collateral damage from the movement and the
behaviors women sometimes exhibit at work that holds
them back including the #1 thing that makes men in the
    office cringe. Contact Tamara at 848-373-3543;

    12. ==> Psychologist’s Insights from Israeli-
Palestinian Conflict, Hippie Experience, 4 Wars, #MeToo
    Movement

People everywhere experience times of personal
challenge, relationship issues with loved ones, and
powerful social change. And they could all use advice
and been-there insights from someone who understands.
Audiences will therefore thank you for interviewing
psychologist Pratibha Eastwood, whose real-life journey
both personal and professional includes decades of
cultural upheaval and several wars. Learn from Pratibha
what it was like to be a fearful child sent to boarding
schools at a very young age — during some of the worst
of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. What do few
Americans know about such Middle Eastern crises? Ask
Pratibha (and invite callers) to explore: what led her
to experiment with drugs, live in a commune, and become
a real “hippie?” How could she finally forgive her
neglectful parents? What are her opinions about the
#MeToo Movement? And how did Pratibha’s adventurous
side help her spiritual journey of turning lemon into
lemonade? How did she experiment with love as a

    13. ==> This M.D. Has a Three-Pronged Cure for Opioid
    Addiction

As opioid addiction has reached epidemic proportions,
most treatment programs focus merely on treating the
symptoms. But Dr. Steven M. Hall claims they are
getting it all wrong. “The magnitude of the problem is
mind-boggling, and most recovery programs don’t address
how this started in the first place,” he says. Thus, he
has devised a three-pronged treatment program with
which he has helped dozens of patients in his private
practice overcome addiction that addresses the physical
and emotional causes of addiction. “It’s true that
people’s emotions are as important as their physical
feelings,” he says. “I teach people how to be healthy
with their feelings.” Dr. Steven received his medical
degree from University of Utah School of Medicine and
has been practicing family medicine since 1985. He is
the author of “The 7 Tools of Healing: Unlock Your
Inner Wisdom and Live the Life Your Soul Desires.”

    15. ==> How Dads Can Raise Strong Daughters in the
    #MeToo Age

Dads play a very important role when it comes to
empowering their young daughters to become strong,
independent women. However, there is a dearth of
support for these men. Long-time female empowerment
advocate Kailin Gow offers valuable insights for dads
of daughters. “Raising a daughter who is aware and
knowledgeable of the world so that she can navigate
through it with her eyes open, rather than closed, can
be one of her best protections,” she says. “Knowledge
is power.” Kailin has released a book especially for
dads: “Raising Strong Daughters: What Fathers Should
Know.” She can share how men can help to empower their
daughters when it comes to the threats of sexual
assault, school violence, bullying and other
challenging life situations young girls experience.
Kailin is the founder of Sparklesoup Inc., an
    internationally recognized, multi-award-winning
bestselling author who has sold over 5.5 million books,
and director/filmmaker. She also is the author of the
recently released “Kailin Gow’s Go Girl Guide.” Contact

    16. ==> Revealed: God’s Only Reason to Get Married

Most people can offer plenty of reasons for why they
tied or are about to tie the knot, everything from
wanting to forge a life with their best friend to
raising children together and sharing common values.
But according to René and Gloria Vallières, there is
just one reason to get married and that’s to have daily
sex! Married for 48 years, René and Gloria Vallières
will explain that this is God’s idea—not theirs—as they
share the joys and challenges couples experience when
they are prepared to have sex every day whenever either
partner wants it. They’ll talk about why frequent sex
is more important to a successful marriage than good
communication, friendship or even who does the
housework. Their new book, “Radical Sex: God’s
Foundation for a Healthy Marriage,” is full of
controversial ideas that make them terrific guests.
René was a pastor in The Christian and Missionary
Alliance and a teaching elder at Evangelical
Fellowships in New York and Utah. Teaching adult

Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates found career success

replaced a bachelor’s degree as the educational
requirement for many employers. Interview Dr. Don
Martin and Kevin Kiley to learn why is now the best
time to think about going to grad school. Find out what
the biggest mistake graduate school applicants make and

before applying to grad school. Dr. Don Martin was the
admissions dean at three top-tier universities, in
three different disciplines. He is the author of “Road
Map for Graduate Study: A Guide for Prospective
Students.” Kevin Kiley has served as admissions
director in a top-tier MBA program. They have
successfully coached hundreds of individuals through

and 13 other books. Susan, who has aced more than 1,030
media interviews on a variety of topics, will discuss
what intuition is and why it is more important than
ever in today’s economic environment. She can discuss
the different ways people experience intuition and how

    19. ==> Do a Show about Growing Up in the 1%

How bad is the 1% really? What are the myths
surrounding this economic group and the families it
represents? Interview Ivan Obolensky and find out! He
grew up in this world and has firsthand experience with
it. People often ask how does one get to be a part of
the 1%? Misconceptions abound about their ethics,
morals and attitudes – continually perpetuated by the
media. Find out how the 1% really lives… not only with
each other but those around them, both professionally
and personally. “People think that those who have
wealth are self-centered, have no problems, don’t
contribute to society, or that they are simply lucky
and entitled,” says Ivan, “but nothing could be further
from the truth.” Find out why trust is so important to
the wealthy – and how it helps keep them on top. Ivan
Obolensky is an author and a true Renaissance man in
his own right. His new novel is “Eye of the Moon.”

birth! Have you ever had to make a tough decision?
Like whether to leave a job? Get out of a relationship?
