1. ==> Record # of Americans Dying from Alcohol, Drugs
& Suicide

According to a troubling new analysis, more than
150,000 Americans died due to alcohol, drugs and
suicide in 2017. The figure, 151,845, is more than
twice as many as in 1999, according to the Trust for
America’s Health and Well Being Trust, which used data
from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The analysis found that synthetic opioid deaths
skyrocketed 45 percent between 2016 and 2017 and
increased ten-fold in the last five years, and the
highest rate of suicide continues to occur among
whites, males and people living in rural areas. Invite
clinical forensic psychologist Dr. John Huber to
discuss why that is, signs that someone may be
suicidal, and the role drugs and alcohol play in the
rising death rate. Dr. John Huber is the chairman for
Mainstream Mental Health, a non-profit mental health
organization. He’s appeared on hundreds of radio shows
and dozens of national television programs. Contact
Ryan McCormick at (516) 901-1103; (919) 377-1200.

2. ==> Investigation Discovery Doc: ‘The Atlanta Child
Murders’

In 1979, the city of Atlanta was shaken to its core
when 29 African-American children were kidnapped and
murdered. No one was ever tried for the murders and
decades later the case remains unsolved. Investigation
Discovery’s new documentary, ‘The Atlanta Child
Murders’, revisits this emotional, but largely
forgotten, chapter in our nation’s history. Atlanta
radio personality Frank Ski is featured in the film. He
interviewed the only suspect in the case, Wayne
Williams, which sparked controversy among both those
who thought he was guilty and others who felt he may be
innocent. Invite Frank to talk about the movie, what it
was like for the African-American community in Atlanta
during this time, his experience interviewing Wayne
Williams and his thoughts on what really happened.

3. ==> It’s National Procrastination Week – Make it an
Asset

This week is officially National Procrastination Week,
though, not surprisingly, it’s sometimes held next
week, or even the week after! Regardless, you shouldn’t
put off booking Mariann Adams. She’ll tell listeners
why even though procrastination feels like a character
flaw, it’s actually an asset! “Procrastination isn’t a
defect; it means the brain and body are working right,”
says Adams. “Procrastination is a form of anxiety that
shuts down the brain as a protection. So
procrastination isn’t overcome by willpower, but by
understanding how the brain and body work!” Adams says
everyone is affected by daily anxiety that drives their
behavior. She’ll explain how to read the ‘road signs’,
and share quick ways to navigate past anxiety. Mariann
Adams, MS, NCTM, is an experienced media guest,
corporate consultant, and the author of “Boost Core
Power and Bust Anxiety”. She is an expert on presenting
the psychological, physiological, neurological, and
interpersonal aspects of anxiety in playful, easy-to-
understand way–for instant, increased brain power!

4. ==> Sunday Is Daylight Savings Time: Is It Bad for
Your Health?

When we “spring forward” this weekend, many will
complain about losing just one hour of sleep. Is one
hour of sleep a big deal? Studies show an increase in
heart attacks on the Monday following the time shift,
and within the first 48 hours after the time change, a
spike in automobile fatalities. Is this a coincidence?
Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith will talk about the pros and
cons of losing sleep in the morning for an extra hour
of sunlight in the evening. She’ll discuss how to get a
quality night’s sleep, and advise parents on how to
help their children acclimate to time changes – as well
as the physical changes that occur in everyone’s bodies
when seasons and schedules change. Dr. Saundra will
reveal strategies for feeling rested and refreshed
despite the time change, how to feel better with less
hours of sleep, and how to adjust your attitude so
you’ll be able to sleep better at night. Sleep hygiene
is a very hot topic! Dr. Saundra’s advice and expertise
has been featured in Woman’s Day and Prevention
magazines. Contact her at (256) 240-0564;
Sdalton@rtirguests.com

5. ==> Next Week is National Sleep Awareness Week

Will your listeners know what a messy bedroom has to do
with poor sleep? If watching an action-adventure pic
before bed is a good idea? Can they name the best thing
to keep by their bed in case they wake up in the middle
of the night? They will learn all that when you
interview career wellness educator Adita Yrizarry-Lang
for National Sleep Awareness Week which begins March
10. One-third of all Americans desperately need this
information because they are not getting enough
shuteye. Adita is a 30-year wellness educator who has
been quoted in Shape and Fitness. She is the author of
“SuperPowers.” Contact her at (305) 874-0268;

6. ==> Take-This-Challenge: Reinvent Your Life in 7
Days

Feeling like you’re not on track for where you really
want to be going in life? Then you need to hear about
Katherine Webster’s humorous but highly effective
challenge for reinventing your life in the next seven
days. Step 1: Get a brand new hairstyle. Why? To
paraphrase Coco Chanel, the person who changes their
hair is about to change their life. Webster knows what
she’s talking about. Suddenly widowed in her late 40’s,
she had to take specific actions to find her joy and
confidence and completely reinvent her life. She’ll
reveal something new you can do every day to
turbocharge your reinvention i.e. go out on the town
all by yourself or start a new hobby that shocks your
friends. Her tips are simple, fun and they work!
Webster is the author of “Becoming Madam Widow” and her
tips can help any man, woman or child who wants to add
more extraordinary to their life. Contact her at
KWebster@rtirguests.com or (484) 296-8759.

7. ==> Why Run a Meeting People Will Dread? Do This
Instead

Chances are you have been to some poorly-run meetings
in your personal or professional life. Maybe those
gatherings (at work with bosses and fellow employees,
in a community setting, with clients or neighbors or
even strangers) were uninspiring or non-welcoming. Even
if you liked your fellow attendees, you couldn’t wait
to escape. So what are the secrets to having the
perfect meeting instead? One that exceeds everyone’s
expectations for productivity and progress? What needs
to be considered to make such a session happen? Find
out when you interview leadership and communication
expert Teruni Lamberg, Ph.D., author of the critically-
praised book “Conducting Productive Meetings: How to
Generate and Communicate Ideas for Innovation.” Whether
she’s talking about agendas and venues, schedules and
speakers, Q&A sessions, facilitation techniques, audio-
visuals or the food and beverages on-hand, Dr. Lamberg
will be as entertaining and informative as the meetings
she helps us envision. Prepare to learn about the best
meeting you could ever coordinate or attend! Contact
Dr. Teruni Lamberg at (775) 682-7533; Teruni@unr.edu.

8. ==> The Robots Are Coming! And They Want Your Job!

In the near future, robots will be able to perform jobs
ranging from bartending to retail sales and even major
surgery! In fact, China’s state-run Xinhua News Agency
has launched an artificial intelligence TV news anchor,
a world first. “I know a lot of people that make
robots,” says design expert Lorraine Justice. “They’re
so realistic they’re creepy. There’s a lot of fear of
technology and robots.” While robots and other forms of
artificial intelligence will take over many future
jobs, Lorraine will discuss how to prepare for this,
and how to develop skills that will continue to be
relevant in the ever-changing job market. A long-time
educator, Lorraine is dean emeritus of the College of
Imaging Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of
Technology, former director of the School of Design at
Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the author of “The
Future of Design, Global Product Innovation in a
Complex World”. Contact her at
lorrainejustice@gmail.com; (585) 330-7105.

9. ==> Interview the ‘King of Cash Flow!’

You have probably already heard how important it is to
create passive income for yourself so you can
eventually quit your day job, and better yet, so you
can retire well. Many experts suggest you build a
business or spend your free time searching for deals in
real estate. But Doug Marshall a.k.a. the “King of Cash
Flow” will tell you step-by-step how he has created 9
passive income streams without sacrificing his free
time or family time, and how you can too. He’ll show
you how he got started investing in real estate without
having to quit his job looking for deals or doing the
time-consuming task of being a landlord. Marshall is
the author of “Mastering the Art of Commercial Real
Estate Investing.” Ask him about the 5 questions that
every new investor should answer before investing in
real estate. He’ll even share 4 things he learned from
his “loser” property and much more. Contact him at
dmarshall@rtirguests.com; (503) 563-0971.

10. == > How to Take Back Your Power from Drug and
Insurance Companies

April Schulte, a doctor of acupuncture and Oriental
medicine, wants to restore patients’ power by combining
complementary medicine with conventional medicine to
become the director of their own health ship. Dr.
Schulte will show your listeners how to shift the focus
from dependence on the outside to taking a position of
personal power within the health-care landscape. She’ll
discuss key therapies in integrative and collaborative
medicine, the role emotions play in health, and why
conventional medicine alone does not work. Dr. Schulte
has overcome multiple eating disorders, pain from her
years as a professional dancer, infertility and hormone
imbalances using a multi-pronged approach. She is owner
and clinic director of Healing Horizons Integrated
Health Solutions in Grand Junction and hosts the Health
Matters podcast. “Save Your Life Now” is her first
book. Contact Dr. April Schulte, DAOM, LaC, at (970)

11. ==> 3 Steps to Making a Great Decision

Have you ever had to make a tough decision? Like
whether to leave a job? Get out of a relationship? Or
what medical treatment to pursue? It can leave you
feeling scared, lonely, and frozen with fear. Terrie
Novak is an expert at decision-making, or as she likes
to call it, “choice-making”. As a systems analyst, she
does it every day at work for her customers so when she
was faced with a scary diagnosis and an even scarier
treatment option, she decided (after freaking out) to
apply what she does at work to help her make some
important decisions. Terrie will share her powerful
story and explain how her three-step decision making
process makes any decision easier to make. Terrie Novak
works in software engineering as a systems analyst. Her
unique framework for “choice-making” can be applied to
decisions of any kind. Her book, “Hypothesis: An HPV
Healing Experiment”, outlines a three-step process she
created to help heal herself. Contact Terrie at (503)

12. ==> Does Marriage Success Depend on Sex?

Spring is around the corner and so is engagement and
wedding season. That makes it the perfect time to talk
about sex and marriage. Just how important is sex to a
marriage? Should couples expect to have daily sex? Can
couples form a strong bond without a robust sex life?
Is viewing pornography a form of cheating? Discussing
this topic with you will be René and Gloria Vallières,
a couple who have been married nearly 50 years who
authored the new book “Radical Sex: God’s Foundation
for a Healthy Marriage.” René was a pastor in The
Christian and Missionary Alliance and a teaching elder
at Evangelical Fellowships in New York and Utah.
Teaching adult classes on relationships for 35 years.
Gloria has a prayer ministry and is a freelance writer.

13. ==> Bad Mistakes Even Good Teachers Make

Did you know that many teachers, in trying to encourage
their students, actually embarrass them? That
embarrassment leads to discouragement, which if left
unchecked can kill whatever love of learning a kid has.
All children have an innate desire to learn and are
excited about it. But as early as kindergarten, even
good teachers are setting them up to hate school. As a
former educator and administrator in public schools and
universities, Lee Jenkins saw the need for a new
approach to learning – one that keeps that “intrinsic
motivation” alive from kindergarten through 12th grade.
He says, “What most parents and teachers don’t realize
is that motivation is made up of both will and thrill.
Are your kids working hard and loving the process?
Chances are they aren’t!” Lee Jenkins is the of
“Permission to Forget” and the upcoming “How to Create
a Perfect School.” He now consults and writes full
time with his firm LtoJ Consulting Group. Contact him
at (484) 306-8784; LJenkins@rtirguests.com

14. ==> March 18 is Forgive Mom & Dad Day

Many people have bad childhoods. But what makes Wade
Meadows remarkable is how he was able to forgive both
parents, his mentally unstable mother who constantly
reminded him that he was worthless because he was born
on Friday the 13th and his workaholic father who was
unable to protect him. March 18 is Forgive Mom & Dad
Day, a day aimed at bringing closure to people whose
upbringings left much to be desired. Invite Wade on air
to explain how he was able to open his heart when his
mother needed a caregiver, how he manages to live a
hopeful life despite a chaotic childhood and how he was
able to break his family’s cycle of abuse to raise
happy, successful children and be a loving marriage
partner. Wade is the author of “Letters From the Ashes”
and “Ashes Forged Into Manhood.” Contact him at (225)

15. ==> The 1% Busted: Myths and Misconceptions
Revealed

What myths can be busted about the 1%? What lessons can
we learn from them that can help us succeed? When we
talk about the 1% it’s a love-hate relationship. But
make no mistake – we would all rather be them.
Interview Ivan Obolensky to learn more about the myths
surrounding the 1% – and how the lessons he learned
during childhood continue to shape his success today.
His grandfather Serge Obolensky – aka the Prince of New
York – married Alice Astor, daughter of John Jacob
Astor who died on the Titanic. Growing up in this world
Ivan has firsthand experience. Misconceptions abound
about their ethics, morals and attitudes. Find out how
the 1% really lives. “People think that those who have
wealth are self-centered, have no problems, don’t
contribute to society, or that they are simply lucky
and entitled,” says Ivan, “but nothing could be further
from the truth.” Ivan Obolensky is a true Renaissance
man in his own right and the author of “Eye of the
Moon”. Contact Ivan Obolensky at (818) 495-8731;

16. ==> Foods that Feed Cancer

When Anthony Randle’s wife, Jessica, was diagnosed with
stage four breast cancer, her doctors told her she
could eat whatever she wanted while undergoing
aggressive treatments. But after conducting exhaustive
research, he discovered that certain foods actually
feed cancer. “Doctors will tell patients not to smoke
or drink, but nothing about sugar,” he says. “I learned
that sugar actually feeds cancer. I also saw chemo
patients eating fast food and popsicles. I thought,
‘Wow, this is so wrong!'” After eliminating sugar and
other unhealthy foods from her diet, Jessica sailed
through chemo with virtually no side effects. He shares
his poignant experiences in his acclaimed book “The
True Story of a Husband, A Best Friend and Care Giver:
The Struggle Within”, and can reveal how he and his
wife made it through this traumatic experience
healthier and happier than ever. Contact Anthony at

18. ==> Replace Your Bucket List with a ‘Trash It’ List

While growing up dirt poor on a farm in rural South
Carolina, Jane Jenkins Herlong had to learn how to
trash negative thoughts and people in order to become a
successful woman. “I learned to throw away negative
talk and train my brain to be positive in order to
tackle insurmountable odds,” she says. Jane went from
being a homely, bullied farm girl to a Miss America
contestant, singer at Radio City Music Hall, an
inductee to the Speaker Hall of Fame and Sirius XM
comedian! She says, “I believe you, too, can set your
best goals and take a shot if you throw out the trash
in your life!” Jane is the author of numerous books
including “Rhinestones on My Flip Flops: Choosing
Extravagant Joy in the Midst of Everyday Mess-ups” and
“Bury Me with My Pearls: Humor with a Spiritual Twist.”

ancient keys that unlock how to “cross over” at will
into Heaven and meet with God – without dying! Al has
astonished people all over the world, teaching them how
to do it too. What’s more, God Himself asked Al to co-
author an extraordinary book with Him: “The Way-Visit

20. ==> How to Reduce Your Pets’ ‘Environmental Paw
Print’

People the world over are aware of how the environment
affects human health and the health of our planet.
According to author and environmental engineer Yasmin
Davar, our pups and kitties need to get on the
sustainability bandwagon for the very same reasons.
“Having a ‘green pet’ is far healthier for the planet,
as well as the pets themselves,” she says. Some
examples are using biodegradable cat litter, cleaning
up your dog’s poop, which can contaminate ground water,
and avoiding plastic food and water bowls, which break
down AND can cause health problems in your dog or cat.
“I would add using biodegradable natural dog shampoos
and conditioners, and food with healthy, natural
ingredients and reduced processing.” Yasmin is the
author of “Our Peaceful Planet: Healing Ourselves and
the World for a Sustainable Future”. She also holds a
Master of International Studies in Peace and Conflict
Resolution. Contact Yasmin at YDavar@rtirguests.com

1. ==> What’s Happening in Syria? What’s Next?

Invite former Mideast correspondent for ABC News
Charles Glass to discuss the situation in Syria and
what will happen next. Glass will explain Bashar
Assad’s rise to power and why he believes that now, as
Assad secures his hold, he will quickly and violently
put down any rebellion. Glass predicts increased
rivalry between Iran and Russia for influence and
profit in Syria, though opportunities in Syria will be
limited as the U.S. government seeks to keep Syria
outside the world economy, which may lead to an
expanding black market there. Currently based in
London, Charles Glass is the author of “Syria Burning”
and recently wrote the piece “Tell Me How This Ends”
for Harper’s about the Obama administration’s policy on
Syria. His latest book, “They Fought Alone: The True
Story of the Starr Brothers, British Secret Agents in
Nazi-Occupied France”, tells the story of the Special
Operations Executive, set up by Churchill in 1940 to
‘set Europe ablaze.’ The SOE would train the U.S.
Office of Strategic Services, which became the CIA.

2. ==> Polarized Americans Need Party Reform

Jay Cost, like many political observers, is concerned
about the current wave of tribalism in America, but
he’s less interested in the cause than in why it’s
allowed to flourish in our day. “We have allowed the
angriest, most strident, least compromising forces
within our society to have the best position to decide
who wields political power. Sure, swing voters in the
middle of the country get to choose between the
Democrat and the Republican, but months, even years,
before that happens, the eventual nominees have to
curry favor with the hardcore ideologues.” He says, “We
have the power to regulate the power the nastiest among
us have in politics, especially by reforming our
political parties, which were originally intended to
function as mediators between the people and their
government. If we are serious about doing something
about polarization, I think party reform is where we
should start.” Jay Cost is a visiting scholar at the
American Enterprise Institute, a columnist for National
Review, and a contributing editor to The Weekly
Standard. He’s the author of “The Price of Greatness:
James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and the Creation of
American Oligarchy.” Contact him at jcost241@gmail.com;

3. ==> Fun Show: NASA and the Future of Space
Exploration

What’s the future of space exploration? Invite NASA
expert and space historian Rod Pyle to share an inside
look at the next few decades of spaceflight and long-
term plans for exploration, utilization, and
settlement. He’ll talk about the privatization of space
exploration with entrepreneurial start-ups building
huge rocket boosters, satellites, rocket engines,
asteroid probes, prospecting craft, and even commercial
lunar cargo landers to open this new frontier. Pyle’s
new book, “Space 2.0”, examines the new partnerships
that are revolutionizing spaceflight and changing the
way we reach for the stars. Rod Pyle appears on
national radio and TV and hosts the podcast “Cool Space
News” on iHeart Radio. He has written more than a dozen
books and produced numerous documentaries for the
History Channel and Discovery Communications including
the acclaimed Modern Marvels: Apollo 11. Contact him at

5. ==> Former Agent Reveals Behind-the-Scenes IRS Chaos

Mention the IRS and millions of Americans get fearful
and even angry. Anything about taxation and reconciling
our tax obligation feels challenging, complicated and
stressful. And that happens in years when our
government does not shut down! What most taxpayers
don’t realize: The feared IRS is actually a hotbed of
incompetence and disorder that hurts you. So says
former IRS agent and tax expert Richard Green who will
shock audiences when he reveals how the Internal
Revenue Service is staffed by slow-moving staff using
antiquated technology. As your on-air guest, Green will
answer questions like: What types of IRS
miscommunication and lack of cooperation happen? How do
taxpayers miss out because of such poor service? Are
decisions for audits fair? What about mismanaged funds
in this year of tax “reform?” What other negatives can
we expect? Only someone like Green, who’s seen it
firsthand, can blow the whistle on the chaotic IRS.

6. ==> Do a Show on Integrity Deficit Disorder: What is
it? Who Has it?

According to Merriam-Webster, one of the definitions of
integrity is “incorruptibility, a firm adherence to a
code of especially moral values.” Sounds pretty
important, doesn’t it? But integrity doesn’t seem to
matter much these days. Just listen to the nightly
news. Enter John Smith, an expert on ethics and
integrity, who unknowingly became part of a fraud
scandal during the Savings and Loan crisis of the
1980’s. He was shocked when he realized that he didn’t
have to commit a crime in order to be convicted of one!
“Our nation is suffering from IDD, or Integrity Deficit
Disorder. The S&L crisis of the 80’s seems like so long
ago, but the lack of integrity and personal
responsibility of individuals in this country hasn’t
gotten any better!” He’ll take your audience through
his incredible true story – and share how he used
perseverance and integrity to rebuild his world. From
the FBI showing up at his front door to his quest for a
Presidential Pardon, his story is stranger than
fiction! John Smith is a keynote speaker on ethics and
integrity in the workplace and in life and the author
of “Embracing the Abyss”. Contact him at (214)

7. ==> Common Sense Cure for the Rise in Rudeness

Incivility is out of control. We are just acting ruder
and ruder. Joffre McClung says common sense and self-
love go hand in hand and clearly there are a whole lot
of Americans that do not love themselves these days.
Invite her to share five humorous—but serious—common
sense rules we need to make common again. Whether it’s
minding your own business or thinking before you speak,
Joffre will discuss simple rules to tame the current

8. ==> Why Women Are Required to Save the World

Our world, according to many experts, is heading
towards self-destruction. The existence of worldwide
nuclear weapons, countries run by tribal leaders and
unstable dictators, and a way of thinking that Einstein
called “a silent addiction leading to species suicide”
doesn’t bode well for any of us. Interview Dr. Donald
Pet, a psychiatrist who contends that if we want to get
serious about creating world peace, women are the
answer! “Women by nature are nurturers. Men by nature
create war,” says Dr. Pet. “Women are natural
communicators who use negotiating to show strength
instead of bully tactics!” Dr. Pet is the founder of
the Education Community (EC), a nonprofit organization,
which offers free college level courses teaching people
how to develop a “new way of thinking” that promotes
happiness, love and peace. His EC initiative has been
endorsed by Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy and many others.

9. ==> Would You Risk Your Life to Adopt a Baby?

Adopting a child can take years under the best
circumstances. It can also be expensive and an
emotional roller coaster. But for Cornelia E. Davis,
M.D., the obstacles were even greater. She risked her
own life to adopt her daughter in war-torn Ethiopia,
battling meningitis outbreaks, dodging stray bullets,
and even braving opposing armies because her urge to be
a mother was unstoppable. Davis, who goes by the name
Connie, began her career as one of the first black
women admitted to the University of California, San
Francisco School of Medicine. She was sent to Ethiopia
in 1990 by the World Health Organization (WHO) to help
prevent and control outbreaks of meningococcal
meningitis. While working in Addis Ababa, she was
caught up in the fast-moving civil war and stayed
behind when U.N. staff members were evacuated. A series
of events led her to become mother to a three-month-old
infant found on the steps of St. George’s Cathedral.
Davis tells the story of what it took to adopt her
daughter, Romene, in her new memoir “Three Years in
Ethiopia: How a Civil War and Epidemics Led Me to My
Daughter”. Contact her at (323) 522-5374;

10. ==> What Men Wish Women Knew About Them

According to interpersonal communication expert Diane
Auten, women have some misguided ideas about men. For
example, she’ll say that it’s not true that men aren’t
emotional beings or that just because they aren’t
looking at you doesn’t mean they are not listening to
you. In addition, she’ll say that women should learn to
talk about subjects men find interesting—like sports
and gaming—because men open up more when discussing
topics they are interested in. This professor of
communication will not only bust myths but will also
offer suggestions on how to get men to open up more and
how parents can raise their sons to be great
communicators. The parent of two teenage boys, Diane is
the author of the very funny book, “The Joys of Raising
Boys: the Good, the Bad, and the Hilarious.” Contact
her at (805) 215-1324; DAuten@rtirguests.com

11. ==> Why Is There So Much Hate in the U.S.?

Hardly a day goes by in which we don’t hear about
workplace shootings, racial tensions, road rage
incidents, immigration hysteria, and heated rhetoric
from the left and the right. When did America go from
being the land of the free to the land of the haters?
And who or what is enabling them? Media veteran Emily
Slingluff says, “Don’t blame politicians … blame
parents!” Invite her on air to explain what parents
must stop doing if we are going to once again have a
civil country. A child-rearing expert, Emily is the
author of multiple books including “A Present to the
Newborn.” Contact her at (757) 428-6167;

12. ==> Take this ‘Before You Get Out of Bed’
Challenge!

Do this one little thing before you get out of bed each
day, and you will experience more joy, confidence and
productivity. It only takes 2-3 minutes and has been
proven to help people dramatically shift their lives.
It’s not mediation, visualizing or goal setting.
Cathleen Lamberton, a coach and emotional fitness
trainer, gives this powerful challenge to her clients
and it has revolutionized their lives: Before your feet
hit the floor, write down ten things you’re grateful
for. Do this every day for ten days and watch how it
completely shifts your perspective and your feelings
before you even head to the bathroom. She’ll explain
why this simple exercise is so powerful along with
specific examples of how it’s transformed people from
all walks of life, from a woman in a miserable marriage
to a veteran suffering from PTSD. Contact Cathleen
Lamberton at (802) 613-0678; clamberton@rtirguests.com

13. ==> Interview the Master of Self-Healing

Physical and emotional problems are showing up more and
more in the lives of everyone and we are being flooded
with advertising that promises help. People are
frustrated and confused to say the least. Ed Kuiper, an
author, speaker and teacher, will show your listeners
how to self-heal themselves naturally… on the air!
Results will be immediate for most, and give your
station great visibility as your audience tells
everyone what happened to them. An officer of two
major life insurance companies and founder and CEO of
several national companies, Ed spent over 40 years in
the business world before becoming a ‘Master of Self-
Healing.’ Contact him at (207) 248-8795;

14. ==> Lose Weight by Eating More Pizza & Chocolate

Mouth-watering pizza. Rich chocolate. Both top the list
of foods many people can’t stop eating until they’ve
consumed the entire pie or box of candy. But live on-
air, Sora Vernikoff can teach your audience her simple
Green Technique that will allow them to eat all the
pizza and chocolate they want and still lose weight.
Turning conventional wisdom on its ear, she’ll explain
why thinking about food makes you fat—not eating it—and
bad-for-you foods are a myth. Sora, a former elementary
school teacher who lost 25 pounds and has kept them off
for decades, has helped hundreds of people discover the
secret for knowing when to stop eating. She is the
author of the Amazon bestseller “Eat Want You Want!
Stop When You Want!: A No-Diet, Weight-Loss Program.”
This experienced talk show guest spent more than a
decade teaching her program while working under the
auspices of a leading New York City endocrinologist.
She has also taught the program at the Learning Annex
and lectured at Lennox Hill Hospital. Contact her at

15. ==> How Shaming Addicts Keeps Them Hooked

As opioid addiction has reached epidemic proportions,
society stigmatizes addicts. According to Dr. Isaac
Alexis, this is just making the crisis worse. “It’s not
just about treating the addict,” he says. “It’s about
treating their environments and families. We have to
work with society as a whole to address the issue. We
don’t shame people who have diabetes or cancer. But
because of the stigma associated with opioid addition,
addicts are reluctant to come forward to seek
treatment. We have to treat the addict as a human
being.” Dr. Isaac completed an internship in trauma
surgery at Cornell University at New York Hospital of
Queens. He served as medical director at the Department
of Justice as well as director of infection control and
chair of the quality improvement medical committee. He
is the author of the book “Life and Death behind the
Brick and Razor-Code Red Diamond” and the upcoming “The
Seductive Pink Crystal”. Contact Isaac at

16. ==> Best-Kept Secrets of Successful Teenagers

Teenagers are often known for being moody or silly, and
seemingly lost among the worry and angst of their
“almost an adult” years. But what about those teens who
are happy, hopeful, well-adjusted, and making confident
progress academically and in their everyday lives? What
do they know that could help ALL young people? Explore
this with acclaimed author Paul Bernabei, whose many
books of the Top 20 series include “TOP 20 Teens.”
He’ll reveal how today’s most successful teens think
smarter and foster positive beliefs while learning from
their mistakes. Bernabei will also talk about social-
emotional learning and how this benefits students in
personal and school life. Appreciative audiences (teens
themselves and their mentors/parents/teachers) will
also hear about must-know lifelong secrets for “people-
smart” communication, conflict resolution,
demonstrating kindness, specializing in effective
responses and much more. Contact Bernabei at (651)

17. ==> Everything You Were Too Terrified to Ask about
Ghosts

Dr. Susan Shumsky is a ghost whisperer who can tell you
everything you ever wanted to know about ghosts—but
were too terrified to ask. For example, what really
happens to souls after death? Is it possible to
communicate with the dead; how so? Why are some homes,
cars, offices and other places haunted? What are the 11
types of people most susceptible to possession? What
are the 15 reasons why people become ghosts? Dr.
Shumsky is no fly-by-night author. She has 16 books in
print and has been published by Simon & Schuster. Open
your phone lines for listeners with haunted houses, and
Dr. Shumsky will send the ghosts packing! Contact her

18. ==> What’s in a Name? Your Fate in Life!

Sticks and stones may break our bones, but our names
can make or break our success in life. According to
name colorology expert B. P. Greycastle, the letters of
our names represent specific colors, which relate to
certain glands such as the pancreas, and energy centers
known as chakras. “I can illustrate with a vast array
of lists, facts and figures that the most famous and
successful people in practically every field owe their
success to their names,” he says. B.P. can illustrate
this on air, with astonishing accuracy. A Vietnam
veteran who studied fashion under the G.I. Bill, he
worked in the fabric and fashion industries for many
years, where he discovered the dramatic impact colors
have on people’s lives. He is the author of “Your Name
and Colors: Key to Your Beauty, Career, Personality,
Romance and Success”. Contact B.P. Greycastle at

19. ==> Life-Saving Mindset Changes

Societal problems like depression, suicide, domestic
violence and community unrest are on the rise. If we
want to prevail we have to change – and the first step
is developing a mindset that makes it possible. That’s
the message of Reverend Arthur Mackey, a prolific
author, focused researcher, respected pastor and
sought-after media guest. Invite him to discuss
everything from family and workplace influences to
health/social services, faith-based resources and
education programs you’ll want to know. Ask him: Does
healing depression always require meds? What’s the role
of prayer in our well-being? Why is it never too late
to change one’s surroundings, relationships and ideals?
What first steps should you take? How will life get
better, personally and professionally? Reverend Arthur
Mackey is the author of “Overcoming the Spirit of
Depression.” Contact him at (516) 939-5679;

20. ==> This Scientist Says He Can Prove That God
Exists

While science and religion have long been considered
mutually exclusive, David L. Peters credits both for
the good fortune in his life. At 84, he has achieved
great prominence in his career as an engineer, holds 18
patents, raised seven great kids and has enjoyed a
loving marriage of 57 years. In addition, he has just
become a first-time author of a well-received book that
reveals the secrets to success and happiness. “My faith
comes through science, as I firmly believe that quantum
physics has proven the existence of a power or force
beyond all,” he says. David has accomplished this by
applying the 12 Steps of Alcoholic Anonymous to his
daily life, which he says can help anyone, even if they
never touched liquor or drugs. He can share simple but
powerful ways how others can, too. David L. Peters is
the author of “The 12 Steps to Joy and Happiness:
Finding the Kingdom of God that Lies Within”. Contact

1. ==> Cohen Can’t Be Taken Seriously Because He’s a Joke

According to Eddie Scarry, there’s no reason why
Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony should carry
any weight. “He most recently embarrassed himself in a
nationally televised interview by insisting over and
over again that he was ‘taking responsibility’ for his crimes.
Cohen is ‘taking responsibility’ by going to prison the same way a
deadbeat drunk is ‘taking responsibility’
for being unemployed. When you’re fired from your job,
‘taking responsibility’ is your only option.” He says,
“In March of last year, Cohen referred to himself as
Trump’s “Ray Donovan,” a TV character who made the problems of celebrities go away.
If that was Cohen’s paid responsibility for Trump as a
fixer, the president should ask for a full refund.”
Scarry adds, “No one took
him seriously before, and they shouldn’t take him
seriously now.” Eddie Scarry is a commentary writer for
the Washington Examiner, focusing on politics and
culture. He is also the author of
“Fraud and Fiction: The Real Truth Behind Fire and
Fury.” Contact him at scarrye@gmail.com or @eScarry

2. ==> GOP Offers Zero in Response to Cohen Allegations

Paul Waldman says it was clear from the first moments
of the Michael Cohen hearing that Republicans had a
strategy: not to contest what Cohen said, but to try
and discredit Cohen as a person.
“If Republicans tried to press Cohen on the specifics
of what he alleges about Trump, they would very quickly
find themselves in an area where the president is
acting like a guilty man, as
are so many others around him.” He adds, “So pay close
attention to what the president himself and his
advocates will say about this hearing in the coming
days. They aren’t going to say much
about what Cohen actually said or the documents he
presented. They’ll just say he’s a liar and we should
all ignore him. That message will be repeated over and
over on Fox News and
conservative talk radio. And a good portion of the
country will believe it.” Paul Waldman is an opinion
writer for the Plum Line blog at the Washington Post.

3. ==> How GOP Used a Black Woman as a Prop

One moment in yesterday’s hearings stood out in
particular for Sophia Nelson: when GOP Congressman Mark
Meadows brought in Lynne Patton, a non-committee
staffer and former party planner for
the Trump Organization who now oversees public housing
in New York and New Jersey for the Department of
Housing and Urban Development. Nelson says, “Meadows
should be more than embarrassed;
he should be ashamed of himself. To bring in a black
woman to point to as a silent ‘prop’ to supposedly show
that President Donald Trump couldn’t be racist is about
as low as I have seen the
GOP sink. And I have seen them sink pretty damned low
in the over 25 years I have been a member of, and
staffer to the Republican Party.” Sophia Nelson is a
former Congressional Committee
Investigative counsel and corporate lobbyist. A
journalist and author, she is a well-known radio and TV
personality. Contact Monica Wood at monica@mwprinc.com

4. ==> The History of America’s ‘Separate but Equal’
Policy

Plessy v. Ferguson is synonymous with Jim Crow laws and
the unjust doctrine of “separate but equal.” But few
Americans know more than a superficial understanding of
its origins and outcome.
Invite Washington Post editor and historian Steve
Luxenberg to discuss the decision and its long-term
impact on race relations in America. He’ll explain how
the U.S. Supreme Court decision
ushered in a legal separation in America by race and
color — for more than 60 years. Separate railroad cars
and separate schools became separate bathrooms and
separate water fountains.
Separate entrances to public buildings. Separate places
to shop and eat a meal. Mostly in the South, but also
in the North. Luxenberg’s new book is “Separate: The
Story of Plessy V. Ferguson,
and America’s Journey from Slavery to Segregation.”

5. ==> How to Get $20K More When You Sell Your Home

Countless people in your audience have a house, condo,
cabin or other home site on the market. Help them get
ahead of the competition and land the best offer by
inviting Marlena Uhrik to
explain how a small investment in proper home staging
can sell your property faster, and for more money.
You’ll learn why a wall-to-wall empty home, even with
outstanding curb appeal, can
lose the attention of prospective buyers and how to
stage a property with the least investment and the
biggest WOW factors. She says, “A $10 lamp could get
you $20K more for your property and
well-placed furniture will literally help people
envision themselves and their own possessions at home
there.” Using clever accessories and lighting tips,
Marlena says you can create an
inviting feeling and showcase the roominess of any
space. Marlena Uhrik is the author of “The Secret Sauce

6. ==> National Procrastination Week – Is
Procrastination an Asset?

The first week of March is National Procrastination
Week, though not surprisingly it’s sometimes held the
week after! Regardless, you shouldn’t put off booking
Mariann Adams. She’ll tell
listeners why even though procrastination feels like a
character flaw, it’s an asset! “Procrastination isn’t a
defect; it actually means the brain and body are
working right,” says Adams.
“Procrastination is a form of anxiety that shuts down
the brain as a protection. So procrastination isn’t
overcome by willpower, but by understanding how the
brain and body work!” Adams says
everyone is affected by daily anxiety that drives their
behavior. She’ll explain how to read the ‘road signs’,
and share quick ways to navigate past anxiety. Mariann
Adams, MS, NCTM, is an
experienced media guest, corporate consultant, and the
author of “Boost Core Power and Bust Anxiety”. She is
an expert on presenting the psychological,
physiological, neurological, and
interpersonal aspects of anxiety in playful, easy-to-
understand way–for instant, increased brain power!

8. ==> Buzz Kill Alert: March is Caffeine Awareness
Month

Does the Starbucks barista know your name? Has it
become unthinkable to begin your day without a cup or
two of Joe? Do you often get a buzz from sports or
energy drinks? If so, Caffeine
Awareness Month in March is your holiday. As wellness
educator Adita Yrizarry-Lang will note, more than half
of American adults consume caffeine every day, with
coffee being the most popular
choice. Adita can talk about what all that caffeine may
be doing to your body, what you can do if you are
addicted to it and ways caffeine can lead you to
experience less energy. Adita is a
30-year wellness educator who has been quoted in Shape
and Fitness. She is the author of “SuperPowers.”

9. ==> Smart Tip: Use Life Insurance to Pay Health
Bills

With the state of health care today many people live in
fear that a life-threatening illness could wipe out
their savings, creating a financial maelstrom from
which their family would never
recover. Did you know that if you qualify, you could
receive up to 75% of your death benefits in cash? David
Kottler, also known as the Insurance Doctor ™, will
explain how selling off that
life insurance policy you or your loved one doesn’t
need anymore can generate the cash to pay medical
bills, get out of debt or even make a cash gift to the
non-profit of their choice! How is
this possible? Most people don’t know the little-known
secret that when you don’t need your policy any longer
you can auction it off! Find out how! David combines
his legal and business
experience with a passion for philanthropy. His book
“The Best Kept Money Secret in Your Insurance Policy”
details everything your audience needs to know about
how to get that insurance
policy working for them! Contact David at (216)

10. ==> Why Do Hospital Accidental Deaths Receive No
Review?

Dr. Ira Williams often calls himself the “Don Quixote”
of Health Care Reform. At 85 years young he has been
hounding the five Federal Agencies created to solve the
health care crisis in this
country for decades. With over 130 years collectively
between those agencies our health care system is still
a mess AND medical errors leading to deaths in
hospitals continues to rise. As
the oldest medical malpractice expert witness in the
country he knows what he’s talking about. He has
developed a system to empower local grassroots
activists in each state to radically
change our health care delivery system. “Everyone is
focusing on how to PAY for health care… when the
DELIVERY system is what’s really broken!” Dr. Williams
will tell you why each state is
responsible for our nation’s healthcare delivery
system, what the 3-phase process is that we need to
implement to create a 21st century healthcare delivery
system and how to organize state
wide grassroots activists that will challenge the
current system and WIN! Dr. Ira Williams is an author,
an experienced surgeon, medical malpractice expert
witness, and an expert in how to
improve our healthcare delivery system. His latest book
is “Healthcare Warriors, Why and How to Become One.”

11. ==> Finally — A Viable Solution to the Opioid
Epidemic

Today’s opioid epidemic is eroding the core of society,
in terms of cost and human suffering. Almost everyone
knows someone affected by the opioid problem, as 87% of
people on opioids have
chronic pain. The answers have been revealed in the
last 10 years of neuroscience research, but little of
this knowledge has been adopted by mainstream medicine.
That’s the message of Dr.
David Hanscom, author of “Back in Control: A Surgeon’s
Roadmap Out of Chronic Pain”. This expert presents a
self-directed, literature-based plan for becoming pain-
free. It’s the solution to
the opioid crisis! As your on-air guest, Dr. Hanscom
will talk about his discoveries and reveal why he says:
“What most doctors don’t know can and will harm you.”
Dr. Hanscom will also
explore what makes most treatments for pain
ineffective. Ask him about the reason today’s opioid
crisis affects all ages, all families, all businesses,
and our economy. Contact him at
dnhanscom@gmail.com

12. ==> The Reason Gillette’s #MeToo Ad Infuriates Men

When the Gillette Razor ad that invokes the #MeToo
movement first aired, its focus on bullying and toxic
masculinity created a huge controversy and angered a
lot of men, particularly older
ones. “Society has changed a lot in the last few
decades,” says Curt Lindsley, founder of the nonprofit
domestic violence awareness organization Go Purple USA.
“A lot of baby boomers grew up
in a sexist culture. Women are taking over jobs
traditionally held by males. Some, no doubt, were up in
arms about the ad because the macho, insensitive guy
stereotyped may have hit a little
too close to home.” This is just one of the many
factors that contributes to domestic violence. Curt can
share how community groups, nonprofits and society
overall can get involved to stop
this epidemic. In addition to his work with Go Purple
USA, sponsor of Go Purple Awareness Day (Oct. 1), he is
also the co-founder of the Covington Domestic Violence
Task Force. Contact Curt

13. ==> Been-there Expert Helps Audiences Heal after
Trauma

Tens of thousands of people are now dealing with the
aftermath of deadly weather, destructive fires, mass
shootings. fatal accidents and losing loved ones. Even
those of us not personally
endangered by such horrors or violence feel rattled
when hearing how others have suffered. Interview
natural health/wellness expert and chiropractor Lynn
Migdal, D.C., on finding inner
strength as we recover or volunteer to help others. Ask
Dr. Migdal to explain how proper breathing can help one
get past trauma. She’ll also share her personal story
of loss after a killer
mudslide struck her community, and how PTSD can happen
in daily life. Her books include “Eternal Love
Connections: A Mother’s Resilient Grief Journey through
Sudden Loss” and “Breathe for
Success.” Contact Dr. Migdal at drlynnmigdal@gmail.com

14. ==> Dr. Love – 25 Ways to Develop a Loving Attitude

Let’s be honest, focusing on love for one day in
February doesn’t really make sense. To really become
more loving, more centered and more spiritually awake
it’s going to take more than that.
It’s going to take a love action plan! Michael McGee,
M.D., will share with your audience his 25 ‘love
practices’. “Love is one of the most confused and
misused words in the English language.
Love is not a feeling. Love is an attitude that
inspires to action to enhance life!” Dr. Michael McGee
trained at Stanford and Harvard Medical Schools. He is

16. ==> What He (and She) Hears when You Talk to Them

Today more than ever it is harder to be heard even in
our most intimate relationships. Couples are more
easily distracted by electronic devices, of course, but
also because too often they
rush to judgment instead of actually listening to each
other. As a result, couples are paying the price with
broken relationships, constant disappointments and
arguments that never seem to be
resolved, often about the smallest of things, says
Denise Healy, M.A. Invite her on your show and hear
how to put aside judgment, criticism and blame to truly
hear what another person is
saying, the big problem men have with communication and
how to fix it, and tips for choosing the right time to

17. ==> Students Should Be Able to Rate Their Teachers!

Students in college get to evaluate their teachers…
so why hasn’t this become the norm in high schools and
even grade schools, whether in private school settings,
cyber/charter schools, or
public school systems? Learn more when you interview
education expert Barb Daniels, author of the Timmy
Teacup series of books on self-esteem and anti-
bullying. She’ll explain how schools can
establish rate-teacher systems that go beyond complaint
forums to create real change that benefits everyone and
enhances education. Barb says the rewards include fewer
bullying issues, less
anger and frustration among teachers, and improved
student/faculty relationships as well as higher
motivation among student athletes, higher grades, and
more mature youngsters and teens ready
to work effectively with their educators. Barb’s rating
system advice is designed to help faculty feel more
fulfilled and serve the entire school community because
the most important “clients” (students) are the
watchdogs. Contact Barb Daniels at (636) 730-3288;

18. ==> Do a Show on Super Grandparenting

Grandparents play an important role in preparing
younger generations for a happier and more successful
life. But sometimes ‘super’ grandparenting is required,
as Dr. Oliver Akamnonu and his wife discovered. They
left their high-powered careers and significantly
changed their lives to help their daughter Nena
throughout her pregnancy (while in medical school!) and
once baby Lydia arrived. Interview the Akamnonus to
learn how super grandparents help improve: an extended
family’s health, education, income, relationships and
society. The Akamnonus co-authored “Little
Baby Lydia, Grandma, Grandpa and Student Mom: Saga of
Family Role Reversal and the New Times.” Invite them on
your show and learn 5 things super grandparents always
do, why financial support and childcare are only part
of the equation, how family members can smoothly adjust
lifestyle for their loved ones, and why 2019 is such an
important year for grandparents everywhere. Contact
Dr. Akamnonu at (413) 693-8428; ooakams@yahoo.com

19. ==> From Hippies to #MeToo — What You Never Knew

People everywhere experience times of personal
challenge, relationship issues with loved ones, and
powerful social change. And they could all use advice
and been-there insights from someone who understands.
Audiences will therefore thank you for interviewing
psychologist Pratibha Eastwood, whose real-life journey
both personal and professional includes decades of
cultural upheaval and several wars. Learn from Pratibha
what it was like to be a fearful child sent to boarding
schools at a very young age — during some of the worst
of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. What do few
Americans know about such Middle Eastern crises? Ask
Pratibha (and invite callers) to explore: what led her
to experiment with drugs, live in a commune, and become
a real “hippie?” How could she finally forgive her
neglectful parents? What are her opinions about the
#MeToo Movement? And how did Pratibha’s adventurous
side help her spiritual journey of turning lemon into
lemonade? How did she experiment with love as a
successful survival technique, while traveling to
unknown far-away places? Contact Pratibha
at (808) 398-3318 (HI);

1. ==> Kraft and Kelly: Powerful Men & Poor Women

According to Roxanne Jones, while Robert Kraft and R.
Kelly’s current legal predicaments are not the same,
their stories have something in common: the systematic
exploitation of young girls and women who often are
poor, vulnerable, ignored and silenced. Jones says both
cases paint a disturbing picture of just how easily
justice is denied to certain women in America, and how
invisible these women remain — often in their own
communities — despite all the high-profile marches and
equality movements. She says, “Time will tell what type
of justice these three privileged men face. Still, it
is progress that they are even being held accountable
for sex crimes against women that are too often
ignored.” Jones is CEO of PUSH Marketing Group and a
CNN contributor. She’s co-author of “Say it Loud: An
Illustrated History of the Black Athlete” and talks
politics, sports and culture weekly on Philadelphia’s
WURD radio. Contact her at @iamroxannejones

2. ==> Little-Known Espionage Story Behind Founding of
Israel

For a fascinating historical show, invite journalist,
author, and New York Times op-ed contributor Matti
Friedman to share the little-known, real-life espionage
story behind the founding of Israel and the forging of
Israeli identity. In his latest book, “Spies of No
Country: Secret Lives at the Birth of Israel”, Friedman
chronicles the exploits of a ragtag unit of Arabic-
Jewish spies, assembled by the British during World War
II, who went undercover in the battle for Israeli
statehood. A longtime resident of Jerusalem himself,
Friedman sets out to reframe the story of Israel as a
Middle Eastern one, freed from Europe-centric
clichés—to tell a new story about the state’s creation
that reflects a more complicated story than the one
Israel tells itself and the world. Contact Johanna
Ramos Boyer at (703) 646-5137; (703) 400-1099 (cell);
johanna@jrbcomm.com or Erin Bolden at (703) 646-5188.

3. ==> The Fascinating Future of Space Exploration

What’s the future of space exploration? Invite NASA
expert and space historian Rod Pyle to share an inside
look at the next few decades of spaceflight and long-
term plans for exploration, utilization, and
settlement. He’ll talk about the privatization of space
exploration with entrepreneurial start-ups building
huge rocket boosters, satellites, rocket engines,
asteroid probes, prospecting craft, and even commercial
lunar cargo landers to open this new frontier. Pyle’s
new book, “Space 2.0”, examines the new partnerships
that are revolutionizing spaceflight and changing the
way we reach for the stars. Rod Pyle appears on
national radio and TV and hosts the podcast “Cool Space
News” on iHeart Radio. He has written more than a dozen
books and produced numerous documentaries for the
History Channel and Discovery Communications including
the acclaimed Modern Marvels: Apollo 11. Contact him at
(626) 399-4440; rodpyle@yahoo.com or Skype: rodpyle106

4. ==> What’s Behind the Beatles’ Staying Power?

Ringo and Paul are still touring and Paul has had 38
million hits and counting on “Carpool Karaoke.” What is
perhaps even more remarkable is the band’s “White
Album” made it into the Billboard Top 10 50 years after
its release! This timeless group remains a favorite of
everyone from baby boomers to millennials. All of this
is not news to Susan Shumsky, who regularly regales
Beatles fans with fascinating facts about the Fab
Four’s “White Album” and their lives in the 1960s. When
you interview Susan you’ll learn what Paul said about
seeing God when he took the psychedelic drug DMT and
about the hidden meanings behind “Let it Be,” “Mother
Nature’s Son,” “Cosmically Conscious,” “Blackbird,”
“Get Back,” “Why Don’t We Do it in the Road,” “Back in
the USSR,” “Fool on the Hill,” and “The Long and
Winding Road.” Also, ways Ringo’s new book is connected
to the Beatles time in India. Susan spent 22 years
living in the ashrams of the Beatles’ guru. She is the
award-winning author of 15 books including “Maharishi &
Me: Seeking Enlightenment with the Beatles’ Guru.” She
has done over 1,000 media appearances. Contact her at

5. ==> The Rare Disease Sidelining Peter Frampton

Legendary guitarist Peter Frampton says his upcoming
tour will be his last because he is suffering from a
rare degenerative muscular disease called Myositis. Pop
singer/songwriter Lisa Sniderman (Aoede) has spent the
past 10 years battling a form of the same debilitating
chronic disease, which has no cure. Invite the author
of “A Light in the Darkness: Transcending Chronic
Illness through the Power of Art and Attitude,” to
discuss what myositis is and how it affects the body.
She’ll also discuss how art and creativity became more
than therapeutic, and became a lifeline and path to
healing. An inspirational artist and guest, Lisa can
talk about her latest multi-media project collaborating
with 50+ artists, musicians, and authors who also use
their own unique creativity to heal. Lisa’s been
honored with more than 50 awards and has been
considered multiple times for a GRAMMY. Contact her at
(415) 713-6193; aoede_muse@yahoo.com

6. ==> Robots Are Coming!

7. ==> How to Make Passive Income So You Can Retire

Ever wish you could have money coming in month after
month without doing any work? Your listeners already
know that investing in real estate is a proven way for
ordinary people to achieve financial freedom. But what
they don’t know is how to sort through all the “get-
rich-quick” hype and simply get started. That’s why
you’ll enjoy interviewing Doug Marshall, author of
“Mastering the Art of Commercial Real Estate
Investing.” Doug will reveal the number one problem
most new investors have getting started. He’ll share
the five questions every new investor should answer
before buying their first rental property, and will
reveal five mistakes to avoid when buying rental
properties. Ask him what he learned from his “loser
property”. Contact Doug Marshall at (508) 614-1808;

8. ==> Is Daylight Savings Time Bad for Your Health?

When we “spring forward” on March 10, many will
complain about losing just one hour of sleep. Is one
hour of sleep a big deal?
Dr. Saundra’s advice and expertise
has been featured in Woman’s Day and Prevention
magazines. Contact her at (256-) 40-0564;
Sdalton@rtirguests.com

9. ==> Winter’s Season of Pain is Here — What to Do

Millions of people frown at colder temperatures,
shorter daylight, and challenging commitments faced
during these winter months. What can you do about
chronic pains that flair-up when digging out of the
snow, hitting the slopes or getting weary at work? What
if conditions like depression, chronic fatigue and
fibromyalgia worsen? International wellness expert Leah
McCullough calls this “The Winter Season of Pain” but
her lifestyle advice offers hope and help! Interview
Leah to learn how to find relief and thwart seasonal
aches/pains with simple changes in diet, sleep,
exercise, and attitude. Leah, aka The Fibro Lady, will

10. ==> Shocking Health Truths from America’s Top MDs

An 18-year-old dies of fatty liver disease while a 55-
year-old woman’s stage 4 cancer disappears. How are
both possible? Health is the most confusing and
controversial topic today with crazy diets from vegan
to keto and everything in between. Over 100 million
Americans are very sick – and Reena Jadhav used to be
one of them! Reena refused to accept that her 28
symptoms could only be managed, and not cured, so she
applied insights from her successful tech startup
experience, her Harvard MBA and leading integrative
M.D.s and reversed every symptom in 18 months! Reena is
now on a mission to share how she healed and reveal the
shocking truths she learned interviewing some of
America’s top MDs on her podcast HealthierPodcast.com.

Katherine Webster to share with you why winter is THE
absolute best time to reinvent your life. She’ll share
her humorous but highly effective challenge for
reinventing your life in the next seven days. Step 1:
Get a brand new hairstyle. Why? To paraphrase Coco
Chanel, the person, who changes their hair is about to
change their life. Webster knows what’s she’s talking
about. Suddenly widowed in her late 40’s she had to
take specific actions to find her joy, confidence and
completely reinvent her life. She’ll reveal something
new you can do every day to turbocharge your
reinvention i.e. go out on the town all by yourself or
start a new hobby that shocks your friends. Her tips
are simple, fun and they work! Webster is the author of
“Becoming Madam Widow” and her tips can help any man,

13. ==> This M.D. Has a Three-Pronged Cure for Opioid
Addiction

As opioid addiction has reached epidemic proportions,
most treatment programs focus merely on treating the
symptoms. But Dr. Steven M. Hall claims they are
getting it all wrong. “The magnitude of the problem is
mind-boggling, and most recovery programs don’t address
how this started in the first place,” he says. Thus, he
has devised a three-pronged treatment program with
which he has helped dozens of patients in his private
practice overcome addiction that addresses the physical
and emotional causes of addiction. “It’s true that
people’s emotions are as important as their physical
feelings,” he says. “I teach people how to be healthy
with their feelings.” Dr. Steven received his medical
degree from University of Utah School of Medicine and
has been practicing family medicine since 1985. He is
the author of “The 7 Tools of Healing: Unlock Your
Inner Wisdom and Live the Life Your Soul Desires.”
Contact him at (425) 531-3684.

14. ==> This Organizing is Beyond Live-Changing, It’s
Life-Saving

The art of organizing is hot right now, but there’s one
area where organization can make a huge difference, and
quite possibly save your life; organizing your health
history, from medical conditions, surgeries, childhood
health history, immunizations, allergies, dental
procedures, doctor/E.R. visits, and more. Invite
RN/APRN (nurse practitioner) and author Anne McAwley-
LeDuc to discuss strategies for the best health
journey. Ask her to explore on-air: How can organizing
your health history be easier than keeping receipts,
recipes or mail? Why should you start recording health
info about your child before birth? What often happens
to health records when you move, change doctors or
travel frequently? Anne McAwley-LeDuc is the author of
the critically-acclaimed workbook “Personal Health
Organizer: Record Your Medical and Dental History,
Birth Through Life”. Contact her at (860) 642-1786;

Discuss the
topic with René and Gloria Vallières, a couple married
nearly 50 years and the authors of the new book
“Radical Sex: God’s Foundation for a Healthy Marriage.”
René was a pastor in The Christian and Missionary
Alliance and a teaching elder at Evangelical
Fellowships in New York and Utah. Teaching adult
classes on relationships for 35 years, Gloria has a
prayer ministry and is a freelance writer. Contact René
and Gloria at (801) 783-0928;

16. ==> Why Donald’s Trump Third Marriage Will End,
Bigly!

Thrice-married Donald Trump has already experienced two
high profile, nasty divorces and Pastor and Christian
marriage counselor Rev. George Sukhdeo believes his
marriage to Melania is also doomed. “Trump’s marriage
is not going to end well; his wife will leave him,”
Rev. George says. “He doesn’t have a concept of
marriage. He doesn’t treat women with respect and
esteem them for who they are.” Rev. George should know.
He’s been married to his wife, Shirley, for 46 years
and counseled more than 500 troubled couples, with an
85 percent success rate. Rev. George is an ordained
minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. He
has 34 years of experience in Christian ministries as a
pastor, Christian counselor and life coach. He is the
author of “Preparing for and Fostering Harmony in
Marriage”. Contact him at GSukhdeo@rtirguests.com;

18. ==> Should Parents Treat Kids like Employees?

Are you tired of your kids not listening to you? Do you
wish your kids would do more around the house? Are you
sick of the arguing, whining and begging? Do you just
want to like your kids more? “Yes, it’s possible!” says
Sara Sherman, long-time single mom and parenting
expert. “Guess what? At home you’re the boss!” In a
world where many are saying “Leave work at the office!”
Sara says it’s okay to bring some of it home –
especially in the area of discipline. Invite her on
your show and hear how she developed the ‘7 P’s of
Positive Parenting’ by taking cues from the way a good
boss trains and supports an employee. Sara Sherman, BA,
MS, is a speaker, author, blogger, coach and creator of
the Create Cooperative Kids program. As a single parent
for most of her adult life, Sara successfully raised
her children and earned two degrees all while working
full-time. Contact her at (614) 756-0571;

19. ==> How Learning to Cook Again Can Help Heal Brain
Injury

Before she suffered two concussions on the same day,
Susana Stoica, Ph.D., was an excellent cook. But, like
many other people with brain trauma, as she started
recovering from her injuries, Susana found she could no
longer follow a recipe, even ones she had made for
years, taste what she was cooking, or even shop for
food the way she had before. She says, “I couldn’t
follow a recipe or remember my old recipes. If I
started to cook the simplest dish and somebody would
talk to me, I would end up over-salting, skipping steps
or forgetting the pot on the burner. I nearly burnt
down the house twice because I forgot I was cooking and
I went out shopping.” In her effort to find workarounds
for ‘normal activities,’ she ended up devising her own
new way of cooking. Her series of “Cooking after Brain
Injury” books contain recipes of increasing complexity
accompanied by colorful illustrations. The founder of
Healing Alternatives, LLC, Susana Stoica is a healer,
engineer, inventor, and speaker. In July 2018, she gave
a workshop on brain injury recovery at Harvard Medical
School. Contact her at (248) 895-5784;

20. ==> You’ve Been Diagnosed with Cancer, Now What?

Many of your listeners have been affected by or know
someone who has been affected by cancer. Often the
diagnosis brings fear and panic, and pressure to make
decisions and act NOW. Dr. Leyla Ali has seen too many
people jump into quick decisions without understanding
the big picture. Invite her on your show to share
helpful strategies for understanding and making the
best decisions regarding your treatment options. Dr.
Leyla will discuss common cancer treatment options as
well as the importance of nutrition, digestion and
detoxification. Your audience will learn how emotional
health affects the physical body and ways to harness
the power of the mind to help heal. Dr. Leyla Ali is a
pharmacist and the author of the upcoming “So You’ve
Been Diagnosed with Cancer and Now You’re in a Panic
Handbook” and “Off Balance, The American Way of Health,
A Pharmacist’s Perspective on Why Drugs Don’t Work”.

1. ==> Film Critic & Oscars Expert Richard Roeper

Invite film critic Richard Roeper to talk about this
year’s nods, the surprises and snubs, and his picks to
take home a golden statue on Sunday. For more than
three decades, Roeper has been the leading film critic
and a columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times. He rose to
national prominence as the co-host of the popular
series “Ebert and Roeper” alongside Roger Ebert. Roeper
stars in HDNET Movie’s 3rd annual “And The Oscar® Goes
To…” where he guides viewers on a cinematic odyssey
that puts the spotlight on a slate of over 50 Oscar®-
winning films. The marathon runs through the end of
this week, ending Sunday, Oscar Night. Contact Johanna

2. ==> Quick, Easy Tips for an Over-the-Top Oscar Party

Lynne Goldberg says an Oscar party is the perfect time
to go big, go glamorous and go over the top! But how
can you put something together in time for Sunday’s
show? Invite this veteran event planner to share
award-winning tips on music, props, food, drink… even
how to set the scene for the all-important social media
opps. “Decorate in gold and have a red carpet at your
entrance and a backdrop with your name and Oscar Party
2019 for photos. Or buy cardboard cut-outs of your
favorite celebrities and place them around your home,
including the bathroom, and encourage guests to take
selfies with a personal hashtag you design.” Most
important though, Goldberg says, is to have a good
time, because if you’re enjoying yourself, your guests
will too. Lynne Goldberg is the president of Boca
Entertainment, a full service event planning company
that specializes in theme entertainment. She’s appeared
on reality TV and her work and commentary has been
featured in the New York Times, Washington Post,
Huffington Post and Wall Street Journal. Contact her at

3. ==> For Monday’s Show: Oscar Speeches – Winners &
Losers

With no host and no opening monologue, Sunday’s Academy
Awards are expected to be a departure from the past.
What won’t change are the acceptance speeches the stars
will make that will be watched by more than 30 million
people. Some actors will drone on and be played off,
but a few will mesmerize. Communication expert Paul
Hellman will share whose acceptance speech succeeded
and why. He’ll reveal three things everyone needs to
hold anyone’s attention—even stars’—in an age when our
attention span is just eight seconds. Hellman can also
share memorable anecdotes from past Oscar nights
including who gave the shortest acceptance speech; he
consults and speaks internationally on how to excel in
high-stakes communications. His columns and advice
have appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street
Journal, CNBC.com and on public radio’s Marketplace and
CNN’s Business Unusual. He is the author of “You’ve Got
8 Seconds: Communication Secrets for a Distracted
World” (AMACOM). Contact him at (508) 879-0934;

4. == > A Wall, a Sieve, or a Funnel?

There’s a lot of debate about whether a border wall
will work. Detractors cite the volume of drugs coming
in through ports of entry and the potential for
tunnels. A wall, they say, will leak like a sieve. But
Dr. Robin Burk looks at how the military funnels
potential attackers to checkpoints. She says recent
tech advances when combined with a physical barrier can
go a long way to establishing order on our southern
border. Dr. Burk holds a Ph.D. in AI/machine learning,
taught at West Point after 9/11, and is an expert in
how complex tech-based systems are changing our world.

5. ==> Why We’re Still Fascinated by Ted Bundy

A Netflix documentary series and feature film timed to
the 30th anniversary of the execution of Ted Bundy has
renewed interest in one of the most notorious serial
killers in modern day American history. Nicole Kelly,
M.D., calls Bundy a ‘Charming Cheater’ psychopath.
“Sociopaths and psychopaths are known for their
charisma and superficial charm while they manipulate
and control others for their own personal satisfaction.
People are duped by sociopaths and psychopaths not
because they’re stupid, but because they want to
believe.” With at least 1 in 25 people falling on the
sociopath spectrum, Dr. Kelly says it’s important to
learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones from
these pathological predators. Kelly, a board-certified
physician, was herself duped by a sociopath. She’s the
author of “Charming Cheaters: Protect Yourself from the
Sociopaths, Psychopaths, and Sexopaths in Your Life.

6. ==> Snowed In? Generate Your Own Heat: Natural
Libido Boosters

It’s been a long, cold snowy winter, so you might think
people would be generating some heat in their bedrooms,
if only to keep warm! But experts estimate half of
Americans aren’t having sex, and the reasons—and
remedies—will surprise you. Did you know that 50% of
your audience report being too tired to have sex and
49% say they’re too sick? “Many things affect our
libidos,” says Dr. Mylaine Riobe, “from toxins in our
environments to nutrition to hormonal or physical
issues. But you CAN increase your sex drive and reap
the benefit of less stress too!” Dr. Riobe will share
simple and easy ways to naturally increase your sex
drive no matter what the problem. Mylaine Riobe, MD has
a multi-faceted unique approach to medicine combining
Traditional Chinese Medicine with conventional
medicine. She is the author of “The Tao of Integrative
Medicine” and the host of the podcast Awakened Wellness

7. ==> How African American Doctors Have Changed the
World

February is Black History Month, a good time to
appreciate the many contributions African American
physicians have made to medicine. For example, were you
aware that blood transfusions would not have been
possible without the pioneering work of surgeon Charles
Drew? Or that an African American ophthalmologist,
Patricia Bath, played an important role in popularizing
laser surgery for cataracts? Or that Ben Carson was the
first neurosurgeon to separate twins conjoined at the
back of the head? Find out what no one ever told you
about influential black physicians by interviewing
Cornelia Davis, M.D., who helped eradicate smallpox in
India and was one of the first black women admitted to
the University of California, San Francisco, School of
Medicine, in the late 1960s. Dr. Davis is the author of
two books: “Searching for Sitala Mata: Eradicating
Smallpox in India” and the upcoming “Three Years in
Ethiopia: How a Civil War and Epidemics Led Me to my
Daughter.” Contact her at (323) 522-5374;

8. ==> Why You Should Vote for Women in 2020

Donald
Pet, a psychiatrist, who contends that if we want to
get serious about creating world peace, women are the
answer! “Women by nature are nurturers. Men by nature
create war,” says Pet. “Women are natural communicators
who use negotiating to show strength instead of bully
tactics!” Pet is the founder of the Education Community
(EC), a nonprofit organization, which offers free
college level courses teaching people how to develop a
“new way of thinking” that promotes happiness, love and
peace. His EC initiative has been endorsed by Jack
Canfield, Brian Tracy and many others. Contact Dr.

10. ==> Medical Errors: The 3rd Leading Cause of Death
in US

There are many experts who believe medical errors have
become the 3rd leading cause of death in the US –
behind cancer and heart disease. How and why is this
happening? Who is to blame? How do we fix it? Interview
Dr. Ira Williams, who has for decades been hounding the
five federal agencies created to solve the health care
crisis in this country. With over 130 years
collectively between those agencies, our health care
system is still a mess and medical errors leading to
deaths in hospitals continues to rise. He says,
“Organizing state wide grassroots activists to
challenge the current system is the only way to win!”
As the oldest medical malpractice expert witness in the
country he knows what he’s talking about. He’s
developed a system to empower local grassroots
activists in each state to radically change our health
care delivery system. Dr. Ira Williams’ latest book is
“Healthcare Warriors, Why and How to Become One.”

11. ==> Travelers: Are You Prepared for a Medical
Emergency?

Spring break is coming and along with it, the desire to
see the world. But while most of us spend a lot of time
deciding what to pack and what to see, few prepared for
a possible medical emergency. Susan Cross left the
country believing she was healthy. During her Caribbean
vacation, she hiked and snorkeled. But days before she
was to fly home her appendix burst and she nearly died;
she and her husband had to scramble to coordinate
treatment. Now she is making it her mission to help
other travelers to create their own Medical Travel
Portfolio. She can explain what documents to place in
it and who to share it with, why it is important to
know what your health-care policy covers for out-of-
country emergency medical care, what role the American
embassy might play and much more. Susan, a corporate PR
and crisis communications specialist, documents her
Caribbean experience in her new book “Power of
Disruption: A Memoir of Discovery.” Contact her at

12. ==> The Easy Way to Make Hard Choices

13. ==> Life Lessons from the 1%: Use them to Help You
Succeed

“People think that those who have
wealth are self-centered, have no problems, don’t
contribute to society, or that they are simply lucky
and entitled,” says Ivan, “but nothing could be further
from the truth.” Ivan Obolensky is a true Renaissance
man in his own right and the author of “Eye of the
Moon”. Contact Ivan Obolensky at (818) 495-8731;

14. == > Do A Show On Loving the Unlovable

Your listeners will be spellbound with this incredible
true story of Marty Vargas, who, after 20 years, learns
that his estranged birth mother is alive and living on
the streets of Philadelphia. He does everything in his
power to find her, rescue her, and love her…. even
after she spits in his face and refuses to leave the
streets. He sacrifices everything for love! Marty will
share how his love for his birth mom was tested time
and time again, but eventually prevailed – overcoming
her rejection and fear. This wonderful human-interest
story is really a tale of two mothers… the one who took
him in, raised him, hid the truth from him – but
eventually gave him the information and the courage he
needed to go on the search of a lifetime! Marty Vargas,
MFA, is a media owner, author, and a sought-after
International speaker. His incredible true story has

15. ==> Former Miss America Contestant – Replace Your
Bucket List with a ‘Trash It’ List

While growing up dirt poor on a farm in rural South
Carolina, Jane Jenkins Herlong had to learn how to
trash negative thoughts and people in order to become a
successful woman. “I learned to throw away negative
talk and train my brain to be positive in order tackle
insurmountable odds,” she says. Jane went from being a
homely, bullied farm girl to the Miss America pageant,
singing at Radio City Music Hall, getting inducted into
the Speaker Hall of Fame, becoming a Sirius XM comedian
and best-selling author. “I believe you, too, can set
your best goals and take a shot if you throw out the
trash in your life!” Jane is the author of numerous
critically acclaimed books including “Rhinestones on My
Flip Flops: Choosing Extravagant Joy in the Midst of
Everyday Mess-ups” and “Bury Me with My Pearls: Humor
with a Spiritual Twist.” Contact her at

16. ==> Why Is There So Much Hate in the U.S.?

Hardly a day goes by in which we don’t hear about
workplace shootings, racial tensions, road rage
incidents, immigration hysteria, and heated rhetoric
from the left and the right. When did America go from
being the land of the free to the land of the haters?
And who or what is enabling them? Media veteran Emily
Slingluff says, “Don’t blame politicians … blame
parents!” Invite her on air to explain what parents
must stop doing if we are going to once again have a
civil country. A child-rearing expert, Emily is the
author of multiple books including “A Present to the
Newborn.” Contact her at (757) 428-6167;

17. ==> We Must Do More to Help Homeless Vets

When America called, they answered, serving in such
places as Korean, Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, Lebanon,
the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Sadly, far too
many of these men and women are currently living on the
streets or at risk for ending up there. Can’t we do
more to help them? Glen Dunzweiler, a homeless advocate
and filmmaker, says, “The lip service we get to
veterans’ support is just that. When it comes to actual
support, we come up with reasons why we can’t help.
Sure, this is a tough topic but one we cannot afford to
turn away from.” Bring Glen on your program for an eye-
opening look at America’s homeless population, the
myths we cling to about them and ways we could be doing
more to bring people off the streets into suitable
homes. Glen is also a producer, director, public
speaker and former college professor whose documentary,
“yHomeless,” can be seen on Amazon Prime. He is the
author of “Things I’ve Learned From The Homeless.”

18. ==> Lose Weight by Eating More Pizza & Chocolate

Mouth-watering pizza. Rich chocolate. Both top the list
of foods many people can’t stop eating until they’ve
consumed the entire pie or box of candy. But live on
the air, Sora Vernikoff can teach your audience her
simple Green Technique that will allow them to eat all
the pizza and chocolate they want and still lose
weight. Turning conventional wisdom on its ear, she’ll
explain why thinking about food makes you fat—not
eating it—and bad-for-you foods are a myth. Sora, a
former elementary school teacher who lost 25 pounds and
has kept them off for decades, has helped hundreds of
people discover the secret for knowing when to stop
eating. She is the author of the Amazon bestseller “Eat
Want You Want! Stop When You Want!: A No-Diet, Weight-
Loss Program.” This experienced talk show guest spent
more than a decade teaching her program while working
under the auspices of a leading New York City
endocrinologist. She has also taught the program at the
Learning Annex and lectured at Lennox Hill Hospital.

19. ==> How Shame Keeps Addicts Hooked

20. ==> What’s in a Name? Your Fate in Life!

Sticks and stones may break our bones, but names can
make or break our success in life. According to name
colorology expert B. P. Greycastle, the letters of our
names represent specific colors, which relate to
certain glands such as the pancreas, and energy centers
known as chakras. “I can illustrate with a vast array
of lists, facts and figures that the most famous and
successful people in practically every field owe their
success to their names,” he says. He’ll illustrate this
on air with astonishing accuracy. A Vietnam veteran who
studied fashion under the G.I. Bill, B.P. worked in the
fabric and fashion industries for many years, where he
discovered the dramatic impact colors have on people’s
lives. His book is “Your Name and Colors: Key to Your
Beauty, Career, Personality, Romance and Success”.

1. ==> Johnson, Nixon & Trump: America’s Angry
Presidents

As politicians debate the possibility of impeaching
Donald Trump, David O. Stewart looks at the
similarities of the current occupant of the White House
and two previous presidents who landed in impeachment
proceedings, Andrew Johnson and Richard Nixon. The
author of “Impeached: The Trial of President Andrew
Johnson” says most leaders try to project a positive
attitude, but not Johnson or Nixon, and now Trump.
“Anger and grievance fueled the politics of all three.
For the first two, at least, that approach ended badly.
History does not always repeat itself. Today’s angry
presidency need not land in the ditch. Yet a public
persona steeped in malice implies a paranoia that may
misinterpret events, plus instability and even caprice
– all dangerous qualities for someone with great
power.” Stewart is an author and attorney who writes
nonfiction historical narratives and historical
fiction. Contact Maureen Cole at (212) 698-7183;

2. ==> The Best and Worst Oscar Speeches

With no host and no opening monologue, the Academy
Awards this Sunday are expected to be a departure from
the past. What won’t change are the acceptance speeches
the stars will make that will be watched by more than
30 million people. Some actors will drone on and be
played off, but a few will mesmerize. Communication
expert Paul Hellman will share whose acceptance speech
succeeded and why. He’ll reveal three things everyone
needs to hold anyone’s attention—even stars’—in an age
when our attention span is just eight seconds. Hellman
can also share memorable anecdotes from past Oscar
nights including who gave the shortest acceptance
speech; he consults and speaks internationally on how
to excel in high-stakes communications. His columns
and advice have appeared in the New York Times, Wall
Street Journal, CNBC.com and on public radio’s
Marketplace and CNN’s Business Unusual. He is the
author of “You’ve Got 8 Seconds: Communication Secrets
for a Distracted World” (AMACOM). Contact him at (508)

3. ==> Great Oscar Show: Why Women Directors Are
Snubbed

Women have made huge inroads this year, particularly in
politics, but not when it comes to the Academy Awards
where this year’s nominees for best director include
men named Spike, Adam, Alfonso, Yorgos and Pawel.
Award-winning female film director and author Kailin
Gow will discuss why there is a lack of female
directors in Hollywood and how their absence shuts out
the perspective of half the population. Founder of the
newly launched OTT channel FemaleFlix, showcasing women
interest films, shows, activities, and news, Gow will
discuss why the number of female directors has been
declining for the past five years, how women and
minorities can break through the glass ceiling, and
what it’s like to be approached by producers with male
development teams when her own books are optioned.
Kailin Gow’s 300 plus books feature strong female
characters and have sold more than 5.5 million copies
worldwide. Her movies have won accolades at film
festivals around the world. Contact her at (617)

4. ==> The Grand Canyon Turns 100 – The Future of
America’s Public Land

February 26, 2019 marks the 100th Anniversary of the
establishment of Grand Canyon National Park by
President Woodrow Wilson and Congress. Invite Stephen
Nash, author of “Grand Canyon for Sale: Public Lands
versus Private Interests in the Era of Climate Change”,
to discuss the precarious future of America’s public
lands. Nash says a growing political movement, well
financed and occasionally violent, is fighting to break
up these federal lands and return them to state, local,
and private control. He’ll explain how our national
parks, even the million acres of Grand Canyon, have
always been too small to sustain their full suite of
wildlife species. And why the scheme to open public
lands to development would inflict major economic
damage, and foreclose the future for many wild species
— part of our irreplaceable natural heritage. Stephen
Nash is a Visiting Senior Research Scholar at the
University of Richmond. Contact Johanna Ramos Boyer at

5. ==> New Federal Tax Rules Will Hurt Some Taxpayers

Tax filers who were expecting to pay less federal
income tax this year may be in for an unpleasant
surprise thanks to new regulations. CPA Grapeson Wilson
says, “They may find the major portion of their
itemized deduction has been wiped away.” Invite Wilson
on your show to explain how your listeners can save
money on taxes, especially those who live in high
property tax areas and states with high income taxes.
They’ll also learn why, in spite of all that, Wilson
lauds the new tax reform for the benefits it provides
to small- to medium-size businesses. Grapeson Wilson is
president of Grapeson M. Wilson CPA LLC, a Houston-
based CPA firm whose clients range from solopreneurs to
multimillion-dollar corporations. He is the author of
the course “Tax Saver Series (Standard Vs Itemized)
Deductions.” Contact him at (832) 675-9400 (office)

6. ==> Behind-the-Scenes IRS Chaos

Mention the IRS and millions of Americans get fearful
and even angry. Anything about taxation and reconciling
our tax obligation feels challenging, complicated and
stressful. And that happens in years when our
government does not shut down! What most taxpayers
don’t realize: The feared IRS is actually a hotbed of
incompetence and disorder that hurts you. So says
former IRS agent and tax expert Richard Green who will
shock audiences when he reveals how the Internal
Revenue Service is staffed by slow-moving staff using
antiquated technology. As your on-air guest, Green will
answer questions like: What types of IRS
miscommunication and lack of cooperation happen? How do
taxpayers miss out because of such poor service? Are
decisions for audits fair? What about mismanaged funds
in this year of tax “reform?” What other negatives can
we expect? Only someone like Green, who’s seen it
firsthand, can blow the whistle on the chaotic IRS.

7. ==> Smart Tip: Use Life Insurance to Pay Health
Bills

With the state of health care today many people live in
fear that a life-threatening illness could wipe out
their savings, creating a financial maelstrom from
which their family would never recover.
Did you know that if you qualify, you could receive up
to 75% of your death benefits in cash? David Kottler,
also known as the Insurance Doctor ™, will explain how
selling off that life insurance policy you or your
loved one doesn’t need anymore can generate the cash to
pay medical bills, get out of debt or even make a cash
gift to the non-profit of their choice! How is this
possible? Most people don’t know the little-known
secret that when you don’t need your policy any longer
you can auction it off! Find out how! David combines
his legal and business experience with a passion for
philanthropy. His book “The Best Kept Money Secret in
Your Insurance Policy” details everything your audience
needs to know about how to get that insurance policy
working for them! Contact David at (216) 532-1221;

8. ==> What Men Dislike Most About Working with Women

Women, by their nature, are emotional beings. Men are
not. And, as Wall Street executive, business consultant
and career coach Tamara Lashchyk (Lash-check) will
point out, when men and women work together these
differences can cause problems. Invite Tamara to share
some of these problems and why she believes women need
to address them if they want to get ahead. For example,
the No. 1 thing that makes men cringe are women who cry
at work. In addition, women who yell, scream and are
moody also put up walls between themselves and their
male coworkers. Tamara is the author of the bestselling
book, “Lose the Gum: A Survival Guide for Women on Wall
Street, Main Street and Every Street in Between.”

9. ==> Surprising Sexual Assault Law Loopholes

Lawmakers in several states are working to close legal
loopholes involving rape and sexual assault. Bills in
Indiana just met defeat, but in South Carolina, there
are bills currently pending. Joyce Short, a three-time
sexual assault survivor, spent years studying consent
and is working with legislators across the country to
change the laws. Invite her to discuss current bills
and efforts to bring about change, how the statutes
governing sexual-assault have changed in recent years,
and why some of those changes are problematic including
federal laws that govern the handling of sexual-assault
allegations on college campuses. Short has been
featured on Nightline, BuzzFeed, Inside Edition and
more. Her third book on sexual assault, “Your Consent –
The Key to Conquering Sexual Assault,” will be released
this spring. Contact her at (917) 517-8572;

10. ==> Interview the Beach Boys’ Guardian Who Saved
Brian Wilson’s Life

Beach Boys fans have long known of brilliant yet
troubled Brian Wilson’s slide into the abyss of drugs
and mental illness. But what a lot of them don’t know
is how former NFL player “Rocky” Pamplin helped to save
Wilson from himself. Rocky was college roommates with
Stan Love, brother of Beach Boys’ lead singer Mike
Love. In the mid-1970s, Stan and Rocky were hired to be
full-time bodyguards for Brian Wilson. “Brian was a
315-pound recluse who was a paranoid schizophrenic,”
Rocky says. “Stan said, ‘Don’t think you are going to
meet a clean-cut Beach Boy.’ He was scary.” While much
has been written about Rocky, Stan and their tumultuous
two-and-a-half years with Brian, this is the first time
Rocky is coming forward to reveal the behind-the-scene
details of his relationship with the Beach Boys. He is
the co-author of the book “The Beach Boys Endless Wave:
Inside America’s Band”, along with film producer,
writer and director Ron Hamady. Contact Mike Vezo at
(310) 406-8300; mvezo@mac.com

Contact her
at (917) 336-7184; SShumsky@rtirguests.com

12. ==> Why Creating a Better World Starts with Self-
Love

From the top echelons of power to the average person on
the street, treating people with respect and kindness
appears to have become as outdated as the rotary phone,
eight-track tapes, and cursive handwriting. Attacking,
accusing, and shouting at one another has become our
modus operandi. Joffre McClung believes something more
profound is going on. “Self-love, or the lack of self-
love, not only determines how we see ourselves but also
governs how we experience the world around us. It is
the prism through which we see and define all things,”
says Joffre. She’ll explain how expanding your own
self-love ripples outward into the world making it a
much more positive and loving place, and how a lack of
self-love often manifests and impacts our lives. She’ll

13. ==> The Reason Gillette’s #MeToo Ad Infuriates Men

When the Gillette Razor ad that invokes the #MeToo
movement first aired, its focus on bullying and toxic
masculinity created a huge controversy and angered a
lot of men, particularly older ones. “Society has
changed a lot in the last few decades,” says Curt
Lindsley, founder of the nonprofit domestic violence
awareness organization Go Purple USA. “A lot of baby
boomers grew up in a sexist culture. Women are taking
over jobs traditionally held by males. Some no doubt
were up in arms about the ad because the macho,
insensitive guy stereotyped may have hit a little too
close to home.” This is just one of the many factors
that contributes to domestic violence. Curt can share
how community groups, nonprofits and society overall
can get involved to stop this epidemic. In addition to
his work with Go Purple USA, sponsor of Go Purple
Awareness Day (Oct. 1), he is also the co-founder of
the Covington Domestic Violence Task Force. Contact

14. ==> What’s Wrong with America’s Health Delivery
System

The industry of medicine, including insurance
companies, Big Pharma, and a medical corporate
structure that appears driven more by profits than
patient consideration, represent a significant problem
in our health care delivery. Doctors are growing
frustrated to the point of leaving the profession.
Nurses and ancillary teams are drowning in over-
documentation and have less time for patient care.
Invite Michael J. Young, M.D., to discuss the
challenges to our health care delivery system gone
awry. A practicing physician (surgeon and Urology
specialist) for three decades, Dr. Young will offer his
insights and explore how America’s health delivery
process is in need of repair for everyone’s benefit.
He’ll also share his personal story and been-there
experiences other doctors rarely discuss. Dr. Michael
Young is the author of “The Illness of Medicine.”

15. ==> Wild Predator Attacks on Humans – More
Frequent, More Deadly

Have you noticed the number of recent animal attacks on
unsuspecting people? Hikers are being injured by
mountain lions, wolves and even white-tail deer in
forests nationwide. Coyotes are invading homes,
backyards and campsites. Bears are attacking people in
Yellowstone and other parks while alligators are
drowning dog-walkers and little children in broad
daylight! What’s causing all these wild animal attacks?
And how can we protect themselves? Get answers and
learn valuable safety tips, especially for colder
months, from nature expert Bruce Hemming. Bruce will
reveal where people are most in danger these days, how
laws that limit hunting and trapping are backfiring,
and how to revamp the animal conservation system to
lesson these attacks and home invasions. Invite
listeners to call in with their own stories of
confrontations with dangerous wild creatures. Bruce is

Attacks by Predators on Humans”. Contact him at (605)

16. ==> Best-Kept Secrets of Successful Teenagers

Teenagers are often known for being moody or silly, and
seemingly lost among the worry and angst of their
“almost an adult” years. But what about those teens who
are happy, hopeful, well-adjusted, and making confident
progress academically and in their everyday lives? What
do they know that could help all young people? Explore
this with acclaimed author Paul Bernabei, whose many
books of the Top 20 series include “TOP 20 Teens.”
He’ll reveal how today’s most successful teens think
smarter and foster positive beliefs while learning from
their mistakes. Bernabei will also talk about social-
emotional learning and how this benefits students in
personal and school life. Appreciative audiences (teens
themselves and their mentors/parents/teachers) will
also hear about must-know lifelong secrets for “people-
smart” communication, conflict resolution,
demonstrating kindness, specializing in effective
responses and much more. Contact Bernabei at (651)

17. ==> Your Kids Might Not Be College Material, They
Could Be Something Better!

Why is this old myth still around? It’s the one that
says: “You must attend and finish college to earn the
best career opportunities and future income.” But
Americans are learning that a college degree doesn’t
guarantee wealth, happiness or success. What it does
guarantee is a high price-tag (often tied to years of
difficult student loans) — plus a delay in joining the
workforce. College students can also choose the wrong
major, hate their eventual jobs, or lose to negative
influences (drinking, drugs) common to college
campuses. Invite Joe Swinger, author of “Awaken the
Magic Within” and founder/CEO of Self-Mastery
Leadership Academy, to share alternatives to the
college run-around. He’ll introduce your audience to
more affordable learning programs/activities,
entrepreneurial goals and lucrative career paths that
don’t require a time-consuming, expensive college
degree. Ask Joe about his own story of becoming a
successful boss, educator and innovator. Contact him at

18. ==> Aerospace Engineer Says Smart People Take God
Seriously

When a man of science (with great knowledge of the
heavens) says “You are nothing without God!” and
“Here’s how to find a path to eternal life” – wise
people listen and want to know more. Interview Camilo
Graza, a man who balances science and faith, and
discover why he was compelled to become a lay preacher
AND aerospace engineer. He’ll take listener questions
and reveal surprising biblical teachings. Camilo will
discuss how to get into God’s Heaven, why prayers and
worship are so important and relevant for everyone, and
whether faith alone is enough for salvation. You’ll
learn what it takes to make your life holy and even
signs of the End Times we cannot ignore! Camilo Graza

19. ==> Undertaker’s Daughter: Death is Not the End of
Life

For most people, death is the final act of life. But
Margo Lenmark says death can actually be the start of a
better life for loved ones left behind, something she
discovered while growing up in a Midwestern funeral
home where her dad was an undertaker. She shares her
fascinating experiences and insights in her newly
published book “Light in the Mourning: Memoirs of an
Undertaker’s Daughter”. “A person’s face in death
mirrors their living and their dying,” Margo says.
“This book speaks of both.” The book has received
glowing reviews from a number of prominent authors and
spiritual leaders including Deepak Chopra, who says,
“Life is not the opposite of death. It is birth and
death that are opposites. Life is the continuum of
birth and death eternally, and now. Read this
engrossing book for your own insights into reality.”

20. ==> Know These Tips for Making More Meaning

Want some concise advice on how to make more meaning
for yourself and others? You could call these tips
‘pocketsize’ because Bob Lichtenbert, Ph.D., literally
carried them on index cards in his shirt pocket for
more than 30 years. When he published the best in his
journal “The Meaning of Life,” his story went viral
nationwide! Invite Bob on your show to share his advice
and explain what “meaning” is, how you can make it, and
what it does for your life. Ask Bob how he developed
these life-changing tips, and which are his own
favorites. Who needs more meaning the most? What should
you be teaching your kids and other proteges? The soon-
to-be-released “Tips for Making Meaning” is Bob’s
second book. He is also the author of the abridged
“Maximizing Meaning.” Contact him at (773) 481-0544 or

1. ==> Venezuela Regime Change ‘Made in America’

Venezuelans took to the streets in massive protests
this week seeking to drive President Nicolas Maduro
from office. Through strong U.S. sanctions,
international isolation and street protests, the
opposition and its foreign allies led by the Trump
administration had hoped to rapidly achieve Maduro’s
ouster but some believe the situation could go on for
months. Steve Ellner is a writer living in Venezuela.
Currently in the U.S., he says, “Since its outset, the
Trump administration has ratcheted up pressure on
Venezuela and radicalized its positions. In the
process, the Venezuelan opposition has become more and
more associated with — and dependent on — Washington
and its allies.” Ellner is associate managing editor of
Latin American Perspectives and is the editor of The
Pink Tide Experiences: Breakthroughs and Shortcomings
in Twenty-First Century Latin America. He just wrote
the piece “Regime Change ‘Made in the U.S.A.’ Contact
him at sellner74@gmail.com, @sellner74

2. ==> Social Security Reform for Whom?

The Social Security 2100 Act is back — and this time
it could pass. Andrew Biggs, a resident scholar at the
American Enterprise Institute, says “If Republicans
ever want a deal on Social Security reform, they’re
probably going to have to live with some tax increases.
And they’re going to have to get some new reform ideas
of their own if they wish to counter a unified
Democratic party pushing the Social Security 2100 Act.”
The measure aims to raise revenue so that no benefit
cuts need to be made over the long term. It also
intends to expand benefits for current and future
beneficiaries. But Biggs says the plan simply
reshuffles most of the dollars to middle- and higher-
income retirees and leaves those who need Social
Security most, with little. Contact him at
202.862.5841; andrew.biggs@aei.org

3. ==> Why Blackface is So Offensive

Just as another incident involving blackface makes
news, a Pew poll is out showing a third of Americans
think blackface is acceptable at Halloween. What may
seem like harmless behavior to white people is deeply
offensive to black people; moreover, it is just one
aspect of lingering racial insensitivity in the U.S.
Invite Nita Wiggins to address the issue including why
she says Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, whose yearbook
photo sparked an uproar, should resign and not just
because of the problem image. Nita will explain that
just last month, the Virginia Senate, with the approval
of the governor and despite the silent protest of the
lieutenant governor, once again honored Confederate
general Robert E. Lee during a Senate session. A former
resident of Charlottesville, Va., Nita is a professor
who teaches racial sensitivity to her journalism
students in Paris. Contact her at
NWiggins@rtirguests.com

4. ==> Etsy Trend Expert: How to Shop Green

You may know what to look for when you’re food
shopping, but do you know how to shop ‘green’ for your
entire home? Invite Etsy Trend Expert Dayna Isom
Johnson to discuss the notion of eco-friendly shopping.
She’ll share tips on how to shop green for your home,
the importance of understanding where and how a product
was made, and finding products that foster
sustainability and help support a green lifestyle.
Dayna is also a judge on the hit NBC craft competition
series Making It starring Amy Poehler & Nick Offerman.
She’s also a Trend Expert at Etsy, a global marketplace
for handcrafted and custom items. Contact John Angelo
at john@premieretv.com

5. ==> Why Female Directors Are MIA at the Oscar’s

6. ==> Eat that Valentine’s Chocolate and Still Lose
Weight

Chocolate is everywhere this week and it’s a great gift
for Valentine’s Day, but it can be a problem if you’re
watching your weight and have an affinity for the cocoa
bean. Chocolate tops the list of foods many people
can’t stop eating until they’ve consumed the entire
box! But live on the air, Sora Vernikoff can teach your
audience her simple Green Technique that will allow
them to eat all the chocolate they want and still lose

7. ==> Single and Satisfied? Celebrate this Week

It’s Satisfied Staying Single Week and a great time to
talk with Patricia Houtz, author of the upcoming book
“Solo by Choice.” In 2018, according to U.S. Census
data, just 30 percent of young adults 18 to 34 were
married, a number that is half of what it was 40 years
ago. Young people are increasingly likely to delay
getting married or not get married at all, a
development that Houtz understands. She’ll discuss why
marriage isn’t for everyone and that’s a good thing. In
fact, some 55 percent of adults in the 2017 census said
marriage isn’t necessary for a happy life. Houtz can
also talk about the remarkable life she has led by
being single and child-free. That life of freedom has
included dating older men, carrying a gun and busting
drug dealers. Contact her at (775) 451-3191;

That’s why
you’ll enjoy interviewing Doug Marshall, author of
“Mastering the Art of Real Estate Investing.” Doug will
reveal step-by-step what you can do part-time to buy
your first property. You’ll learn how to buy a property
below its market value without using much of your own
money and how to do it without becoming a landlord.
He’ll also reveal five mistakes to avoid when buying
rental properties. Ask him what he learned from his
“loser property” and how to overcome the fear of
getting started. Contact Doug Marshall at (508)

9. ==> What You Could Lose by Winning a Lawsuit

Legal trouble is stressful and expensive. Do you have
the right good lawyer to help you navigate a lawsuit
(whether you’re suing or being sued), while looking
after your pocketbook? How is seeking courtroom justice
the priciest way to solve a problem? Are you willing to
stay the course and jeopardize your business, your
marriage or your own health? Explore many such
questions with attorney Francine Tone, Esq., who’s been
educating the public for years about getting the right
legal help, making wise decisions, asking prudent
questions, and proceeding with caution as legal
challenges unfold. A prolific author and sought-after
speaker, Francine recently released the best-selling
book “What Every Good Lawyer Wants You to Know.”
Audiences will thank you for welcoming her on-air to
talk myths and truths about lawsuits most people find
themselves embroiled in — and what might happen should
you lose OR win. She’ll also reveal whether TV legal
dramas (like Bull, Suits, The Good Fight) are anywhere
close to reality. Contact Francine Tone at (531)

10. ==> Why this Guest Received a Presidential Pardon

What’s it like receiving a Presidential Pardon? Why did
John Smith want one? He spent 5 years in public
accounting, only to get caught up in the S&L crisis
during the 1980’s. As far as he was concerned,
everything at his company was above board – until the
FBI came knocking! He came to realize the extent of his
employer’s wrongdoing – and that you don’t have to
commit a crime to be convicted of one. Interview John
and hear his incredible story of perseverance and grit.
His warning to your audience is this – If it can happen
to him… it can happen to you. John Smith is the author
of “Embracing the Abyss” and a keynote speaker on
ethics and integrity in the workplace and in life.

11. ==> Why Winter is the Best Time to Reinvent Your
Life

Is this winter weather getting you down? Then invite
Webster is the author of
“Becoming Madam Widow” and her tips can help any man,
woman or child who wants to add more ‘extraordinary’ to
their life. Contact her at KWebster@rtirguests.com or

12. == Do A Show on Medical Errors: The 3rd Leading
Cause of Death in U.S.

There are many experts who believe medical errors are
now the 3rd leading cause of death in the US – behind
cancer and heart disease. How and why is this
happening? Who is to blame? How do we fix it? For
decades, Dr. Ira Williams has been hounding the five
Federal agencies created to solve the health care
crisis in this country. With over 130 years
collectively between those agencies, our health care
system is still a mess and medical errors leading to
deaths in hospitals continues to rise. As the oldest
medical malpractice expert witness in the country, Dr.
Williams knows what he’s talking about. He’s developed
a system to empower local grassroots activists in each
state to radically change our health care delivery
system. “Organizing statewide grassroots activists to
challenge the current system is the only way to win!”

Why and How to Become One”. Contact him at (864)

15. ==> Domestic Violence: Is There a Safe Way to
Leave?

All too often, we hear about women whose lives were
ended by men they lived with. Including some who fell
victim even despite a restraining order. With

them and whether or not there is a safe way for them to
leave. This interview will not only promote
understanding about domestic violence but offer the
steps needed for securing the safety of women and
children caught in this life-threatening situation. In

they enjoy? How did they make meditation such a
frequent pursuit? Why and how should you join them?

meditated for several hours per day over the last 40
years, while also practicing yoga, tai chi and Qigong.

18. ==> How to Overcome the B.S. Factor Around You

Today, B.S. is all around us. Whether you call it fake
news or not, it is getting harder for average people to
know whom to trust. This is true regarding just about
everything from politics and news to health care and
religion. Author and speaker Sharon Quinn, who lives in
America’s heartland, has come up with a ten-point plan
for reducing the B.S. factor and strengthening our own
independent thought muscles. Invite her on-air to
explain the importance of questioning what you don’t
understand, sleeping on new ideas, accessing your own
inner guidance and trusting but verifying information.

excellence and optimal spiritual health and well-being.

1. ==> The Drag Queen Story Hour Controversy

Many libraries across the country have been hosting or
participating in Drag Queen Story Hours and a few have
experienced pushback from some members of their
community. The Pennsylvania Pastors Network (PPN) is
alerting parents to the events, which have drawn both
support and protests. Executive Director Gary Dull, a
pastor at Faith Baptist Church of Altoona says,
“Subjecting children to drag queens who not only read a
story with an LGBTQ agenda, but who also coerce
children to accept their lifestyle, is child abuse by
the parents who bring their children to watch men
dressed up as women.” Organizers of the story hours say
the program is about tolerance and gives kids

2. ==> What White People Don’t Get about Blackface

A series of scandals last week brought the issue of
“blackface” — when nonblack people darken their skin
using makeup or other products to imitate a black
person — roaring back into the cultural conversation.
What may seem like harmless behavior to white people is
deeply offensive to black people; moreover, it is just
one aspect of lingering racial insensitivity in the
U.S. Nita Wiggins will address this issue including why
she says Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, should resign and
not just because of the problem image. You’ll hear how
just last month, the Virginia Senate, with the approval
of the governor and despite the silent protest of the
lieutenant governor, once again honored Confederate
general Robert E. Lee during a Senate session. A former
resident of Charlottesville, Va., Nita is a professor
who teaches racial sensitivity to her journalism
students in Paris, and her memoir, “Civil Rights Baby,”
is being discussed as a possible film. Contact her at

3. ==> What Black History Month Can Teach Us about
Resilience

“While Black History Month offers the opportunity to
celebrate our strength and resilience, we have much
more to overcome. However, this culture of low
expectations shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Don’t
allow that to be a stumbling block; use it as an
incentive to move beyond!” according to Dr. Dee
Carroll. Having faced huge challenges in her own life,
Dr. Carroll says that the only one who can keep you
from success is you. “Moving beyond is a choice!” she
says. Invite her on you show to discuss why negative
beliefs can do more harm than real challenges and how
to use life’s roadblocks to become stronger and more
successful. She’ll also share a 30-second quick fix for
releasing, recovering and reinventing yourself. Dee
Carroll, Ph.D. has over 35 years of experience in HR
and management consulting. The author of “Emotional
Emancipation: Step into Your Freedom, Reinvent Your
Challenges and Move Beyond”, she has been featured on

shows, and other media nationwide. Contact her at (301)

4. ==> Our Love-Hate Relationship with Oscar Speeches

With no host and no opening monologue, this year’s
Academy Awards on Feb. 24 are expected to be a
departure from the past. What won’t change are the
acceptance speeches the stars will make that will be
watched by more than 30 million people. Some actors
will drone on and be played off, but a few will
mesmerize. Communication expert Paul Hellman will share
whose acceptance speech succeeded and why. He’ll reveal
three things everyone needs to hold anyone’s
attention—even stars’—in an age when our attention span
is just eight seconds. Hellman can also share memorable
anecdotes from past Oscar nights including who gave the
shortest acceptance speech; he consults and speaks
internationally on how to excel in high-stakes
communications. His columns and advice have appeared
in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC.com
and on public radio’s Marketplace and CNN’s Business
Unusual. He is the author of “You’ve Got 8 Seconds:
Communication Secrets for a Distracted World” (AMACOM).

5. ==> Single by Choice? It’s Your Week Too!

Most folks think of this week as Valentine’s week, but
it’s also ‘Satisfied Staying Single Week.’ In 2018,
according to U.S. Census data, just 30 percent of young
adults 18 to 34 were married, a number that is half of
what it was 40 years ago. Young people are increasingly
likely to delay getting married or not get married at
all, a development that Patricia Houtz, author of the
upcoming book “Solo by Choice,” understands. In honor
of the week that celebrates the single life, have Houtz
on your show to talk about why marriage is not for
everyone and that’s a good thing. In fact, some 55
percent of adults in the 2017 census said that marriage
is not necessary for a happy life. Houtz can also talk
about the remarkable life she has led by being single
and child-free. That life of freedom has included
dating older men, carrying a gun and busting drug
dealers. Contact her at (775) 451-3191;

therapist and relationship expert Beatty Cohan, Ph.D.,

7. ==> Why You Can’t Find Love

Everyone wants to be in love. Especially when
Valentine’s Day nears. Some folks seem to have a hard
time finding love and others seem to fall for the wrong
person over and over again. Joffre McClung says both
types of people have the same basic issue when it comes
to love. “If you want to find and fall in love with the
right person you need to already be in love—with
yourself!” The author of “The Heart of the Matter” will
suggest ways to go from “wishing for love” to “loving
who you truly are” and explain how tending to your own
needs can bring unexpected benefits to your life. Give
listeners a quick test to see what area they may need
to bolster with more self-love, and learn simple ways
to start and end the day with self-appreciation and
gratitude. Joffre McClung has appeared on numerous
radio and TV programs. A former media producer,
independent filmmaker, and author, she takes the
esoteric and brings it back down to earth with a big
dose of common sense. Contact her at (917) 994-0225

8. ==> Dr. Love – 25 Ways to Develop a Loving Attitude

Valentine’s Day can be great or awful, but let’s be
honest, focusing on love for one day in February
doesn’t really make sense. To really become more
loving, more centered and more spiritually awake it’s
going to take more than that. It’s going to take a love
action plan! Michael McGee, M.D., will share with your
audience his 25 “love practices”, and February is the
perfect month to start! “Love is one of the most
confused and misused words in the English language.
Love is not a feeling. Love is an attitude that
inspires to action to enhance life!” Dr. Michael McGee
trained at Stanford and Harvard Medical Schools. He is
the creator of the unique 12 Step Touchstone Approach
to Recovery and author of “The Joy of Recovery: The New
12 Step Guide to Recovery from Addiction”, an approach
that works better than AA for many people. Contact Dr.

Want to really connect with your Valentine? If you have
just five minutes to spare each day—and who doesn’t?
—Saundra Dalton-Smith, M.D., will tell you what to do
to boost the intimacy you experience as a couple,
including your sex life. She’ll explain how to make the
most of this five minutes whether you sit on the bed,
on the couch or anywhere in between as you give each
other uninterrupted time to make eye contact and talk
about your lives. Far too often, Dr. Saundra says,
couples spend most of their time on conflict
resolution—not closeness. She’ll explain what social
rest and emotional rest are and ways couples can
provide these respites for their spouses so everyone
wins. Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Saundra
has been featured in Prevention, Women’s Day, Redbook,
First for Women, and numerous other media outlets. Her

10. ==> Artificial Intelligence Is Coming for Your Job

Across the business world, major advances in technology
including robotics, automation and artificial
intelligence are expected to dramatically transform the
makeup of the workforce in the near future. This trend
will fundamentally change how human workers are
utilized, including those in the sales profession, and
whether they will even be needed to perform certain job
functions at all, notes DJ Sebastian, author of the new
book, “The Selling Revolution: Prospering in the World
of Artificial Intelligence.” Sebastian warns that
advanced technologies driven by artificial intelligence
will significantly disrupt the sales profession.
Interview him and learn what professions are most
vulnerable to job elimination and the specific threat
to the sales industry that could eliminate half of the
sales force within the next three years. For more than
20 years DJ Sebastian served in strategic selling roles
for leading technology corporations. Contact him at

11. ==> New Federal Tax Rules Will Hurt Some Taxpayers

Tax filers who were expecting to pay less federal
income tax this year may be in for an unpleasant
surprise thanks to new regulations. CPA Grapeson Wilson

itemized deduction has been wiped away.” Invite Wilson
on your show to explain how your listeners can save
money on taxes, especially those who live in high
property tax areas and states with high income taxes.

12. ==> Would You Regret Leaving Rockstar Life for
Family?

Kevin Guest and his band were finally headed to
Nashville when something in his gut made him stop.
After years of hard work, Kevin now felt if he
continued to pursue his passion for music, he’d lose
his wife and kids. So he stepped off the path, caught
crap from his bandmates, and ventured forward into the
corporate unknown. 25 years later, with stories galore
(interviewing Gene Simmons one-on-one, onstage with
Ozzy Osbourne, holding the Hope Diamond in his hands),
he says he has no regrets about his choice. Kevin, now
the CEO of a global, billion-dollar company, says,

13. ==> Thursday is National Organ Donor Day

February 14th is National Organ Donor Day and a chance
for you to boost a concept that 95 percent of Americans
believe in even though, paradoxically, only 54 percent
actually have registered as organ donors. With Joe
Lafferty as your guest, you’ll not only explode the
myths that keep people from signing up to be organ
donors but you’ll also explore the role Hollywood can
play in saving lives. In addition, you’ll treat your
audience to Joe’s inspiring story. Joe has survived
cancer, diabetes, vision loss, a pulmonary embolism,
kidney failure, heart surgery, a double organ
transplant and seven minutes of death; all while

14. ==> How Shame Keeps Addicts Hooked

15. ==> How Diet Can Dramatically Change Cancer
Survival

When Anthony Randle’s wife, Jessica, was diagnosed with
stage four breast cancer, her doctors told her she
could eat whatever she wanted while undergoing
aggressive treatments. But after conducting exhaustive
research, he discovered that certain foods actually
feed cancer. “Doctors will tell patients not to smoke
or drink, but nothing about sugar,” he says. “I learned
that sugar actually feeds cancer. I also saw chemo
patients eating fast food and popsicles. I thought,
‘Wow, this is so wrong!'” After eliminating sugar and
other unhealthy foods from her diet, Jessica sailed
through chemo with virtually no side effects. He shares
his poignant experiences in “The True Story of a
Husband, A Best Friend and Care Giver: The Struggle
Within”, and can reveal how he and his wife made it
through this traumatic experience healthier and happier
than ever. Contact Anthony at ARandle@rtirguests.com;

16. ==> Get ‘Marriage Fit’ Before Walking Down the
Aisle

When we want to get into top physical shape, we adjust
our diets and lifestyles and hit the gym. Pastor Eric
Hawthorne says that the same principles can be applied
to preparing for marriage, and can share his tips for
“marriage fitness” that can help newly and long-married
couples to keep their bonds strong, and enable their
unions to last. “I had a series at my church that
taught people how to get ready for marriage,” he says.
“People rarely take the time to determine their role in
a marriage. This is why there are so many divorces.”
Eric should know. He is a divorced single dad to two
young boys who has learned from his mistakes, and he
can share how to navigate the pitfalls he and his ex-
wife had to overcome. Eric is the second-generation
pastor of Daystar Deliverance Ministries in Richardson,

17. ==> This Scientist Says He Can Prove That God
Exists

While science and religion have long been considered
mutually exclusive, David L. Peters credits both for
his good fortune in his life.
Contact

1. ==> Trump’s Attack On Socialism

President Trump denounced socialism in his State of the
Union address Tuesday, and some, including Victor
Wallis, were taken aback by the remarks. Wallis says,
“Trump embodies an agenda that ignores the well-being
of the majority of the population. It is significant
that Trump, while showing his indifference to popular
needs, chose to denounce socialism. His pretext for
doing so is the contention that socialism is
‘coercive.’ Yet he has no hesitation in imposing the
coercion of the capitalist market on the tens of
millions of people in this country whose income is
inadequate and whose health needs are ignored.” Wallis
is author of “Red-Green Revolution: The Politics and
Technology of Ecosocialism” and the upcoming “Democracy
Denied: Five Lectures on U.S. Politics.” Contact him at

2. ==> NASA Expert: The History of Space Robots

Did you know that NASA once planned to land a machine
the size of an RV to search for life on Mars? That both
the United States and Russia planned to explode nuclear
weapons on the moon? Or that the CIA once stole a
Soviet moon probe to study it? Invite NASA expert and
space historian Rod Pyle to share the fascinating
history of the robotic exploration of the solar system
from the early days—rife with failure—to the final
death-dive of the Cassini mission to Saturn. Using his
access as a NASA/JPL insider and employee, as well as
the copious archives of both the US and Russian space
archives, Pyle weaves a rich history of both programs
from their very origins, when the competition between
the Cold War superpowers—a second, quieter space
race—was white hot. Rod Pyle is the author of fifteen
books on space history, exploration and development.
His latest is “Interplanetary Robots”. He appears on
national radio and TV and hosts the podcast “Cool Space
News” on iHeart Radio. Pyle has also produced numerous
documentaries for the History Channel and Discovery
Communications including the acclaimed Modern Marvels:

3. ==> Make Every Day Seem Like Valentine’s Day

Flowers and candy are nice but the best way to express
love is with an intimate encounter. Sex on Valentine’s
Day is not unique but sex every day, now that is
unique! René and Gloria Vallières are convinced from
their nearly 50 years of marriage, and working with
married couples for over 40 years, that daily sex, or
sex most days, is the surest way to bring married
couples closer. In fact, they point out that 90 percent
of the everyday annoyances that bother us about our
spouse would disappear if we were to enjoy daily sex.
Intrigued? Invite this dynamic couple on your show to
explain how frequent, even daily, sex leads to greater
mutual love and a successful, satisfying marriage. René
and Gloria are the authors of “Radical Sex: God’s
Foundation for a Healthy Marriage”. René was a senior
pastor for many years and has been a teaching elder for
40 years in evangelical churches in New York and Utah.

Valentine’s Day

Everyone loves a love story, particularly around
Valentine’s Day and especially if it inspires us to
even greater love. What Cornelia Davis, M.D., did for
love is remarkable: this infectious disease expert
risked her life to adopt a child in war-torn Ethiopia.
She battled meningitis outbreaks, survived stray
bullets, and braved opposing armies to bring home her
daughter. Her powerful story is told in her upcoming
book, “Three Years in Ethiopia: How a Civil War and
Epidemics Led Me to my Daughter.” Dr. Davis’s tale of
adopting against all odds makes for a compelling show
by itself but she can also talk about the realities of
adoption, her life as a black physician, helping to
eradicate smallpox in India and her work for the World
Health Organization. Contact her at (323) 522-5374;

7. ==> Feb. 11th – Satisfied Staying Single Week

In 2018, according to U.S. Census data, just 30 percent
of young adults 18 to 34 were married, a number that
was nearly 60 percent 40 years ago. Young people are
increasingly likely to delay getting married or not get
married at all, a development that cheers Patricia
Houtz, author of the upcoming book “Solo by Choice.” In
honor of Satisfied Staying Single Week, have Houtz on
your show to talk about why marriage is not for
everyone and that’s a good thing. In fact, some 55
percent of adults in the 2017 census said that marriage
is not necessary for a happy life. Houtz can also talk

women drive them away. He can explain the importance of

9. ==> Celebrate National Organ Donor Day, Feb. 14

February 14th is National Organ Donor Day and a chance
for you to boost a concept that 95 percent of Americans
believe in even though, paradoxically, only 54 percent
actually have registered as organ donors. With Joe

myths that keep people from signing up to be organ
donors but you’ll also explore the role Hollywood can
play in saving lives. In addition, you’ll treat your

10. ==> Great Oscar Show: Why Women Directors Are
Snubbed

The Feb. 24 Academy Awards will feature the usual glitz
and razzle-dazzle. But noticeably absent are
nominations for female directors. This is especially
irksome to author and director/filmmaker Kailin Gow.
“In Episode 3 of my TV series ‘Kailin Gow’s Go Girl
Food, Travel, and Lost History,’ I talk about the lack
of women directors in Hollywood,” she says. “But what’s
fascinating is that when I did my research, I found the
earliest pioneers of filmmaking in Hollywood were women
who wrote and directed many silent films. When films
started making money and being profitable, that’s when
many men entered filmmaking and turned it into a big
industry. The pioneer women filmmakers were forgotten
and left behind.” Kailin will discuss how women can
break through the glass ceiling in this and other male-
dominated industries. She is the founder of Sparklesoup

and even angry. Anything about taxation and reconciling
our tax obligation feels challenging, complicated and

we expect? Only someone like Green, who’s seen it

1. ==> State of the Union: Why You Can’t Take Your Eyes
Off Trump

Tonight, all eyes will be on Donald Trump when he gives
his State of the Union Address. But according to Paul
Hellman, what we really need, more than a State of the
Union, is a State of Our Attention. Because the truth
is that it often seems that for Trump, being president
is sort of a hobby; his real job is King of Attention.
It’s hard to go five minutes without thinking or
talking about President Trump. That’s an amazing
accomplishment in a distracted world, says
communication expert Hellman. How does he do it?
Hellman will reveal the three ways Donald Trump uses to
get heard even by those who are trying to tune him out.
Hellman’s columns and advice have appeared in the New
York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC.com and on public
radio’s Marketplace and CNN’s Business Unusual. He is
the author of “You’ve Got 8 Seconds: Communication
Secrets for a Distracted World” (AMACOM). Contact him

2. ==> Super Bowl Ads – Who Scored, Who Wasted Money

Creating a memorable Super Bowl ad is a formidable
challenge. There’s the complicated waters of celebrity
endorsements, corporate branding, hot-button issues and
commercials designed to pitch products. So who scored
and who wasted their money Sunday night? Invite Derek
Rucker and Tim Calkins, professors from the Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University, to
discuss the ads, the trends, and what makes for a
successful advertisement in the Super Bowl. For the
15th year in a row professors Derek Rucker and Tim
Calkins, along with 50 students, graded and ranked the
most – and least – effective ads aired during the game.
Derek Rucker is professor of entrepreneurial studies at
the Kellogg School. Tim Calkins is a clinical professor
of marketing. Contact Molly Lynch at (773) 505-9719;

surprises and snubs and his picks to take home a golden
statue this year. For more than three decades, Richard
Roeper has been the leading film critic and a columnist
for the Chicago Sun-Times. He rose to national
prominence as the co-host of the popular series “Ebert
and Roeper” alongside Roger Ebert. Roeper stars in
HDNET Movie’s 3rd annual “And The Oscar® Goes To…”
where he guides viewers on a cinematic odyssey that
puts the spotlight on a slate of over 50 Oscar®-winning
films. The marathon runs all this month, ending on

4. ==> What White People Don’t Get about Blackface

A 35-year-old medical school yearbook has emerged as
the latest blackface incident trending in the news.
What may seem like harmless behavior to white people is
deeply offensive to black people; moreover, it is just
one aspect of lingering racial insensitivity in the
U.S. Nita Wiggins will address this issue including why
she says Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam, whose yearbook
photo sparked the latest uproar, should resign and not
just because of the problem image. Nita will explain
that just last month, the Virginia Senate, with the
approval of the governor and despite the silent protest
of the lieutenant governor, once again honored
Confederate general Robert E. Lee during a Senate
session. A former resident of Charlottesville, Va.,
Nita is a professor who teaches racial sensitivity to
her journalism students in Paris. Contact her at
NWiggins@rtirguests.com

Did you know that Ben
Carson was the first neurosurgeon to separate twins
conjoined at the back of the head? Find out what no one
ever told you about influential black physicians when
you interview Cornelia Davis, M.D. She helped eradicate
smallpox in India and was one of the first black women
admitted to the University of California, San
Francisco, School of Medicine, in the late 1960s. Dr.
Davis is the author of “Searching for Sitala Mata:
Eradicating Smallpox in India” and the upcoming “Three
Years in Ethiopia: How a Civil War and Epidemics Led Me
to My Daughter.” Contact her at (323) 522-5374;

6. ==> Your Valentine Will Never Forget this Chocolate
Gift

Let’s be honest, we’ve all given or received a box of
chocolates on Valentine’s Day. Hopefully to, or from,
someone very special. Yet how many of those heartfelt
offerings do we really remember? Mmm … none? But with
the assistance of some well-chosen wine we can all
create a stellar tasting experience that will be etched
in our sweetie’s memory for years to come. Let wine
guru Jim Laughren, CWE, show your audience how to set
the stage for a delicious and memorable Valentine’s Day
after-dinner snuggle-up. He will discuss the long and
remarkable relationship of wine and chocolate and how
we can pair this sensuous twosome for maximum delight.

7. ==> A Better Valentine’s Day in 5 Minutes

Her
newest book is “Sacred Rest: Recover Your Life, Renew
Your Energy, Restore Your Sanity.” Contact her at (256)

8. ==> Is He the Real Gandalf? Meet Muz the Hermit

Muz Murray lives a simple life in the hills, where he
often goes weeks without talking to another human
being. With his long flowing white hair, beard and
mustache, he bears a strong resemblance to Ian McKellen
when he played the wizard Gandalf in “The Lord of the
Rings” movies. But Muz is no movie character. Ask him:
What made him become a hermit after a lifetime of being
pursued by the media? Why is he willing to do
interviews now? How is he helping people keep their
sanity in an insane world? What is his connection to
J.R.R. Tolkien? Born in England and having lived all
over the world, Muz is like no one you will ever
interview. He has worked in the entertainment industry
as an actor and set designer, in the broadcast
industry, as a psychotherapist and a mystic, and even
as an elephant trainer. His latest book is “You Are the
Light: Secrets of the Sages Made Simple.” Contact him
at gerugandalf@gmail.com or Skype: geru.gandalf1.

9. ==> Create a Love Action Plan with ‘Dr. Love’

Let’s face it, Valentine’s Day isn’t all it’s cracked
up to be. To only focus on love for one day in February
doesn’t really make sense.
Contact Dr.
McGee at (978) 971-9703; MMcGee@rtirguests.com

10. ==> Do a Show on this Incredible, True Love Story!

February is the “Love Month.” Why not do a show on the
incredible true story of a son who, after 20 years,
learns that his estranged birth mother is actually
alive and living on the streets of Philadelphia. He
does everything in his power to find her, rescue her,
and love her…. even after she spits in his face and
refuses to leave the streets. He sacrifices everything
for love! Marty Vargas will share how his love for his
birth mom was tested time and time again, but
eventually prevailed – overcoming her rejection and
fear. This wonderful human-interest story is really a
tale of two mothers… the one who took him in, raised
him, hid the truth from him – but eventually gave him
the information and the courage he needed to go on the
search of a lifetime! Marty Vargas, MFA, is a media
owner, author, and international speaker. His
incredible story has been seen multiple times on ABC
and NBC Philadelphia and Fox News Washington, DC.

11. ==> Valentine’s Day Gifts for People in Pain

suggestions for gifts for a Valentine who’s in pain.
With one out of three American adults experiencing
chronic pain and many more suffering from acute pain,

12. ==> How to Care for Your Heart for Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day reminds us that our beating hearts and
our emotions are interconnected. And when our hearts
are broken by separation, divorce, accidents, death and
other traumatic events we can end up becoming sick with
everything from colds and flu to heart disease and
cancer. Help your audience out with an appearance by
psychotherapist Gillian Padgett, whose love letter to
them will take the form of advice on reducing the drama
of trauma. She’ll say that while we cannot plan ahead
to prepare for accidents, loss and the like, we can
learn three steps for shifting from trauma to well-
being. In other words, we can learn to feel less out-
of-control, unsafe and afraid. Gillian is the author of
“Let Stress Heal Your Life” and “From Trauma to
Tranquility.” Reach her at GPadgett@rtirguests.com

13. ==> Do A Show on Medical Errors: The 3rd Leading

A long-time
educator, Lorraine is dean emeritus of the College of
Imaging Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of
Technology, former director of the School of Design at

wish your kids would do more around the house? Are you
sick of the arguing, whining and begging? Do you just
want to like your kids more? “Yes, it’s possible!” says
Sara Sherman, long-time single mom and parenting

Sara says it’s okay to bring some of it home –
especially in the area of discipline. Invite her on

19. ==> What a Divorced Pastor Learned About Successful
Marriages

When Pastor Eric Hawthorne’s wife asked him for a
divorce, he was stunned, because he thought he was a
good husband. He later learned that he was perhaps too
good. “I am an easy going person and like nothing but
peace,” he says. “If we had disagreements, instead of
standing my ground and letting her know how I felt, I
would be quiet to keep the peace. It was the worst
thing I could have done.” The single dad to two boys
aged 10 and 12 learned his lesson the hard way. Now he
teaches couples on the brink of matrimony how to avoid
his mistakes and forge loving bonds of respect that
lead to successful marriages. Eric Hawthorne is the
second-generation pastor of Daystar Deliverance
Ministries in Richardson, Texas. He’s the author of the
upcoming book “Are You Ready for Marriage?” Contact him

20. ==> Do a Show on Super Grandparenting

Grandparents play an important role in preparing
younger generations for a happier and more successful
life. But sometimes ‘super’ grandparenting is required,
as Dr. Oliver Akamnonu and his wife discovered. They
left their high-powered careers and significantly
changed their lives to help their daughter Nena
throughout her pregnancy (while in medical school!) and
once baby Lydia arrived. Interview the Akamnonus to
learn how super grandparents help improve: an extended
family’s health, education, income, relationships and
society. The Akamnonus co-authored “Little Baby Lydia,
Grandma, Grandpa and Student Mom: Saga of Family Role
Reversal and the New Times.” Invite them on your show
and learn 5 things super grandparents always do, why
financial support and childcare are only part of the
equation, how family members can smoothly adjust
